I had a blast with Jen Galligan. She was very easy going and honest. I was looking for a specific dress or something very similar to it and she found THE exact dress I wanted within 5 minutes. She also got me a better deal than another place I was looking at. She was so helpful with my budget and said that she would do whatever she could to make it happen.She found such a delicate veil and earrings to go with it. I felt so beautiful and special. This was a last minute appointment so my bridal party was busy and I went alone. But Jen made it fun and not awkward.They got my measurements super fast and helped pick the right size.I couldnt be happier.

Don’t go if you are curvy or considered “plus size” they don’t like you here. Basically they will be nice to you, then tell you everything you like is for smaller sizes only and try to force you into dresses you hate. The plus size dresses are in a dimly lit back corner so if you weren’t already feeling bad about yourself they really add it on with that along with being inattentive to you but seeing how they praise and try very hard to help the smaller sized ladies in the store… after showing them what I wanted they tried to force me in dresses I hated them got annoyed when I kept repeating it wasn’t my style or what I wanted… when asked if they would bring in dresses in a style I wanted and would pay a fee for it, the manager lady told my consultant that she would not be doing that cause that’s just a “waste of time” so they threw me in 3 more ugly dresses and finished the appointment because I wasn’t doing what they wanted OR skinny.

My consultant Sandra was awesome. I came in not knowing what I wanted for a wedding dress but I eventually realized the type of style I like and Sandra delivered. We tried on more than 10 gowns and we were almost at the end of the appointment but Sandra pull one last dress for me to try on. That was the dress I ended up purchasing. I’m so glad she persisted and listened to me. I would definitely recommend brides to come find their dress at bridal & formal for the amazing service!!

Bridal and formal was my first stop for dress shopping and they absolutely made me time there unforgettable even before I set foot in the shop. I saw that they were hosting a Randy Fenoli trunk show and called to see about setting up an appointment, unfortunately they were already fully booked but informed me to call later in the week in case there were cancellations. Well I called again and they were able to squeeze us in last minute! From the moment my group and I walked in, we felt so welcomed. We met our consultant, Kelly L who was AMAZING. Kelly and I went shopping and then got to trying on the dresses and she was so helpful because I was very open to trying anything on. It seriously felt like I was hanging out with one of my best friends, she was the best. After trying on several silhouettes we decided what worked best and went from there. I was able to find my dream dress and say yes to the dress with Randy, it was seriously the best day and most amazing experience.

I purchased my wedding dress at Bridal & Formal but the real star was the amazing woman who helped me, Sam Smith. Sam, you are outstanding in every way.When I walked through the doors I was nervous, uncomfortable and even a touch insecure. Sam immediately made me feel welcomed and confident. She answered all 300 questions asked between my mother and I, gave her honest and helpful opinion, and worked through any problem we assumed could arise.Sam, you made my experience the best it could ever be and thank you so much. We came from Columbus for three dress appointments for my grandniece, Kaylee. There were 11 people in our group, and we were treated like royalty. Bobbi was our consultant, and she was incredible! Kaylee found a dress she loved, but because she had two other appointments, she wanted to honor those. She tried on one dress at each store, but couldnt get that first dress out of her head, so she went back and said yes to the dress! Bobbi deserves one of your beautiful tiaras for her personality and service, she is a treasure!

