Very pleased. We needed a simple service and this shop was very helpful and very reasonably priced. We only interacted with 1 gentleman and even though our request was unorthodox, they were quick and affordable (came from a shop that wanted to charge $400+ to remove a few bolts from our van).

Weve had 3 vehicles from my household serviced here since I found this shop over the summer. Every time has been great. We keep our cars a long time so we need a reliable and honest mechanic. Its also a nice touch to receive an occasional text or postcard in the mail asking if there is anything we need done. Because when you drive older cars, there is always something going on and if you put things off it can turn into big problems. Its great to get a reminder.

They were able to get my truck in with little notice one morning and had me done in about an hour. Great staff and prices are reasonable,With out of state plates, repair shops tend to charge you more, not here! The process was great. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Parkway Automotive is an excellent auto repair business. I have found Joe Brewer and his colleague Jim to be very honest and very efficient. I have several times brought my car there thinking it needed something done and they have examined the car and told me that the work wasnt necessary or at least not necessary at that point in time. I really appreciate that. They are very responsible and go above-and-beyond to make sure that I am satisfied with their work. I do not hesitate to take my car there for any and all service issues.

Just had a great experience at Parkway. Had some temperature fluctuations in the old van. Assumed it was a thermostat. They checked it out for two days and figured out that the coolant was leaking and i had an air pocket in the system. They cleared the air pocket, replaced a faulty clamp on the reservoir and charged me.... nothing. I don’t give them 5 stars because they didn’t charge but because of the transparency and fairness. I will be back.

My husband and I have taken both of our cars here multiples times, and its by far the most honest, quick yet thorough, and friendliest car repair business Ive ever done business with. I took it in once thinking it needed some very expensive repairs, and instead was told it was something very minor that they fixed for about a quarter the cost I was expecting. As a woman, I never feel talked down to or like I may be getting taken advantage of financially which Ive experienced at local car repair shops before. Joe and his team provide great customer service, and even drove my car right to the front door. Huge fan of these guys, and recommend to all those living or working downtown!

Got here at 9 am wanted to get a thermostat installed, and fix turn signal. 2pm nothing done, 3 guys trying to unlock a car , cant replace thermostat because they may break a bolt. 300 dollars and they will try. Not able to fix turn signal either. Poor excuse for a garage. 230 dollars later my vehicle is leaving the same way it came in. McDonalds would be of more help.

I am from out of town, and had an exhaust problem on the highway that needed immediate attention. Parkway was able to get my car fixed within an hour, and for a reasonable price. Cant thank them enough!

The customer service was very nice. But the price was very high! I end up paying for the diagnosis test at automotive to see what was wrong with my car. They told me the problem for $100 and when I took my car to another shop that was reasonable price it was something completely different wrong with my car that was never the problem. Very upset that I wasted $100 on nothing. Wouldnt tell anyone to go there. Just not worth it!

Had some brake issues on my car and found Parkway Automotive on google. It is in close proximity to the UC campus, and the staff was very friendly and they even pulled my car around front upon pickup. Great place!

New location at Wooster Pike. Worked with Joe. Excellent service. Couldn’t be happier. Oil change, tire rotation, replaced left front axel. Very well priced and excellent work. Arrived on short notice and joe extended his Saturday hours to finish the job which included requested added service. Took time after job to show me the old axel and tear to the boot. Thrilled to have them in the neighborhood!

The people there are very nice I must say BUT I dropped my car off to Parkway Automotives because my car wouldnt start. My car was there for almost a month before they finally told me it was a timing belt and it would cost 800+. The price was fishy so I had it towed to Smiths in Covington. My car was there for 1day and they told me it was the timing belt and charged me 400. I dont know what it is with them but they charge people different prices for the same service. Somethings not right

When we were 100 miles away from our local mechanic and stopped at this shop right before closing time, our truck was making a lot of noise and thankfully it was only loose lugnuts and we were on our way. So thankful the man working had already stayed late and still helped us when we were so far from home. If you need someone to count on when you are in need, give your business to this guy. 😊

Run! this place had my car for 7days. in than when he gave me a price to fix my car it was to high. I got my car back took it somewhere else.

My car was making an awful noise and I am from out of town. The owner was not only extremely honest and fair, he also personally drove me downtown to my hotel. I couldnt recommend this place more highly.
