Tactical gear ranging from carrier plates, heavy duty and impact resistant gloves, backpacks and operator caps. Their prices are a bit outrageous, but somewhat worth it for the quality of gear

My fiancé bought me a pair of boots from here last year. She said they were so excellent to work with. I’m a firefighter and paramedic, using these boots every 3 days or so. We’re extremely busy and the boots definitely took a beating. They ripped away from the sole and tore across the top of the toe, which was strange to me, as they were barely over a year old. I took the boots in, expecting some excuse as to why this had happened. BUT... what I got was AMAZING customer service and a brand new pair of boots on the spot. If you’re in public service or you wear boots daily, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you come here and get a pair of boots. The service exceeds the product and the product is great. Thank you guys!

Picked up the TacTec Plate Carrier in San Diego. Those guys really know their stuff. I highly recommend anyone looking for LEO or Civilian tactical or every day casual clothing or equipment.

Ive been using 5.11 gear for years, they make great stuff. I went to the Cincinnati/Kenwood 5.11 store last weekend for a new MOAB Rush 10 bag and a pair of shorts. This is the first time Ive been in a 5.11 store. The product selection is amazing... they seem to have at least one of everything made by 5.11 in stock. Chad was super helpful, and very knowledgeable. I had my daughter with me (we drove down from Dayton) and his patience with me was VERY appreciated! Great store, superb customer service... I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this store!!

This place is a complete joke. I went in for the first time today to get a few uniform items for work and was informed that the dont carry the 5.11 Duty line. The fact that theyre a tactical store yet dont carry duty items seems pretty dumb to me. It looked like the store was filled with tacticool people with beards that had never seen a uniform or 3rd world country, with their lifted trucks filling the parking lot and having never been off-roading. Really dissatisfied with the store and wish I could give it a 0.

Staff is very helpful and actually use the products.They have everything from socks to jackets to backpacks.Keep in mind they tend to get a little busy but they engage their patrons and really want to help. May experience a little wait but everyone was fine with it.Awesome location and you will be happy you stopped by and purchased many investments.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They keep the store very clean. As soon as we walked in the staff was out there ready to help us find what we were looking for. We were in and out within a few minutes. After going to several other stores where the staff didnt even know whether or not they had what we needed but it said online that they were supposed to , it was very nice to go into 5.11 Tactical where they know what they are selling and exactly where it is. I appreciated that so much .

Very impressive store! The employees are all very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about their product! There is a big selection for women, I own a lot of items from that store and I can personally say the clothing is awesome. The atmosphere is laid back and the employees dont push sales on you which is nice. If they dont have the product in the store, they have a huge catalog they can order what youre looking for. Very clean and organized, just a great place overall!

So I bought a jacket from them a couple of months ago put it on the other day and the zipper fell off not real happy as it cost about 150.00 for the jacket took it back to the store to see if they would do anything told the guy at the counter what happened he didnt even miss a beat just looked at me and said o yeah we can take care of that for you went to the back for a minute and came out with a brand new one now that is a company who stands behind its products and has great customer service

I’m new to 5.11 and found out about the store through word of mouth. I’m not heavily into hiking or shooting but I do my fair share and know how important proper clothing is to functionality. After deciding to check them out, I was very pleasantly surprised. The store was immaculate, the employees were very attentive and knowledgeable, and the variety of women’s clothing was impressive. When I walked in, I was greeted by every employee, and was shortly approached to see if I needed help with anything. Immediately, the employee asked me what I was interested in, what type of activity I was involved in, and the level of difficulty. I let him know that not only was this my first time experiencing 5.11 but I was more along the lines of a beginner to intermediate kind of customer. He started out by telling me how the company began. He then walked me through all of the women’s clothing from the t-shirts to the pants to the jackets. With pants being the most important to me with what I do, he spent time going over each pair of pants, the specifics of each of them, and how they would benefit me in each of my activities. They had a great selection from sturdy and breathable hiking pants to snug and flexible pants for conceal and carry. I like that they have a multitude of styles as well. I am curvy and short and not everything fits me well but with the amount of styles they have, they have something for every size body. I actually mentioned this point to the employee and he gave me a catalogue for even more great finds! This store has gotten me more excited to get involved! Having the proper clothing makes a world of difference! Thanks for coming to Cincinnati!

Best gear bag and backpack I’ve ever owned ! Made to last and designed in a way that allows you to adapt it to the situation,from civilian to tactical. The staff is friendly,knowledgeable about the product and use it themselves .the store also has occasional classes in related subjects like emergency medicine and self defense . If they had a bar I’d never leave.

Very friendly staff. Store isn’t huge, however it covers the basics of what you may need. I came in seeking pants for work and there were several choices to choose from and a dressing room to try the pants on to ensure the correct fit. I really love 5.11 the quality of there apparel is amazing

Awesome store. Excellent showroom of all the gear Id usually buy online. Have bought 5.11 for years and now I get to do it locally. I just picked up a bag this morning as well, realized the straps were missing (probably because I grabbed the bag in front that other customers get their hands on). I called the store and they offered to mail the straps to my home which I thought was great customer service. Ill end up going back in the morning so they can save the postage, but hey now Im a customer for life if I wasnt already.

Finally a 5.11 store! They carry almost everything 5.11 has to offer. Large variety of clothing, shoes, bags, and miscellaneous gear. Staff is really nice too.

Not worth the visit. You are paying a premium for the location and labels. Staff is misinformed. Better off hitting a genuine surplus store . The one in Dent has bargains and isn’t gouging you for fluff.

The store itself is exactly what you would hope it would be. However, unlike a previous reviewer commented, they are not able to compete with Galls or any other government contract. They can sell clothes, gear, boots,etc. but they are not permitted to accept funding from police departments. Why I have no idea. This city needs competition in that realm and 5.11 would make a mint if they were even mildly intelligent because Galls is as incompetent as any business ivI ever dealt with. Hope something changes.
