Just received an invoice for $208.05 for a 35 minute service call; no supplies used, $97 trip charge, and $160/hour labor charge = $96. Hard to believe they get away with these types of rates, will look elsewhere in future. Ridiculous.

I am a Property Manager and we have been using Cincinnati Coin for years. Every single time I call for service, my calls are answers politely and promptly as service is done completely and quickly every time. And whenever anyone comes to empty the coins, they are super nice and always check in to make sure a the machines are operating well. Thank you!!

Reporting this company to BBB. 0 stars if I could. Bought a property 2 weeks ago, and now I am being told I owe close to 1,750.00 to get out of the contract that I never agreed to or signed. Come to find out, the contract was auto-renewed, the person who signed the contract was not even the previous owner, but the owner before that, in 2016. They wanted my SSN, were rude and condescending. Their sales rep, John, was so rude! He told my husband that I was overwhelmed by him....wait, what? John is the worst sales rep I have ever encountered and I will take them to court before giving them a cent of my hard earned cash. Contracts are not transferrable, and enforceable against a different person than the one who signed the contract. My lawyers are on it....What a HUGE SCAM!!!!!

My complex has a contact with this useless company. So the washer they brought flooded my apartment .When they finally came ,after looking at the unit the tech said it flooded due to a unbalanced load .There was four items in the washer , two t shirts and two other small items. Learn how to take responsibility & accountablity for your faulty equipment. You all try to put your negligence off on the tenant.

Their machines are junks and the cards break easily so they make customers buy another one for $5. Terrible overall dont use this company if you own an apartment complex

Ok to dry a normal load of light thin material clothing but you cant dry anything of substance in their dryers. Top off is disabled so a load of jeans has to be run through medium heat twice at 1.75 per cycle to dry them. What fool dries anything on High Heat it destroys clothing. Why not just disable high heat to conserve energy. Its the high heat that is not economical. I have a mold allergy in my household and the Doctor has recommended that cloths come out of the dryer fully dry. This is total bull and a way to scam you out of money by making you run cycles twice on towels, blankets, and jeans.

These machines sucks and dryers never hot and I always have to call every month for them to service our laundry in my building.

Terrible service I hate them they just take your money and do not invest in good machines the clothes are dirty and wet.

Rip off!! $1.75 to dry should get you a full hour not 45 minutes. Took two cycles to get my bed pillows dry. Most dryers allow you to put in a few additional quarters for extra time if added before the timer runs out. Not these dryers!! Requires a full additional $1.75. found this out after I put in a $1, and still required more. Went back to my apartment for more quarters, time I got back, the timer ran out and the machine kept my $1. Coin returns dont work. Fix your machines and stop ripping people off!!!!!!

My apartment complex has washers and dryers from Cincinnati Coin Laundry. I had to stop using the washers because of the gunk they were leaving on my clothes. When I called the first time to complain about the washer, I was informed that they would send someone out to service the washer. Two days later I washed my clothes in the same washer. The very same gunk was left on my clothes. I called back to make another complaint. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and stated that the washer had been serviced and that they werent sending anyone out again. I decided that I would not use the washers. I decided that I would rather load up my vehicle and take my clothes to a laundromat that cared about their appliances and their customers.About 8 months later, I decided to use the washer in my apartment because I was short on time. Bad choice, my clothes were left with the gunky residue, once again. I called Cincinnati Coin Laundry, I was informed that they could pick up my clothes and clean them for me. Good right? NO! I requested that my clothes not be dried in the dryer due to fading and shrinking. I received my clothes back today. I was extremely upset to find that My black jeans were no longer black, but extremely faded. I called to inform the company and the person I spoke with was extremely rude, claiming that the their washers do not leave a residue and that the person who washed my clothes did not dry them in a washer. Clearly, my black jeans were dried in a dryer. Because they were extremely faded. They were unwilling to accommodate me. Lets just say this is the last time Cincinnati Coin Laundy will rip me off. I will be sure to tell my neighbors that it is cheaper and your clothes actually get clean, not dirty when you take them down the street to Clean Clothes Company on Fields Ertel.

The washing machine ate my quarters and of course the damn company was closed so theres nothing i could really do except let my laundry sit in it with detergent and no quarters! from now on i am driving 25 min to my moms house and doing laundry there every week! this company aint gonna have my money no more!

Been at my apartment complex 6 months and washer and dryer times have been reduced by this company even in that short amount of time. If you actually want clean and dry clothes you have to run them through twice for both the washer and dryer costing $5.50 per load. The worst part is having to go back and forth to feed and start the machines instead of having just one decent wash cycle and one decent drying cycle. Tedious! Now I know why I see most of my neighbors carting their laundry out to their car to do them someplace else!Response...The machines are working fine. The drying time was reduced leaving your clothes damp so that you had to run it twice. Using a drying rack solved the problem.

They charge you an arm and a leg for using washers and dryers and make you have to load money on their cards, so you cant pay with a credit card or change. The card dispensers only accept cash. Then they suddenly change what machines are available and they wont take the old laundry cards.Why are you going to run a business and then make it difficult for people to pay you?

Terrible excuse of a company, 5$ increment loads but 1.30 for a wash, 5$ for a card, misleading instructions on their machines, jerks on the phone, make you waste time to get a refund. Wish I could review 0 stars.

This company is the worst!!!!Raised prices and does not clean clothes, due to the short cycle. Also the spin dry cycle is so short that the clothes are too wet and its impossible to get the clothes dry in the dryer without spending a fortune. Even after trying to get a small load dry in the dryers, we must hang clothes in Apt to finish drying. Dont trust this Company.
