Zach at check in and check out could not have been more helpful or friendly. He contacted me throughout the process, which was appreciated. Customer service was above and beyond. The tires were very reasonably priced and ride great. I wont go anywhere else in the future.

The receptionist at this location today (Z) was extremely rude and tried to scheme me out of money by making a “down payment” prior to service, which I never as a customer of Pep Boys in six years had to pay before the labor was performed. On top of that, he refused to provide locations for the availability of the product so that at least the franchise can still receive business. Needless to say, I’ve switch locations with more efficient service. This employee will cost you business at this location.

Worst alignment! Steering wheel is at 4 o-clock in order to go straight and tried to call back 5 minutes after I left about 5 times and no answer never again! And the call was 40 minutes before closing and was way over priced for just a alignment 117$?? And charged 10$ for shop supplies? Joke!!

Must give minimum of one star to give review. Went in for oil change, check a/c and put 35psi in tires. I got a $44 oil change, tire with a nail in the side wall, a busted hood latch and a I forgot to check the a/c. Called hq and still waiting for a return call. Went to Firestone in Eastgate. They replaced the tire, no charge and fixed the hood latch, no charge. Call Eric at Firestone, tell him I sent you.

I brought my older Volvo to this Pep Boys location for the first time a few weeks ago. I am totally satisfied with the repairs, and also the tires. The cost of repairs, and my tires was extremely reasonable. My car was ready within 2 days of towing it there, actually ready before I expected.Troy is a great representative in all ways. He was quick to call me, return my calls and was knowledgeable about what was needed, and didnt push anything that wasnt needed, such as an expensive test for compression. I truly appreciated his honesty and all of his help. I highly recommend you take your car here for repairs. I will for all my future needs.

Totally disappointing. Just purchased over $500 in new tires and I could not get help with checking the air in tires as they had under inflated them when installing new tires a couple weeks prior to this visit. I also wanted to purchase wipers and a nice tire guage. They could not help me.

Called 07 April, scheduled appointment for 09 April. Arrived early to appointment, waited nearly 4 hours for new tires. Called to check on status of car & was told my car was next to go up. Staff reported they were behind & had not been able to get to my car. Staff failed to meet expectations and failed to communicate their failure. I was only told because I called them.

Tried to take advantage of my wife. To change 4 spark plugs $175.00. He said the parts would cost $117.00. Needless to say, we did not have the plugs changed. Picking them up at the local parts store for less than $40.00. Probably won’t patronize them again.

I gotta tell ya, I live in Erlanger, Ky which is closer to the Florence, KY store. And I will always make the drive to the Eastgate store. Everyone you interact with here is so kind and caring and they want to help you with your car. Dave goes above and beyond and is so nice. A couple of years ago, the window fell out of my car a week before I was going on my honeymoon and we had a freak snow in the middle of April. I called the Florence store and they told me I could drop it off, but that they couldn’t tell me when they’d get to it. I called the Eastgate store and they said “You bring your car here today. You don’t need to be driving around without a window. We’ll get you in”. And I’ve given the Florence store one more chance and they took 4 hours to do an oil change and were incredibly rude. Eastgate is hands down the best Pep Boys around. Thank you all for you hard work and kindness!

Took my car in to get repair a rear passenger tire and I told them that there’s probably a hole in the tire and asked them if they could repair it and they said they could like it over and hour and they said it should be fixed and they told me they didn’t have to patch because they said the seal around the rim was the cause but what really upset me was that 6 hours late the same time I asked them to fix was flat again like am not okay with them lying to me about fixing my tire when really it wasn’t fixed not cool because of them lying to me o had to get my car towed home ... don’t think I’ll ever come to this location again ...

Ordered a set of 4 tires last night, called and made sure they had the tires in stock for install for the following day, dropped of my truck at 9:30 am today and received a call 2 hours later saying we cant find your tires. Thanks for nothing Pepboys recommend going anywhere else with your business since they cant do something as simple as keep track of stock and be honest with their customers.