I went to bridal and formal yesterday and it was my second appointment of the day. I had just left my dream dress behind at the previous appointment after I was given a dress to try on that was $700 over my budget. Then I met Jen… she was absolutely great! She was so uplifting and encouraging. Jen was so apologetic for what had happened and did everything she could to fix something that was not her fault at all (or even the same shop!) She pulled so many beautiful dresses for me to try on and really listened to exactly what I was looking for in a dress. Towards the end of my appointment, I was feeling overwhelmed from what had happened earlier in the day and had a little breakdown. She was the sweetest! She brought me tissues (and much needed chocolate) and told me it was time to take a break. She was so right. Although I left without a dress yesterday, I can’t wait to make another appointment with Jen and I know without a doubt that I will find my dream dress with her help! Thank you!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Bobbi at B&F this past weekend. We had been to one bridal store before coming to B&F, and it was an okay experience. The consultant at the other store warned me about how stressful going to B&F would be and how it could be overwhelming. I will say, I am glad I went to a smaller boutique and learned a bit about what I was looking for before going to B&F. It would have been a bit much for my first wedding dress shopping experience. But, I knew a brand I liked and what style I was looking for by the time I arrived. And when Bobbi greeted me, I knew we were in for a treat. She has an outstanding personality, a contagious laugh, and is the most reassuring yet honest consultant I worked with throughout my wedding dress shopping experience. Bobbi made the day SO much fun and really got along well with my friends and family who attended with me. She was patient and listened to what I liked and didnt like about each dress to better narrow down what I was looking for. Honestly, I wish Bobbi could be my hype woman every day because I left feeling beautiful, cared for, and I found my dream wedding dress at an amazing price. Im not sure if B&F takes requests for consultants, but Im telling you - you cant go wrong with Bobbi. 10/10 and one of the best days Ive had during quarantine (and its been a long quarantine at this point). This was my 5th bridal shop searching for my dream wedding dress. I was in Cincinnati for the weekend visiting my sister and found a dress at Bridal and Formal that I really wanted to try on. Ill be honest, my (and my partys) entire experience was very uncomfortable. I explained exactly what I didnt like, yet the consultant kept bringing me dresses with that exact detailing. The consultant was what made the experience terrible - she was rude to my mother and maid of honor numerous times when they tried to provide their opinion to me. In the fitting room she tried to convince me to come alone and buy my dress, and to ask for forgiveness later. What she wasnt understanding, though I said it multiple times, was that I hated every single.dress. I tried on at least 25 dresses, despite my objections. My party was actually nice and loved a few dresses. If I hated the dresses why would I return to secretly buy a dress?She was very disrespectful about my party while I was in the fitting room with her. This was not our first shop so its not like I dont know how the appt is supposed to go.Anyway, Ive already began telling friends to never go there and a few friends said their experience had a lot of body shaming. I guess Im lucky that I have an acceptable body type to be a client there.My consultant was Lacrecia.Also, I would like to note that they have signs everywhere that theyll price match if you find the same dress for cheaper somewhere else. That practice is disgusting to me because youre then taking advantage of brides who have no idea how much a dress costs. Its then up to the bride to search for that exact dress instead of B&F simply providing honest and fair pricing.

I SAID YES TO THE DRESS on Saturday!!! My family and I planned a whole weekend trip to find my wedding dress at Bridal and Formal to locate a specific dress by Randy Fenoli. We packed up and drove for six hours from out-of-state for an appointment with Sally. I knew the moment we walked in the door that I would be finding the gown of my dreams. I had been to three different bridal stores previously and the last one left me in tears because of how abnormally pushy and over-the-top fake everyone was. Bridal and Formal was a breath of fresh air! It felt like I was on an episode of Say Yes to the Dress -- so many consultants walking around at once, each helping their client and everyone had a purpose. Sally was wonderful and very patient! I showed her photos of the styles of dresses I was dead-set on and she was so sweet and picked ones exactly like I showed her. She was very genuine, helpful, and not pushy at all. I ended up choosing a dress that I liked even better than the one I set out to try on! They have so many thousands of dresses to choose from that if you dont find your dress there, you wont find it anywhere! I felt excited, special, and hopeful the entire time! Social awkwardness surrounding COVID did NOT ruin my appointment for once!! We enjoyed speaking with the owner, Andy, so much that he stayed for over an hour talking with us after the store closed while we were waiting for my fiance and father to come pick us up. Such friendly people!

I had a blast with the employees here. It was a very nice store with plenty of different verity of dresses.

I am a bridesmaid and the bride requested we order our dresses from this bridal shop in February. Being that the shop is in Cincinnati and we are from different states we had to go get our measurements taken and call them into the bridal shop. When we called in they suggested a few sizes bigger than what we normally would wear, that was a mistake. I am a 14 and my dress came in a size 20, as you can see it doesn’t fit at all. Out of 10+ bridesmaids only one had a dress too small, everyone else’s including my dress was extremely too big. What was worse, was that there was virtually nothing the bridal shop offered to do to correct this issue, no exchanges, no returns, no discounted alterations services. I am so very disappointed, the staff was nice but the sizing for this particular dress was horrible!

I just found my dress here last Saturday. Jen made my experience so great! She was quick to figure out exactly what I wanted and was so helpful :) would definitely recommend!

I ordered my daughters wedding dress from bridal and formal. She originally tried on a size 10. The consultants came in and said she needed a size 14 to be comfortable, I questioned this but figured they new best. I wish I would have taken a picture of the dress we picked up but she left in tears and wasnt really interested in taking pictures. The dress was just not the same as what we ordered. The dress was huge she had to hold it up to come out to show everyone, but the consultant said unless it was over so many inches to big then they wouldn’t reorder. Thankfully my mother is a seamstress and that ordeal could be fixed relatively cheap! My mother’s time! However, when we got the dress and looked at pictures and you can see the difference in pictures. The Material is not even the same. We are 60 days out from her wedding and now looking for a different dress. The dress she tried on was a shinier material, the dress she received is a rougher thicker table cloth material. $2000 for a tablecloth!

