I have been getting cookie bouquets and cookie cakes from CBD for years. I called Wednesday realizing that I had sone anything about a cake for my daughters birthday part . I called and asked and they do individually wrapped cookies as party favors for $3.99 a piec . They are so worth i . Other companies do not make them like CBD! I told them the theme and her favorite colors and they even delivered to the party event before I arrived! Thank you for always being worth every penny! I am a surrogate and just found out that our embryo transfer was successful! I was looking for a creative way to tell the intended parents that we are expecting and when I called Dianne she was so excited for us and more then willing to help! I called this location from out of state to send cookies to a friend. Leslie, one of the owners, didnt bat an eye when I had a very unusual request for the design to be placed on the cookies. She was fantastic and helped me pick the proper tray of cookies and allowed me to email her what I wanted each cookie to say. She also emailed me a picture of the completed cookies, called me from her cell phone to arrange a delivery time, and personally delivered the tray of cookies herself (in freezing rain) at a later, but convenient time for my friend. I will absolutely order from here again, as all of my family and friends live in this area. Leslie, thank you so much for accomodating my less than ordinary request!! You are amazing!

Cookies by Design on Kenwood Road were very kind and accommodating when I had a last-minute (day of!) request to send a cookie bouquet to my Dad on his birthday. I missed the Same-Day 10am deadline, and they very graciously agreed to still deliver to my Dad that day. He loved the gift and it made all the difference that they could be delivered the day of. I placed an order on their site for a same-day arrangement, but I realized at checkout that I was about 10 minutes past the deadline for same day. So I called immediately after checking out and asked if there was any way they could still deliver. It was for a client that wasnt going to be in the office the next day. The woman I spoke to was so nice, and she checked with the owner to see what they could do. The owner herself ended up making the delivery so that my client could get their bouquet that day. The owner even called me after making the delivery to let me know it was done. I will definitely use them in the future!!

The cookies were awesome! Everyone loved them and they were beautifully packaged. they were fresh and very delicious. Better than some other delivery cookies I have had.And the driver called to let me know the gift had been delivered. It was just an extra little thing that not many do, and I appreciated it.

Cookies by Designs website was super easy to use to place my order. They delivered the cookies the next day, but the recipient wasnt home. I was afraid they might not leave them for the recipient to get off the porch later, but they did. They also gave me a call right after the delivery to let me know that it was delivered and left on the porch since no one answered. Great service and great cookies.

Terrible experience. Ordered a dozen of assorted cupcakes to be delivered same day. The next day a dozen of vanilla & chocolate show up & left at the front door. Apparently they had the wrong number to notify anyone that they were out there so they were outside for 2 days. I called to complain about not getting an assortment & was given an attitude & told that a 1/2 dozen of assorted would be delivered the same day. Again, no cupcakes & no notification. After a second follow up call I was told there was an accident & that I was contacted, but I wasnt. Finally cupcakes arrive but they are not very assorted; 2 flavors of 3 types. If you look at their website there are twice as many types, they could have provided 6 different ones. And they were the least of the gourmet, no fancy ones, if you will. Frankly of the cupcakes that have been delivered I could have made them. Save your self embarrassment & frustration & go with Edible Arrangements or Gigis cupcakes.

I was sent a gluten free basket with gluten containing cookies mixed in from my company. I have celiac disease and ate a regular cookie as it was not indicated to have both. Ive been violently sick while caring for a new mother, newborn, and toddler. I am not happy with at all and the cookie I ate was dry, bland and no where near the agony its caused me.