I took my car into the Pep Boys at 4436 Glen Este-Withamsville Rd. My first appointment was in July.I purchased a suspension kit and Pep boys was the recommended installer via Tire Rack. I took the car into a Pep boys and they said they didnt do suspension. They then directed me to the above location.They initially installed the shocks and springs, as well as my new tires and rims. When driving the car off the lot the first time, the car would barely steer and the whole car shook when I hit a small bump. There was a klunking noise from the front right. Everything within the suspension wobbled. I paid over $1,000 for this service. They also popped one of my factory tires, lost the factory springs, and broke the tire sensors.So, I left the car there and about 10 days later, I had the car back again. This is after they said I had to replace the control arms and/or bushings. They had ordered these parts and fixed the wobbling issue, or so I was told. After much back and forth, they foot the bill for the parts. I drove the car off the lot and realized over the next couple days that the car was simply not driveable. On the highway, it felt like the wheels were going to fall off. The whole car vibrated at speeds over 40 and any little bump was jarring. The loud noises from the front continued.Zach, the manager, eventually apologized about the awful job in the beginning. He said the young mechanic messed some things up and he guaranteed it would be resolved.I took the car back again for a third time. They had about two weeks to fix the car. And now its just as bad as it was in the beginning. Worse, in fact. And apparently the service manager Zach, who I had been working with the entire time, quit. Throughout all this, I never received one call from Pep boys telling me when my car was ready. I always had to call and figure out what was going on. Now that Zach is gone and the location didnt call me after my initial customer service complaint (shocking), the issue was escalated to corporate, where I am yet to speak with anyone about the issue, outside of call center employees who tell me _____ isnt available. They will call you back. They, of course, dont call me back.In total, I have spent over $1,050, on top or Uber rides, countless hours on phone, and four months without my car. I finally took the car in for an inspection by a specialized Audi/VW mechanic, the highest rated in town.Heres what they found:*Vehicle is unsafe to drive in current state.* Inspection found multiple issues with current suspension. Upper control arm bushings torn, lower control arm bushings torn, lower ball joint boots are torn, tie rod end boots are torn. RF tie rod has incorrect bolt installed, with multiple washers. Rf upper control arm pinch bolt has been hammered on and caused to smash one side of nut/thread. Rear upper control arm bushings are loose and appear to have been torched on. LR upper control arm bolt loose upon arrival. Both LR & RR Control arms have been installed at furthest adjustment causing negative camber. Both rear axle boots are torn and slinging grease all over inside of wheel. Upper strut mounts are popping while turning and going over bumps. Original mounts were used when installing new suspension. Will need to remove cup kit installed, replace strut mounts, tie rod ends, tie rod pinch bolts, Front Upper control arms, front lower control arms, rear upper control arms, rear axles, re install cup kit and align vehicle.All this work is going to cost over $5k to fix. I called an Audi dealer they confirmed that the shop knows their stuff and that their estimate would likely be around the same. I will need to tow it there to find out.Over the course of 4+ months, I went back and forth (three car drop-offs in all) with people at Pep Boys in what has been a long nightmarish process. My car is as good as totaled. I bought it in June and now I cant drive it. And nothing has been done about it. Dont ever, ever come here. This has been the worst experience with a company in my life. 0/5.

The company closed the retail and commercial side of the business in the Cincinnati market and thought it BEST that theyre customers be kept in the dark about this decision, However the Service side is still available and willing to help. MASKS are required to enter the building.

Came in for 2 new tires without an appointment on a Sunday at about 11am. Justin said they were busy and had cars in front of me but assured me that if I dropped it off he could get me taken care of before they closed at 6pm. He came through and did exactly that, which saved me time during the week when Im much busier. He was respectful, professional and treated me like he was taking care of one of his friends or family. Well done Justin & Pep Boys. For the record, appointments are recommended. Could save you some serious time waiting around in their waiting area if you dont have a ride home.