Hands down our favorite bridal shop! They had the dress of my daughters dreams! Everything was perfect and we highly recommend you go to them! They will work with you on prices and you will get what you are looking for! Thank you Bridal and formal! ❤️

I bought the eddy K dress from Sandra and she was SO nice! Between her and the manager, they found the perfect dress for me! They even let me come back the next day and try it on again in front of MIL and parents to do a “reveal” of sorts. I’m grateful that I bought my dress and veil there. A lot of my friends all bought their dresses there too! They were very attentive to my desires for what dress I wanted, they were in tune with my vision, and they also recommended a great alterations company.

Molly was my consultant and she was incredible! I went in for a very specific dress and nothing else we tried could beat it and she made me feel like she was just as excited about it as me! I could not be happier!

We had a great time! As bridesmaids, we would have appreciated a few larges sizes but everyone is very accommodating and we are looking forward to strutting down the aisle!

I was looking for my wedding dress and am so glad I lucked out and got Iris as my consultant!! She was THE BEST! She was so fun, made me feel comfortable and was not pushy. I left to look at more dresses at other locations, but came back to her for THE ONE! Can’t wait to see it when it comes in! Make an appointment & ask for Iris!!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jen at Bridal and Formal! The environment was so welcoming and the staff were super friendly! Upon arriving, Jen was ready to go and asked all the right questions to help me find the dress of my dreams :) I picked a couple dresses and she picked ONE dress and asked me to trust her. It was the first dress I tried on and I said YES! She knew exactly what I wanted and even dolled me up with a makeshift hair appointment, earrings, and a veil to give me the full bridal treatment. Jen made me feel so special and I would recommend her to any bride looking for their perfect dress! She was so knowledgeable about everything wedding, I could definitely tell she knew her stuff. We also worked with Tarah in the mother of the bride/bridesmaid dress section and she was wonderful as well. My mom and sister were having so much fun trying on dresses and getting ideas that we stayed almost an hour after they closed without knowing it! We never felt rushed and Tarah was so respectful and patient with us as we asked a bunch of questions. Overall, my experience at Bridal and Formal was everything that I dreamed about and more! I will be recommending this salon to all of my friends/family.

I really enjoyed working with Bobbi! She made me feel so beautiful and read my mind. She paid close attention to all the details of my wedding, NOT just what I thought I wanted in a dress. I had the most incredible experience here while shopping for my wedding dress! My consultant, Mary, was very knowledgeable about the different designers. She was very conscious about what I was looking for while staying within my budget! She was so helpful in making decisions, and made me feel so welcome. She made sure to include the guests I brought with me so they were able to be a part of the experience as well. The entire staff was inviting and so friendly, and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Bridal & Formal! I would recommend it to anyone!

If you find a dress that you like there and buy it great. If you need ANYTHING else past the purchase of your dress you are out of luck. There are maybe one or two knowledgeable people in that whole store and everyone else either has no idea what is going on or doesnt want to help you at all. I had to order extra fabric for part of my dress it was supposed to be there in July. Just got off the phone with them and it wont be there until AFTER my wedding in September. They basically told me I was out of Luck and had no other options or suggestions to help me get what I needed for my dress.

I came in looking for a Bridesmaid dress to find out that almost any dress I order wont make it in time for an end of May wedding. However, all of the consultants worked with me, especially Elise, to find a dress in my size and style that I liked that they could sell to me off the rack. The bride and I were very pleased with the service and time they put into my needs, especially for us needing only one dress. The Bridesmaid department really cares about each customer regardless of level of sale!

I had Mary as a consultant. She was friendly, knowledgeable, fun, and professional. She made me feel comfortable picking between dresses. Then she showed me some glitter tulle and I was sold. I also had Stacy do my measurements and she was a treat as well. Very happy to have come here! Only the second store!! Thanks ladies!

What made my experience at Bridal and Formal so great was the help I had from the store manager and my consultant Bobbi. They did everything they could to make sure I could try on the exact dress that I envisioned for my wedding and I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed the experience. You really do get to feel like a princess for the day and I was so happy to have Bobbi along for the ride with me as we narrowed it down. The selection at this store will overwhelm you but theres surely something for everyone. Cant wait to send the store photos after the big day because they really made a dream come true for me.

I worked with Kelly to find my wedding dress - she was helpful, kind, and made me feel pampered. When she had me in my dress, she did my hair and put in earrings and a hair accessory along with a veil to make me look and feel like a queen. I appreciated that she let me make my own opinions about the dresses that I was trying on and supported me with whatever decision I made. Thanks again Bridal and Formal!

Absolutely loved everything about this shop! Went into many shops before this one and hated the environment, but as soon as we walked in this store it felt welcoming and positive. Sabrina helped us shop and helped me find the dress of my dreams. Would recommend to anyone who wants a personal and caring atmosphere. Felt like a safe and non commission based store! I had a great experience buying my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses from Bridal & Formal. They have a huge selection. I had Bobbi as a consultant. She was great at helping me find dresses that were the type of style I liked and in my price range. I went to a few other wedding dress stores first, but I thought Bridal & Formal was the best (which is why I bought my dress from there). I definitely recommend it.

