Ordered a bouquet of Stargazer lillies for $114.90 with next day shipping. There are MUCH cheaper flower vendors with stargazers, but Adrian Durban was the only one offering next day shipping for this specific type of lily. Order comes in and its a completely different type of lily, a much cheaper one.My receipt said Stargazer lily, the site said Stargazer lily, it was the only package out of 32 of the lilies on the site that specifically said stargazer. I have seen that it mentioned substitutions but for my prior experience with flowers, that can mean a different vase or a different filler flower or something slightly different than what was shown in the picture. It does not mean I completely different type of main flower that has a different smell in different color and is the same product from one of their much cheaper packages (except I was charged twice as much).I had emailed them which they told me to call and I was pretty much told too bad, we said there could be substitutions, next time when you order say no substitutions. No offer of a refund, no offer sending the correct flowers when theyre available, no effort to retain a customer base. Just pretty much sucks you got screwed over, order with us again in the future. So then they have the call to tell me that oh it was worth the same amount, even though they have packages on their site how much cheaper amount, in value is completely up to ones own interpretation. if I could buy the same lilies they gave me for $20 somewhere else and they charged me $100, then its not the same value. And being its not the flowers that I ordered, it has zero value to me because its not something I ever would have bought.Needless to say, I called my bank immediately and disputed the charges.

Excellent Service! I originally ordered from 1-800-Flowers, and after multiple phone calls to an overseas call center I was unable to locate my order that was supposedly delivered. I ordered flowers from Adrian Durban at 6:00 am and was able to have them delivered the same day before noon. I highly recommend!

Wow. Just confirmed an order with Adrian Durban Florist for a large event this weekend. Was once again disappointed by the service provided by the Blue Ash location (rude, short, nasty manager). So when I went into the site to see if I could check the order online there was a contact form so I completed it. With my name and contact info not hiding anything. I reported my disappointment on the form hoping they would take the comments as a teaching lesson. BUT instead I got a call from the story explaining they were reviewing my comments out load in the store (?)and started bullying me over what I said. The lady that called was raising her voice and asking where I worked and being very aggressive. I explained I wanted to talk with the corporate office and she explained she was corporate! Really strange, disappointing and strange. Sad because their flowers are hands down the best in the city unfortunately the customer service is lacking. Who calls their customer to pick a fight?

Wow! I have been on the receiving end of flowers from Adrian Durban, so that was my introduction. I family member that lives out of state has sent me flowers from AD and they were always so gorgeous. So when I wanted to send flowers locally, I ordered through AD. They sent a gorgeous arrangement, as I knew they would. But when I had some questions about the delivery logistics I spoke with them on the phone and they were so helpful, so proactive, followed through and followed up. This sort of customer service and support really sets them apart. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Got some flowers for my Birthday, the roses were very pretty but none of the lilies were open. Also one of the roses started to lose it petals the next day. Just would of been nice if all the flowers were open at the same time. Amazing service! I ordered a flower arrangement at 1-2am for a before noon delivery the same day and they did it without delay or issue. Thats insane. It was beautiful and got many compliments.

I love stopping by every once in a while and making a little custom bouquet for whatever mood strikes me. Theyre a nice pop of color and they always brighten the room. The staff at Adrians are always nice and helpful and usually have a few suggestions if youre stumped on what to put with what.

I completely respect, it’s about the group’s artistry, but If you need something immediately, this is not the place to go. The shop is tiny and when I went all of the roses were almost completely opened up. Would only have lasted for a day or two. A very limited selection.

I went to pick my up my online order at the Clifton location that was reserved for 11:00am. For some reason they couldnt find my order and needed my order number to locate it. Well come to find out my order was still at the Blue Ash location and they havent brought down my order to the Clifton location yet. The employee at the Clifton location apologized for the inconvenience and said that they will remake the flowers and will included extra flowers since my order wasnt there. When she brought my flowers out to the car, they were beyond beautiful. I definitely recommend this company if your looking for excellent customer service and beautiful fresh flowers.

I ordered a dozen roses to my wifes work for our anniversary. When the delivery driver (Dave) got there, my wife had finished up and left early for the day. Dave (and Linda in the office?) tried to contact me on my billing phone number and left messages to try to get a hold of me. They then rerouted my delivery to my home address to make sure my wife got her anniversary surprise. They were beautiful, she was thrilled, and the roses didnt sit all weekend in the office waiting for my wife to see them on monday. They just won a repeat customer.

Flowers arrived in plenty of time for the funeral services and were fresh and looked exactly as pictured. The floral arrangement was gorgeous, pretty much like the picture on the website. The red, white and blue was so appropriate for my father-in-laws services since he was a veteran. The father banner added to it was also great. I would highly recommend Adrian Durban Florist.

Some complain that the prices are too high...But I say this - Adrian Durban Florist will NEVER ship product that is mediocre. No wilting flowers...no pre-made orders that sit in a refrigerator for days...no late deliveries that fall outside of the time chosen by the customer for delivery. And with Covid-19, these people care. And just because its a no-contact delivery doesnt mean that theyre just left outside the door. They will alert you by ringing the bell or knocking (most florists do not do this) AND the sender gets an email that confirms delivery! If I care to send the best, ADF is who I use.