I’m fed up with Pep Boys altogether. Too many times I’ve scheduled appointments ahead of time only to have them canceled that same day. Last week I had an 8:00 appointment in Florence and I showed up a few minutes early only to be told that I would have to reschedule for another day because they didn’t have enough staff on site and he had four other cars that he needed to work on. But I was the first appointment! I had to call all of the other locations to see who could squeeze me in last minute. Then today I came in for an appointment in Eastgate that I scheduled over the phone with them for Saturday at 10:00 and they told me that it was in the system for Friday and that I would need to reschedule. I told them no because I spoke to them on Thursday to schedule this for Saturday. They entered it into the system incorrectly. I work on Fridays, so why would I schedule it for a Friday? Then he said that I will have to leave my car here and that he will get to it when he can. Leave it and go where? It’s not like I have someone to pick me up and drive me around. I’m tired of this. This is ridiculous. The only reason I’ve been coming back is because I prepaid for services when I bought my car. And because of all of the cancellations and scheduling issues they have, I would say it isn’t worth it. I had better service going to Midas.

Took my car in to check the AC as it was blowing warm air. They ran a few test and said my compressor was dead and it needed to be replaced, costing over a thousand dollars plus taxes. Went a couple months without cold air until a friend told me that this location told them the same thing when it was a switch that was the issue, only costing $80. Decided to take my car to a local shop for a second opinion where they determined it was only a wiring issue related to the compressor, and only cost $200 to fix. If my friend wouldnt have said anything I would have had to have gotten a new car when it was a relatively cheap fix.

We were driving from Houston, TX to Akron, OH and our Ford Expedition started stuttering and having the check engine light flashing. We called around for several miles and found this Pep Boys location that was willing to check it out.They were fully booked, but Paul, Josh and Russell fit us in and got us back on our way within an hour and a half. Phenomenal service and straightforward engine diagnostics that helped us understand exactly what was going on and the best (and most cost-effective) way to fix it. Would highly recommend this location! Pep Boys has my business from here on out!

A tire blew on me halfway between my destination and Indianapolis. I was thankful to find this tire shop open. The manager walked outside to look at my car and to get my tire size. I thought boy this is great. Im in luck. We walked back inside and the mgr researched the computer for matching tires.Then he told me they couldnt do the work today because there were not enough employees. The store was open for another hour and a half and there was one car in the bay.. You can keep the city. Where I live that wouldnt happen. People have more respect for each other than to just leave them hanging even if they have to work an extra 10 or 15 minutes

Before you consider getting any service done here, plan on having to shadow the technicians as they “work on your vehicle.”Also... Adam and Paul can’t decide who is the store manager or who is the service manager. Paul even went as far to say that Adam doesn’t work there when I asked to speak to Adam on one occasion. These 2 seemed well versed in giving customers the run around after their shop has done damage to your vehicle.Read other reviews if you think I’m the only one. I will be contacting the BBB.Edit: No. If you want to know what took place, call the store. Speak to Adam, Paul, or Corporate (who took a complaint on 3/3/19 and hasn’t contacted me once). You can deal with the BBB.UPDATE: After filing with the BBB, the district manager made one phone call to me using a private phone number that was forwarded to voicemail. He left a short message saying he would try to call me again the next day, and never did so. Which was no surprise to me at all.They also lied to the BBB in their response to my complaint.We called the customer and offered to show him on the security camera the work that was performed on his vehicle on 01/11/19. The pads and rotos that came off of his vehicle that were showed to him on 03/02/19 were less than 2 months in usage, and they had that appearance. The customer never acted upon the offer of viewing the work performed on his vehicle on 01/11/19.There was no phone call to me, no offer made at any time. Adam Castle actually hung the phone up on me for asking to do as much.I would avoid this place like the plaque.

