Gene is a very nice scuba instructor.

Attended a CPR training at In Too Deep and Gene was a fantastic instructor, very knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed the experience and would recommend In Too Deep for trainings as Gene seems like a great all around instructor.

I started training with Gene when I was 12, I am now 20 and still going in there. Gene is an amazing instructor, guy, and friend. His shop carries really nice and cool equipment. All around I have to say he’s a 10/10 would recommend!

This is absolutely the best BLS class I have ever taken. You don’t just regurgitate the things that you’ve learned, the instructor actually puts you into a simulated environment with all the possible distractions. For my next class I will definitely return hear.

The instructor is fantastic! Scuba can be as dangerous as motorcycling. The instructor here is patient and gives extremely clear instructions. He makes it a real pleasure to truly learn all the material.

I had a wonderful experience receiving my Open Water PADI certification here. Class schedules were flexible as well as pool dives and the trip to the Gilboa Quarry. Gene is a great instructor in and out of the water! He is upfront with the costs and has all the equipment you would need to rent/buy. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Excellent CPR training, very knowledgeable on the subject matter and he genuinely wants you to not only learn the material but to also be able to apply what you have learned. This was my most challenging BLS class, but also my most informative ever in my nursing experience. I would highly recommend this business; make sure that you come prepared.

I went here to receive AHA-certified BLS for Healthcare Providers and felt the training was excellent. Gene focuses on the key points and makes sure that you get experience using the mannequins. Gene was professional and courteous. I would recommend coming here to get CPR-certified.

I recently got PADI certified here (Scuba certified). I called every store around Cincinnati, and found In Too Deep to have several things over the competition. First, the prices were the most fair. You get the biggest bang for your buck here. Watch out when shopping to get certified as there are A LOT of unexpected costs. In Too Deep was up front and open about additional fees for the open-water dives, and still came in with a lower price. 2nd, Gene (the instructor) really cares. He was in the military and has a no BS approach. He seems like a guy who genuinely cares about the customer. Id recommend to all of my friends...He also does CCW if youre interested in that.
