My son and daughter-in-law recently had their first child (my first grandchild) and my DIL has been craving a good steak. Summit Fine Meats is close to their home and they had been wanting to try the products Summit had to offer. I headed off to this very easy to find shop and was immediately in awe if the beautiful cuts of meat in their display cases. I was assisted by Brad, who was as delightful as he was helpful. Not only did I acquire three pounds of beautiful sirloin for our special dinner, I purchased a variety of meat, cheese, salads, and veggies for my husband and I. I cant wait to eat it all up so I can go back and buy some more!

Great small butcher shop in Anderson. They make a lot of their own stuff like sausages, stuffed pork chops and deli items. Lately theyve had new items pretty much every week. The grilling burgers are fantastic and an easy go-to. They also do their own dry ageing on steaks. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They usually have salmon and tilapia also.

I grill/cook 5x a week and Summit is the only place I go for meats. Great prices for great quality. The staff is super kind and helpful!

Their chicken cordon bleu is the best. The chicken is the most tender I’ve had. And their twice baked potatoes are awesome.

Best New York strips and ground sirloin for fabulous burgers! Service A+ oh and don’t forget their pepper jack cheese. Love this place. We buy meat nowhere else.

I recently placed a custom order with them. They trimmed, cut, and vacuum-sealed the meat exactly as I requested. Their quality of service and product is outstanding. Highly, highly recommend!!!

My family picked up some beef today and first off, it was not cut up as per requested, just a big slab of meat we had to cut ourselves. The quality of the meat was poor, barely able to cut it. The quality was not at all we we expected and are used to from them.

Suggestions: goetta, ham salad, and ham loaf. Orange/cranberry relish.

This is the best butcher shop around. Although I miss Don his consistent food and service live on. A lot of people in the Midwest dont know about tri-tip. Summit is one of the few places that have it on hand. Give it a try once and youll be hooked.