I have gotten parts to fix my cars here numerous times and have always had good customer service and experience through the store. Recently I decided to buy tires from them for my car which of course requires an alignment. When I got my car back and started driving, I noticed the steering wheel was off to the right while going straight. Took it back and asked them to fix it. Drove off, they over corrected it and it was off to the left while going straight. Went back and they told me it was probably some other problem and Now Im stuck with a car that drives perfect but has a steering wheel that has a natural position of off center to the left and Ill have to pay to get an alignment somewhere else.

They put my brake line on backwards on my company vehicle the rim rubbed a hole in it ruptured the line and my brakes went out. I had to have my truck towed to a Goodyear and they ordered the hose and put it on right. I will never take my truck there again

I have taken several cars here for regular oil change, tire rotations etc. And always had a good experience and never any trouble.Recently I took my Mazda in to replace the brake pads because I thought they needed it, they called me and told me that my front and back brake pads had plenty of life and my rotors were also fine. I went and picked up my car at no cost -- I was very impressed. They definitely could have just replaced the pads anyway and taken my money but they were upfront and honest and I really appreciate that.

I am a former customer of a competitor. Every time I went to the competitor for an oil change, it was stressful before I walked in the door because I knew they were going to try to pressure me into buying stuff I did not need or, when I left, my vehicle would have a problem that it did not have when I arrived. I took my vehicle to this Pep Boys location, last Saturday, for an oil change and tire rotation/balancing. They did not try to sell me unnecessary parts/services and Adam was very helpful and friendly. The mechanics did a great job and did not cause new problems, and the customer service was phenomenal.I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I had scheduled the appointment for 8 a.m. so that I could get it done shortly after I got off work at 7 a.m. I did not leave there until 10 a.m. It does not take 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation/balance. It should not have taken more than one hour. Also, the waiting area is freezing. Better time management/scheduling and more comfortable climate in the waiting area will earn 5 stars.

Went in to buy a quart of oil waited more than 10 minutes for a cashier to show up. Had to go over to tire counter to pay. Neede the oil or never would have waited. Made an appointment to get tires rotated an balanced and that took more than 2 hours with an appointment. I will say they did a good job on the initial tire install.

This Pepboys had M10x1.25 fine thread turbo exhaust studs and matching locknuts on the shelf! I stopped in not expecting to find them because I had already been to other hardware and auto parts stores. The friendly young man directed me right to where they were. A lot of the metric nut and bolt bins were needing to be refilled but the things I needed were in stock! Thanks for helping me keep my project moving along.

If you want a quick oil change, go elsewhere. We sat for over an hour before anyone would work on it more than 5 minutes at a time. Only came here because of a Groupon deal. In the past, Ive picked up parts, and they were the wrong ones. If youre going to offer an appointment to time, please work on the ones that say they are staying in your lobby, not the cars people have dropped off.

Had this location put 4 tires on brand new rims with no rubber on them. We kept all of the old rims and tires. Got charged four tire disposal fees. To quote Justin how works their its a state mandatory fee even when they didnt even have to take the rubber off and dispose of them. Was told they couldnt perform alignment due to bent controle arm and tie rod on passenger side and they quoted the price to fix these things. Knowing my husband just replaced the controls arm I found their assessment some how difficult to swallow. After my husband assessed the quote they gave he found it odd they would quote for the controls arm but not the wheel barrings because both have to be replaced if the controls arm needs to be replaced because they are pressed in. Secondary mechanic inspected car and found no flaws with either side of the cars tierods or controls arms and performed the alignment. The tires they sold me were great tires tho but its not pep boys that deserve that credit. Would not schedule any type of car maintenance with these folks.

