Okay $7 for cotton candy? I walked in curious saw that price, and just laughed my self out. Im sure the quality is better, the store is clean, but I dont care. If you going to command that price for common candy items you can get anywhere else at a lesser price by more than half. Im not seeing the point to come here. Now if they were able to produce a good value on rare delicious treats that are appetizing to the eyes as much as my gullet I would consider coming back. Kenwood Mall coincidentally has more candy shops than any other mall that I know of. Obviously theres a lot of people with sweet tooths. But this Williams-Sonoma version of Candy ? I saw that they had minor potentials but theyre not making them front and center.

Mary is a wonderful choice of person to work here. I could not do the job so well. Some prices are excessively high, yet on other items theres great value to be had.

Taking the candy game to another level! The store is so bright and colorful. It made me happy just to see the store and Anthony made the experience even better! He was a wonderful tour guide, and made our stop very memorable. We look forward to returning when we are back in town!

Best Chocolate Candy In The City Of Cincinnati! Customer Service Is Superb And The Store Always Clean!

I work in the mall and have come to this store several times. They have a lot of good employees but Brandon really stands out as one of the best. He always greets me and is extremely helpful. Excellent customer service and product knowledge. Its people like him that make me want to come back again and again.

This candy is delicious... but why is is it so expensive... feel like this candy should come in a Louis Vuitton bag...

This was a fun experience. Its nostalgic and beautiful. They have fantastic dark chocolate salted caramels. The young man working was so helpful. And they allow you to sample. Beautiful for gift giving

I though the staff was extremely helpful and nice. I’ve been multiple times and every time I’ve had a great experience. Last time I went the cashier was so helpful and friendly. He acted like he was having a great time and was passionate about the candy which is cool! I would recommend going here if you truly love candy! 5/5

Cute and such a variety of sweets. This shop had so many treats from every kind of gummy to Hi-Chews (An Asian candy) which I love and NutGoodies which are from Minneapolis. I was very excited with all the possibilities. It is a little expensive but being in the mall it is to be expected. The young man at counter was very pleasant.

Amazing selection of candy. From old school favorites, to new stuff to things from other countries. We had great experiences with the staff. Not sure why some of these other reviews say they had issues with staff/management. They were great to us. Amazing candy store!

I would never recommend this candy store to anyone. While shopping tonight, they followed us as if we were thieves and gave us dirty looks. We had gone in earlier and told them kindly that we looked forward to coming back to purchase candy after dinner. Incredibly unprofessional staff. They should be embarrassed.

The store is new so maybe from the reviews they were overwhelmed when others visited. The staff was very nice, very helpful and the place was too much to take in . I cant wait for my next visit. Give them another try if you had experience. Anyone can have a bad day. Being new and opening is difficult.

I thought this place was the coolest! Just visiting from Chicago and I never heard of this place, found out they have one in Chicago so I’ll be visiting that one. The staff was helpful and friendly, they had a great variety of candy, and the truffles are AMAZING!! This place was awesome and I will definitely try to come back to Cincy just to visit L&P!

Great selection of gummies , candies and chocolates. Thwy also have macaroons in different flavors. What i liked the most is the their around the world selections. You can find authentic Japanese and European candies. Its a must to visit this place while you are in the mall. They also have a deal that if you make an account and do a survey, next time you visit you receive a pound of gummy bears 🐻🐻

They had a huge selection of sweets and the store was beautiful. Some of the staff was really nice, but the cashier was really rude and not knowledgable. We had asked for a few treats from inside the glass next to the register, and she basically eye-rolled every time we added another thing to our order. Then, I asked if the macarons were gluten free (which they naturally are, but sometimes certain flavors have mix-ins that contain gluten), and she looked at me like I was an idiot and then said of course not, just that stuff in the gluten free corner of the store are gluten free and then just walked away..?I work retail and would never treat customers the way that we were treated. As an avid candy lover, I was very excited about this store but will not be returning and I will advise my friends to stay away as well.

This place has everything! The store was so cute with all of the displays of any kind of candy you would like. They have the old time candy, which the Juju beads are my favorite, and are normally hard to find. The chocolate that the store specializes in, is just perfect. You have to taste it, delicious. Mmmmm. My favorite so far is between the chocolate covered potato chips and White chocolate graham cracker. The container that I purchased and filled, had gold trim all around it. You can fill it up with four different kinds of candy. I wanted to give it as a gift, but kept it. :) I only choose two of my favorites, that I had tried in the store. The container you can take back anytime and get it filled up with whatever you like for only $40. My new favorite place!!!! My Grandkids will love it!

Great and courteous staff I think they have the best tasting dark chocolate around the staff was very knowledgeable and helping me on my selection.