I found the most spectacular dress here at Bridal and Formal. It makes it that much special that my aunt and my grandma both bought their dress through this boutique as well. My consultant was Lacrecia and she made the process so easy to find THE dress. They bring you to the back and let you explore the endless racks of dresses and it sure is an experience! I found my dream gown and it was thanks to my consultant, ENZOANI, and my group. I can not wait for my wedding day! Thank you!

I found my wedding dress here in November and had an amazing experience with Sandra. She could read my body language with each dress I tried on and didnt waste any time in finding the one. My bridesmaids are now shopping at Bridal and Formal for their bridesmaid dresses and have had a great experience with various staff. Bridal and Formal has so many gowns to choose from at great prices! Would definitely recommend to any bride!

I highly recommend Bridal and Formal. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Mary helped me to narrow my wedding dress vision down, and led me to the dress of my dreams. Katelyn helped to outfit me with some beautiful accessories that I am so excited to wear! The bridal staff here truly work as a team—I counted as many as 5-6 staff members who helped to assist me throughout the day, and their efforts count! Bridal and Formal was my one stop shop to find my dress. Thank you all for making my day memorable and magical, I can’t wait to put on my dress again. :)

We went to Bridal and Formal and worked with Mary and had a really great experience. I wasn’t sure what I wanted in a dress so we pulled a wide variety of dresses and Mary was able to help me work through things I liked and didn’t like. As I found things I really liked she shared having specific dresses in mind and was able to pull those quickly, she was also mindful of my budget. I planned just to look and bring back some family the following week however ended up purchasing that day and they let me come back and try on my dress for my family. Overall a great experience with Mary and everyone around!

I was looking for a certain dress at the shop across the street from Bridal and Formal. The price that the other shop was wanting for the dress was way out of my price range. My mom and I walked across the street to Bridal and Formal and they were so helpful. They didnt carry the dress I was looking for in store so they contacted the another shop that had it and they shipped the dress to the shop just for me to be able to try it on for my family to see so I could Say yes to the dress. Not only did they do that for me they even had the price of the dress a lot cheaper then the other shop. They were super helpful and very nice to us. I was very pleased and Im returning to the store to go shopping for my bridesmaids dresses. My sales consultant was Mary Baum and she was amazing. She worked so well with me, with all my requests and made me feel very comfortable.I would recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a wedding dress.

Had such a great and memorable experience. The staff and selection were amazing. I drove 4 hours as it was one of the only Bridal stores that carried the designer I liked. Not only did they have the designer but a variety of other options. I appreciated the selection as I didnt know exactly what I wanted. My consultant Iris however made the experience. Every time I showed her a picture, she knew the dress as well as made additional recommends based on what I was looking for and gave me honest feedback, which I appreciated as I was unable to have my family there due to travel. Furthermore, she didnt make me feel rushed. When I needed to try a dress on more than once, zoom call home, or get another dress she welcomed it. Lastly, the time was made so much more special when after I said yes, I got to meet the designer of my dress as he was there. Such a cool experience. Needless to say I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a large selection to choose from and consultants willing to go the extra mile to make sure you find that perfect dress. I had two appointments in the Reading Bridal district and my experience at Bridal and Formal was out of this world in comparison. I was feeling a bit discouraged after my first bridal appointment because I was told that in my price range ($1200) there weren’t many options and they didn’t have a lot for me to try on. I walked in Bridal and Formal and was super excited when I was given close to 10 racks to choose dresses to try on, all of which were in my price range or very close. While the dress options were a small part of my excellent experience, Bobbie is truly what made my experience exceptional! Bobbie went above and beyond to bring my dress dreams to life I found a dress that I loved but I really wanted sleeves she found matching sleeves which made the dress perfect. If you’re looking for the perfect dress and seeking great service I highly recommend Bridal and Formal!

I have been a bridesmaid in a lot of weddings and shopping with former brides at bridal and formal has always been a great experience so I picked it as my first place. We went during the week and had the best time! Ryann was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful in every dress I tried on. She made me feel at ease through our entire visit. We had help from 2 other consultants and just from my few remarks and dresses I pulled, they found the most perfect dress for me.

Bobbi was my consultant- she is outgoing, kind, honest & hilarious!! She made me feel so comfortable with her and I instantly trusted her for making a huge decision for my big day! I have been to Bridal and Formal 3 times, twice as a bride and one with a friend and have loved each experience! I worked with Lacrecia and she was fantastic! She knew exactly what I was imagining and made it happen! Bridal and Formal also had a dress shipped in for me and it ended up being the dress! They have a huge selection of dresses to pick from with very affordable prices. The dressing rooms were very roomy and they had comfortable seating for guests. I would highly recommend Bridal and Formal to everyone! Well worth the 2.5 Hour drive!