I had some brake work done on my car there this week and the service I received was over the top! My battery in my key had died and there was no way for me to get in my car when I went to pick it up. The whole crew provided me with phenomenal service. They were all hands on trying to get the key to work. One guy, Brandon, even took me to my house to get my spare key. So, I would like to thank Brandon, Russell, Jacob, Gina, and Brian for their OUTSTANDING customer service!!Then.. There is more.. My Aunt has an automatic start in her car and her car would not turn off. It was so strange! We were panicking, and it was Sunday at 5:50pm, we drove up to Pep Boys hoping they could help, even though they closed at 6pm. A gentleman named Dave came out and helped us, and my Hero from just a few days before, Russell, were MORE than willing to help us get the car to turn off. After a long day of working in the heat, the team still is going above and beyond for their customers. I am thankful for the help of this Eastgate team! You have gained a life long customer.

Today, 8/11/2015, I called Pep Boys to get my car in to be looked at. I got my car to Pep Boys by 5pm, registered that it was there, and handed them the keys. About a half hour of waiting one of the workers came to me and asked if I could ride in the car with him so he knew we were on the same page about the noise I had mentioned. The worker had already taken my car out once. I got into the passenger seat of my car and pointed out the sound that was concerning me. The guy then dropped me off at the front door and pulled my car into a bay. About 15 minutes later he pulled me into the garage to tell me about what he found and went on and on about my car not being safe to drive and begging me not to drive it. I went back out to the waiting area. Another guy came out a few minutes later to give me the price. To have both of my struts replaced, only 1 needed it, it was over $700. I asked him how much it would be to just have one of them fixed and the guy kept saying I needed both fixed. A good minute of going back and forth on the price the guy finally gave me the price for just the one but then added in that he would not allow his garage to just fix one and if thats all I wanted fixed I would have to go somewhere else. After talking about what to do we decided that we were just going to get my car to my moms house and she would take me and my daughter home for the night. When I got into my car to leave, the worker came out and said there was charge on the car and if I drove it off the lot I would be arrested. I asked him what he was talking about and he walked away and got the guy that I had been dealing with regarding the price. He came out and started fighting with me about a $20 charge that needed paid that I was never informed of. I told him that and he brushed me off. They would not let me leave with my car and threatened to call the cops on me. I never signed anything while there. When I called to make the appt no one mentioned a $20 charge. I will never do business with Pep boys again.

I have had a lot of problems here. They put a timing belt on one of my cars and did it wrong. I had to have it taken to the Honda dealer and they fixed it. Pep Boys had to pay them. I also had a problem where they copied a key that had a chip in it. It was very expensive and they screwed it up. They also messed up my original key and denied doing anything wrong. I left there without a copied key and my original did not work very well at all after that. They really gave me the run-around. I will not go there ever again.

I bought a belt here and it was obviously old and had been sitting. The lady I bought it from told me that I could return it if it didn’t work. Well, it lasted 8 minutes and shredded. When I took it back, the manager informed me that it wasn’t THEIR fault, that it must have been put on wrong. Unfortunately for their theory, it had been put on exactly correctly. Unfortunately for ME, they now refuse to refund my money for their old, rotten belt and were quite condescending and rude about it. I usually avoid Pep Boys like the plague because the horrible customer service and overpriced parts but they were the closest place to go in that instance. Next time I’ll travel farther just to NOT have to deal with this idiocy again. I would advise anyone who thinks about shopping here to NOT SHOP HERE and go somewhere else, anywhere else, and save yourself the time, money, and irritation.

Went in for tires and they tried to tell me my tie rod was loose and they ask if I wanted it fixed I told them no because I could fix it myself for way cheaper. Took my car home to look at it and the tie rod was tight as can be

I shop here alot for the fact that if you order online whether you make a purchase online or at the store during pick up you get the product at a discounted price. So its cheaper to get what you need online from their website. Now my experience with the services I will choose again, i had an oil change done on my car and while waiting for my car to be finished I observed through the waiting room window in which the service bay can be viewed, I seen the tech that was working on my car pounding with his hand repeatedly on my air filter box under my hood to put it back in its correct position after inspection. I quickly exited the store to my car where I told the tech to stop and that I would fix it in which I did without that pounding and slamming he was doing. I didnt receive documentation of what complimentary services took place to my car nor did I receive a sticker in my windshield for when my next oil change mileage was due. I asked about the sticker but yet denied to receive because I know about my cars info, no oil light reset as I told the tech I will do myself because after many attempts it was not working which I know to do myself. I checked air pressure in my tires and they were low not at recommended psi for my tires/car. They have free air so as I was getting the air hose and filling up the first tire the tech told me that they already put air in my tires (sure you did) I filled that tire and ask for my paper work and left.Customer service inside the store though are very helpful and polite Im greeted as soon as I walk in and assisted with my reasoning for being there.

