I took a messenger bag in to repair the strap and the handle, and a sporran for my kilt attire. Both repairs look like new now. Very proud to meet the owner and get such quality work.

Great, friendly service...and fast too! The owner is very personable. The store is fun, just like the owner. I took a pair of shoes in that needed to have additional holes punched in the strap because they were too big. I ran an errand and they were done in less than 30 minutes. The price was so reasonable too. I will go back there again!

Not impressed at all.1. Had rubber half soles put on a pair of cowboy boots. Did not last 6 months.2. Had heels replaced and they tapered them on my $250 roper cowboy boots without telling me. When I called and explained I needed a wide heel because I wear these to work in, the lady acted very unprofessional and raised her voice!! DON’T waste your time with these people!!

If youre looking to get your leather shoes touched up or repaired, Id definitely recommend this place! I came in with my Bally sneakers, that were a bit dirty and had a very visible scuff on the front. There was also a lot of sticker residue from the price tags, and its all gone, and theyre looking like new again. Amazing customer service, too!

I have had items fixed,soled and heeled for years. She even special ordered boot polish for me.

I was in need of a heel plate (not the whole heel) on a pair of steel toe work cowboy boots. I requested same day service and they agreed to have them done by closing, which they did. Promised to call if done early. When I tried calling them all I got was a message saying their voicemail was full and to try again later. I ended up going back at closing time to find my boots on the counter. Looking good. The down side was having to pay in full before work was done, in cash, no cards accepted, and at a price of half the amount of the boots. Had I had time to think about it I would have bought new boots.I don’t think I’ll be desperate enough to go back.

I am so glad I found Kim! I am a bit of a perfectionist, and her work is the best I have ever had done. She is passionate about her work, and it shows. She really cares about her customers, and does the extra to make sure they are satisfied. I have had a purse repaired, new caps put on the heels of shoes, uneven color touched up on boots, and she even repaired a dark color mishap on a pair of winter white booties. Everything looks great, and I am very pleased. I love the saying on the plastic bags she sometimes puts my shoes in to give back to me, If the shoe fits, repair it! Absolutely! I love my shoes and was always sad when they got to the point they needed some work to make them wearable again. Now that I have found Kim, I dont have to replace them. And in her defense from a previous review, being a small business owner myself (with only myself as an employee) I know what its like when an emergency happens and you have to close and put a sign on the door or change the message on the answering machine indicating you are not there. Done that many times. Life happens, be a little more understanding people!

These are some wonderful and knowledgeable people! I have taken vintage shoes that were faded and discolored and they brought them back to life so that they looked brand new. I have had antique shoes that had the nails in the heel and they repaired them the way they were made. For my everyday work shoes, they can put a beautiful shine on them and do a great job at getting any stains and water marks off the leather. Highly recommend using D&P , especially if you are getting more expensive items touched up or repaired! The pricing is more than fair, they do a great job!

Go here, you will be more than pleased with the results!!! I took a pair of really abused suede boots in recently that I had just about given up on. I didn’t have much hope, or time because I was leaving town the next day. But to my extreme surprise, Tonya (I think her name was) performed miracles and was able to return my tattered old boots back to their former glory. And she did it in less than a day. It was the best customer service experience I’ve had in many years. Tonya has a real and impressive skill, and was extremely nice and accommodating. Thanks so much 🙏

I called them up to see if they offered the service I need and the woman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude (would love to use another word here). She doesnt want a customer? Fine. She lost one. If you are looking for a shoe repair shop, try a venerable one that treats people with respect.

Brought a pair of Brooks Brothers Mens shoes, needed new heels & care. Did an awesome job...like brand new!

I stopped in on a Friday to ask about repairs to a pair of shoes and my purse. The stitch holding an external pocket on the purse had started to fall out and the plastic layer on the shoes was cracked and peeling. This is the second time Ive been to a cobbler and its been years, so Im pretty unfamiliar with the process.The individual I spoke with was bright and cheerful. She said the purse would be no problem, but the shoes were probably beyond saving (not unexpected). I asked if she could discard them for me. She also told me up front that there was a $12.95 minimum for all purchases/repairs. They also only take cash or check, no cards. Im not sure what pricing is like in general, but considering the option of buying a new purse, this price still seemed fine to me.I picked up my purse on a Saturday - looked great! The stitching was tight and neat, blended in nicely with the rest of the purse. And even better, the woman decided to try to repair my shoes. Miracle worker! She was able to fill where the plastic had cracked and fallen away, and she buffed and sealed the shoes overall so everything blends in nicely. You can still see a pucker in the plastic, but now instead of looking as if theyre falling apart, the shoes simply look a little worn. I can wear these shoes to work again! And she didnt charge me extra for the shoe repair, just the $12.95 ($13.95 with tax).Will definitely use this place again for any shoe/accessory/leather repairs.

The owner and staff were very friendly and reasonably priced. They took only 40 minutes to repair two high heals that I had completely destroyed the heels on.I left a tips were GREATLY appreciated and I thought they were friendly and did great work.

All i have to say is WOW !! I brought my suede jordan in because it was coming apart at the seam and it looks brand new!! Job well done!! D&P you have a customer 4 life!! If anyone needs a shoe repair shop i highly recommend D&P!

Had a pair of hiking boots that needed a rivet repair and my husband had a pair of pretty expensive leather boots that needed some TLC. Both were done in a very reasonable amount of time for an amazing price. We will definitely be back!

I called to ask a question about shoes I needed repaired and the woman was rude and incredibly unprofessional. She was actually insulting. I’ve never encountered such terrible customer service before! I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I took a pair of moccasins in to get repaired as their stitching had started falling out. Went back and picked them up and not even two hours of wearing them the next day...they fell apart again. The old stitching was still there and appeared that hadnt been tied off and parts the newly sewn part, which was maybe an inch, had also fallen apart. I was a little disappointed when I had gotten them to see that the whole stitching hadnt been replaced and it was a very thin string/ thread for the repaired inch, but the fact that it fell apart so quickly was extemely disappointing. If it werent for the fact that I live about 45 minutes away, I would have considered bringing them back.

Had a repair in a difficult place on my sperry boots to repair, but they made them look new.

Great place took my boots down there and she did a excellent job on my shoes highly recommend :)

Ive been going to Kim at D & P shoeRepair my whole life ! My parents and grandparents go as well - we Love the service they provide to this community! Now that Im in college before I go I took my Uggs and Vera Bradley bag in . The work was Flawless!! I had them clean and protect my Uggs for winter and had a Zipper fixed on my Vera Bradley fixed and they Both Look like I Just bought them Brand New !!!! Saved me soo much money !!!! Kim is so nice and professional and always a fast turnaround! Im one happy lifelong Customer!!
