Above and beyond expectations! They helped me out when my car started having problems late on a Saturday evening. Absolutely amazing. The mechanic stayed past closing time to take care of my car. He communicated clearly and fixed things right up. Kind, professional, and clearly very dedicated to genuinely helping customers.

These guys work very hard and communicate sufficiently. We were in the area visiting family and our check engine light came on. Silverton was one of the few shops open late enough on Friday to take our car and also open on Saturday (as we were leaving on Saturday) to finish repairs. They explained the problem efficiently and didnt try to upsell anything else. The mechanic sent pictures of the diagnostics to confirm the problem and finished the repair an hour before the estimated time. My only complaint was that there was a slight lingering cigarette smell in the car when we got it back (wasnt strong enough to suggest they smoked in the car, probably just had a smoke break then moved the car or something similar). Overall, a very pleasant experience, and Im grateful for Silverton Auto with helping us in such short notice.