My wife went in with coupon for 19.99. Tried to pay ahead so she wouldnt get overcharged like most oil change places seem to do to women. Made her wait to pay then charged her $35. Asked about it they said there a shop fee, our car took extra oil, had a special filter that cost more... We say ok, did you put sticker in window so we know when go change next. Nope. Did you rotate tires like we asked. Not sure. I marked tires, definitely werent rotated. Didnt reset the dash. Last straw go home park in garage, oil all over filter. Lol never again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did it take nearly 4 hours for my 30 minute oil change - and I had an appointment. Then they didnt call me to tell me my car was ready after I specifically asked them to (I left after waiting two hours). THEN I drive up and my windows are down and my car is unlocked!!!! When asked about this they state that theyve been told not to lock the cars. Really? So you leave my car unlocked with the windows down ready to be stolen or have everything out of it stolen? They should at least tell you when you drop your car off that it will be left unlocked with the windows down. Needless to say I will never come back here.

Third time here and third miserable experience.1. 4 new tires. They mounted them and didnt balance. Then I get home and see that 1 of the 4 is a different size.2. They say I have a a vibration due to old struts. All new struts, still vibrating.3. Made an appointment for wheel bearings.Dropped my truck off for the appointment at 8am. 8.5 later, still not done. Careless guy just shrugged me off. Said they had other stuff to work on and mine would be done in a few hours.

I have a great memory of this place. Been there many times because its close to my house. One time, I notice a black couple that had been waiting a long time, and I could tell they were getting agitated, thinking maybe they were being singled out for bad service. I told them the place was interminably slow every single time Id been there, for everyone. They were visibly relieved, decide to go shopping at Meier while they waited. I can still see them walking out the door with a much happier step. Made my day.Oh yeah, I never went back. Tired of waiting regardless of appointments, etc. This place is dead slow, has been for years. Why Pep Boys doesnt replace the management is beyond me.

I generally like pep boys. The people who work at this one are nice, but slow. I made a 1 pm appointment for an oil change. Only an oil change. and they knew I was waiting for it to be finished. At 2 pm, they hadnt even started my oil change. Whats the point of making an appointment when they dont honor the time? If I didnt need an oil change right then, I would have left and gone somewhere else. Very disappointed. At least they have a nice waiting area.

Often there is no one at the checkout counter and I have to wait to get service. Service department very very slow. Plan to leave your vehicle all day even for an oil change. Dont waste your time waiting.

The people are nice at this Pep Boys--theyre very friendly people. But I dont like the billing practices of the Pep Boys corporation--I have often been charged for services not performed on my vehicle because Pep Boys automatically bills for the services that should be provided for a given repair, whether that service was performed or not. A typical example is that Pep Boys automatically bills me for replacing the tire pressure sensors on my van each time I get tires replaced, but my van doesnt have a tire pressure sensor system on it. If Im not vigilant, replacing 4 tires nets me an additional $70 in repair costs that werent done--and those are just the one that I catch.

Ive never liked this store, but it is a bit nicer since they have remodeled. I used to live in Batavia, so I used to shop here more often. I stopped in here for the first time in probably 7 or 8 years because I needed new windshield wipers and while I did have a nice older gentleman ask if I needed help (which I didnt, I knew what I was looking for), when I went to check out, I had to wait for about 7 minutes because the person at the checkout counter was on the phone.They only had 1 person working on the register and he was helping a customer on this phone. This is unacceptable customer service in my opinion. There was plenty of other staff around, but none offered to ring me out or take the call from the cashier. It will be at least another 7 or 8 years before I step foot back in this store, if ever.

