Loved American Auto Glass! The gentleman that worked the phone & front desk was very pleasant! I was in & out in about 30 min! The quote that I was given over the phone was actually the out the door price: no sales tax, or labor cost; no disposal charges, & other fun hidden fees!!! As a woman, I didnt fear for my life or virtue (😂) in anyway...always a plus!!!! The sitting area had the essentials...chairs, but again, I wasnt there to be pampered, I was there to get my windshield replaced; I didnt fear for my safety, my health, or a 4 to 100 legged critter/pest appearing because it was its daily routine!! Oh, & their work was perfect!!! I would recommend them to anyone...especially a woman!!! Great job gentlemen!!!

Great prices! I have had to get a back window replaced on my Kia van and then a front windshield on my Nissan car. Both times the prices were very reasonable, the work was done right and fast. Will use their service in the future if needed.

The person in charge of the place makes you feel that you are really in the right place, I had visited several places before but I am sure that if I had seen this place first, I would not have moved from there and the work was impeccable.

Although its there services are good, I dont recommended it. Because you will be locked in a waiting room with zero information about what is going on your car. For me, I found traces of glasses under the hood and drips of glue on the dashboard.

Upon arrival to work, I discovered two of my fleet vehicles had been broken into overnight. I was in urgent need to have both van side windows replaced and to get my employees back to work. American Auto Glass came out the same morning! Not only did they understand the urgency, but they came to us, and were the most cost effective as well. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, even cleaning up the broken glass from the previous evenings vandalism. American Auto Glass is head and shoulders above the rest, and should I ever run into this situation again, I will know exactly who to call!

Wow! I wish I’d have known about them the last time my car got broken into. They come *to you* and are very reasonably priced. The only other company I know of that comes to you quoted me 4x the price. The man who fixed my rear passenger side window today was super nice, professional, and on time. Hopefully I don’t have any more broken windows but if I do, I know who I’ll call. I recommend them highly!

Excellent service. I called them up and they replaced my windshield first thing the next day. It only took about 20 minutes before I had my car back with new glass. The price was also very reasonable and exactly as quoted on the phone.

I was very impressed with the service here (Queen City location). The guys were friendly, organized, and very quick. They were able to get me in within the hour, and the service itself took less than 20min. I was having a broken window replaced-- there was still glass all over my car; they went the extra mile and vacuumed it all up for me, free of charge, and I didnt even have to request that of them. They are also very trustworthy; I had a couple valuables on the front seat that were still there when I returned, and they charge a reasonable rate for the service they provide. Very pleased; I definitely recommend them.

Steve came out right on time and quickly and efficiently changed out the back glass of my minivan at a price that could not be beat. Because of rust on the thread of the wiper mechanism the wiper couldnt be reinstalled and he took the mechanism back to the shop and was able to remove it there. He came back out and reinstalled the wiper and refused to accept any additional payment. First rate service!

There is a reason their rating is this high! I made the unfortunate mistake of calling a different glass place first, they made several mistakes and I STILL didnt have my window fixed 4 days I initially contacted them. I finally called American Auto Glass and they came out within hours, fixed all of the other mistakes and replaced the window for over $150 LESS than Mels Auto Glass was going to do it! I wish I would have contacted AAG first. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys! Very knowledgeable, VERY professional.

There is something to be said about exceptional service (something you dont see much of these days) and American Auto Glass certainly fits the bill! My rear window shattered just last night when my backup camera didnt catch an over hang in a parking structure. Called my insurance and they gave me a glass shop that I called this morning who said they wouldnt be able to assist until Tuesday. I called another shop who said they wouldnt be able to replace the window until Monday. Decided to see what shops were on Yelp and WHALLA...American Auto Glass came up #1!!! And #1 they are!! I called around 930am and they were at my place by 11am and installed the window by 11:30am! WOW! You cant get any better than that!!!
