I inquired about tomato basil sauce and was told it was just dropped off an inaccessible at the time. I was told to come back the next day. I returned the following afternoon and there were no jars of tomato basil sauce. I again inquired and was told they were all sold and that this was their most popular sauce. Yet they only got a box of 12 jars off the truck. I was extremely upset over the whole situation. How could a store have a display of 50 bottles of a harvest sauce and not have an equal amount delivered on their best seller. I chose to go elsewhere to buy my products.

Browsing after a doctor appointment in the same complex. I found a great selection of higher end/prestige label mens clothing there that I typically wouldnt buy at places like Nordstrom, etc. I encourage women to go there (starting with my wife) BUT not men in XL size as this is my new secret find!!!

Prices way to high better off going to St.Vincent De Paul half the price larger selection

A bit pricy, but great clothes

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was talked to very rudely by an employee when trying to sell maternity items at this store. It clearly advertises “maternity” on the front entrance for items they have and I had called this store yesterday to ask if they accept maternity items which they confirmed they do. However, today, this employee barely skimmed through my name brand, like-new maternity items and told me I would be better off selling at another consignment shop that has a specific maternity section since there is not one at this store. I explained that I was told they accepted maternity items and she snapped back at me and just repeated what she had already said but in an even ruder tone. To anyone selling or buying maternity: Do Not Sell or Buy Here! Apparently it’s a false advertisement.

One of my favorite stores!

I was very happy with the service and care I was given.

I have bought and consigned with this company for years. At the time of opening my account I paid a $30 fee to become a seller. Recently I called the West Chester store to see how much money I had on my account from selling. I was told that since I hadnt been in the store to collect my money in over 18 months, that they threw away my account card and had no record of my sales. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was on vacation. I asked further questions about how this would impact my seller account, and was transferred to another clerk at the store. The second lady I spoke with became irritated and short tempered with my questions, eventually hanging up on me. Mind you, I never lost my temper, called anyone names, or yelled. I called back to inquire the name of the person who hung up on me, and this time spoke to someone named Madison. She refused to disclose the name of the lady who hung up on me after me asking repeatedly. She finally told me the ladys name was Joyce.After this conversation, I went to their website and found the consignment contract they have you sign as a clothing seller. This contract states that any amounts not claimed by the customer within 18 months after the sale shall be redeemable for Snooty Fox merchandise. This contract is on their website today, 4/13/19. I called back to the store to inquire about the store credit owed to me, and this time spoke to the manager, Jeanette. She told me that after 18 months of not collecting or selling, they throw away all records of your seller account, and that if I wanted to receive my store credit I had to come up with proof, and dates, of everything I dropped off.So in summary I paid a fee to become a consignment seller at Snooty Fox. I dropped off what I estimate to be several hundred dollars of clothing which they sold for profit at their store. They then kept the money from my sold items, threw away all record of my sales and refuse to give me money or store credit for my sold items.I simply cannot understand how this is a legal way to operate a business. I seriously urge you to use caution giving this shady company your business. I will not being doing business with any of these stores again, based on the treatment from their employees, and the breach of contract. It is a shame because I have been a customer of this store for over 20 years.

Today I figured out why it is called the “Snooty” Fox. There was no line, I walked up and was ignored by two employees one of whom was the manager (I heard her tell another customer a few minutes earlier that she was the manager) I politely said hello thinking they didn’t see me. The manager rudely snapped at me that they were with another customer and would be with me in a minute. The two of them continued to stand there and sort clothes with no other customers around for about 5 minutes and complain about how busy the store had been all day. I almost walked out but wanted the top I found. I don’t appreciate having sales people snap at me and I don’t appreciate being lied to. They were clearly not with another customer but sorting clothing which easily could have been taken care of after handling my sale. I always find more gems at the Blue Ash location and have always had friendly sales associates there.

Wonderful place! This trip in I was shopping for furniture. I bought 2 large mirrors for an excellent price. I wanted to buy more but couldnt fit it into my car. Great selection!

I grew up visiting Snooty Fox consignment store in Mariemont. I have fond memories of finding wonderful name brand treasures for great prices. This store is actually in a very good location, Harpers Point Shopping Center close to Kroger, restaurants and great shops. Its a pretty large store with two sections divided into clothing and furniture.My biggest complaint is the snootiness of the staff (pardon the pun). As youll read in other reviews, I think these ladies forget they are working in a retail environment and they are there to help, not ignore and pretend like they are working at New York Fashion Week. Its used clothing!They do have a high standard of what they will accept, which I appreciate. Its hard to compete with the kind of sales and deals you can get these days on new clothing. When they do accept something with a name brand label, like a St. John Knit, I think they are just over priced.I think the furniture section is laid out very nicely and it doesnt feel like a scratch and dent or garage sale environment in the least. They have some nice pieces. But again, I can do better and they are just high in price.I cant comment on being the Consignor as I havent tried to sell anything with them in several years. They pay 50% which seems generous, especially if they can get those prices. But as a shopper, Im disappointed.

For my money, this harbor pointe center store has the most elegant furnishings to offer second only to the Anderson store.I find all the employees to be very easy to talk with and very helpful. The selections of accessories is varied in style, yet very tasteful.Did you know that 10% of every purchase amount is contributed to a school?I first came there as part of a snooty fox bus tour on Wednesday, June 15. By the way how do you recommend them to to go to each one of their locations.

Great clothing

I have been going to this store for more than four years. They have items big and small priced all the way down to $1. Great place to find new and gently used products, fabrics, furniture, screens, lighting, and art.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Ive bought and sold from Snooty Fox and have gotten incredible bargains. Theyre very discriminating when it comes to the clothing they accept, so the customers always know the clothing is quality. Highly recommend!

Snooty Fox is one of my favorite places to shop. The sales people are always very helpful and work hard at keeping the clothes organized. The dressing rooms are clean and roomy for trying on clothes. I look forward to shopping at Snooty Fox again soon.

A little on the crazy busy side, they had a tour every one seemed to enjoy. Ill have to look into one in the future.

How snooty do you need to be! I have been in this store about 4 times in the past 4 months. A few times it was very busy but most of the time I was maybe one out of four customers. Never not one time was I ever greeted with a Hello was I ever acknowledged with a smile. The sales Clerks that work in this used clothing store were way too busy cackling with one another to acknowledge their customers. Unless you walked in and a pair of Prada shoes then maybe you are acknowledged and I know this because of listening to their cackling.