I took my 2006 Mustang GT because my power steering was making whining noises..on my way home from work, the engine light came on, so I took it to Pepboys in Eastgate..they were gonna do a diagnostic check and charge me over 100.00. I asked specifically if this was different from what Auto Zone does for free. He told me Yes...That the diagnostic test would say EXACTLY what was wrong with my car, why the engine light came on...next morning I get a call..a different gentleman calls me and tells me my brakes look brand new..Im like WTH I said NOTHING about my brakes..ITS MY POWER STEERING..AND THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON....so he told me theyd put my tires back on and check that....3hours later.not a word so I call back...this guy tells me nothing is wrong with power steering but that their CODE CAME UP FOR FUEL SYSTEM LEAK( Same thing Auto Zone wouldve done for free) and that I need a new gas cap...Mind you I just bought one from Beechmont Ford 2 years ago..So I did not pay for the diagnostic test that was over 100.00..I may be a woman but I wasnt born yesterday....so I drove my car Sat Sun and to work on Tues..on the way home from work today..when i went to hit the gas after the light turned green...boom..my car completely quit. It would startt but then quit again. So needless to say..I had it towed to BEECHMONT FORD...I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE MY CAR TO PEPBOYS AGAIN..AND PPL DONT FALL FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC TESTING...GO TO AUTO ZONE FOR FREE!!!!

Car died yesterday evening. Alternator is shot. Called the shop and was told that they have one in stock and they can complete the service tomorrow. I got it towed to the store before they close so they can start the repairs first thing in the morning.I called at 2:00 and was told that the inventory was wrong and they were waiting on the part. Told me that the old one is out and they just have to receive the new one and install it.Stop by after work at 5:30 on the way home. My car is still in the parking lot with the engine cover on the windshield. State they had another job to do and my car was next in line. Stated that it will be ready by the 8:00 closing time. I got a ride to the store at 7:30 to get it before they close.Showed up and the employee said that they were just about to call me and tell me that it wont be ready today. They then told me that they couldnt get the old part out and have to remove more than anticipated to get it out.I now have a window of late morning to early afternoon to get the car back tomorrow.All in all, it went from a few hour job that they could knock out the next day to not even having the original faulty part removed.HopefullyI getting my car back tomorrow

Went here to get an oil change and get a noise checked. It took 2 hours, they didnt top off any fluids and despite identifying the problem they quoted me everything but thing I came in for. I also had to keep going up to the desk to get updates... They recommended summer tires to replace my all seasons in February... I wont be back

# Pep Boy gave me more problems! So I took it in for a 520.00 repair and was told part would be there by 11 and it would take 2 1/2 hours to fix that 3:00 should be done. Called at 2:30 hadnt even started on it and would be another 1/2 he before even starting on it. Called at 5:00 and still not done told them to call me when finished. Went there at 6:30 it was done and didnt even receive a call. Then when taking it out on the road I went to light my cigarette and the damn car almost pulled me left off road. Now it appears I need an alignment which I didnt when I took it there. I took it there to fix a problem not to get another one! The most run around and laid back customer service I have ever experienced plus now I have another problem which I didnt have when I took it there. And mind you Ive been to Walmart and PEP BOY is worse with their customer service. Id be damned if I pay them for an alignment either!!! Cause I didnt need one!!! Now Im waiting on a manager to call me back which was told he would in 10 mins but that was 45 mins ago!! Obviously their customers esp ones they already worked on and not happy are not a priority!!!

Went in said i needed way more done to my car then was needed and price was outrageous for the specific needs. Took over 2 hours to get keys back to take to someone else to get fixed. Guy was being super rude. Ive spent plenty of money here as well as family but will not be coming back until they get someone that knows exactly what they are doing. Very upset with my visit...
