Solely from the interaction I had with a salesperson over the phone, I do not recommend this dealership. I wanted to get on the website to look at new inventory to possibly test drive and purchase a car (a very easy sale), but when I asked the salesperson about the website, I received a very snarky response about how theres no issues on their end without even taking the time to check.He then said well, what questions can I answer for you, and I said I was interested in the new car inventory and I am browsing. He then just listed some models off in a monotone voice and asked if there was anything else I needed.

Wonderful experience! I highly recommend Columbia Acura. Gary B. was my sales consultant and he went above and beyond. He explained every aspect of the vehicle, showed me how to program various features, and gladly stayed past quitting time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I purchased a certified-pre-owned ILX and I was treated the same as if Id purchased a brand new vehicle. I am thrilled with my experience with Columbia Acura. It is my preference to work out all of the details over the phone, rather than spend time in a dealership. Some dealerships dont want to talk price with you until you come in for a test drive. Gary Berner was very glad to work with me. He was very helpful with all of my questions, and I am happy with the deal we worked out. When I arrived he spent all the time I needed going over things, but didnt waste my time. Again, I value my time, and dont like hanging out at car dealerships. I was very happy that we were out in a reasonable amount of time.

I had a wonderful experience when I bought my used Acura at Columbia Acura. I had shopped around at several other dealers and was disappointed. I called this dealership and they set me up with Gary Berner and he had the car I was interested in pulled around and all warmed up for me to test drive when I got there. He took care of every thing I needed. Also, when I brought the car back for some work that would take a couple of days, he had a car for me to use ready to go for me and I didn’t have to wait. It’s these details that really made my experience one of the best I’ve had when buying a car from a dealership.

These guys are great! Especially Allen Williams in service who took care of an issue that as it turns out was caused by mice or rats and not a mechanical issue.Here’s our story: We recently bought a used (2020 with 6000 miles) MDX and one morning it wouldn’t start. Everyone thought is was a battery issue but since it wouldn’t start we had to have it towed to the dealership. The problem was that we couldn’t get it in neutral to put it on the back of the tow truck. Option was to have it dollied and that procedure sounded like more of a risk than I wanted to take. I asked Allen if he could send someone to my house in Loveland to replace the battery. Amazingly he sent Andrew and in 15 minutes the battery was replaced. Unfortunately that didn’t fix the problem. So Allen coordinated a tow service and Andrew was able to get the car in neutral with a special tool so we could use a normal flat bed tow truck. Allen recommended Ziegler’s towing which I now highly recommend also!Once in the shop they determined the problem was disconnected wiring from rats or mice chewing through the wiring. I think the shielding may be made from soy now?Anyway Allen took great care of us and it wasn’t even Acura’s fault. Of course I did have to pay for the wiring fix which I gladly did. This is the second MDX we’ve owned. The first one I put 225,000 miles on. Did I mention that Acura suppled us with a loner for two days? An RDX, more my style but my wife likes the MDX for the 3rd seat for the grandkids.Thanks Allen!Todd Nye, Loveland

I worked for a high end luxe dealership and not even they can match what Columbia Acura and the Acura brand has to offer. Alex, Jamey, Allen, and Nathan are experts in their line of work and your safety is their top priority. Any time I have a question or any kind of concern, I know I can call and receive a knowledgeable answer and this team actually cares about my well-being. What a mess this place has been with the parts department. Every time I called there was an issue or a lost part or part wasn’t added to my order… parts were on back order and I understand that. This place is just extremely disorganized and needs to get it together. I will go out of my way to get parts for Acura from here on out to avoid this.

THEY PREMATURELY RAN MY CREDIT,FOR A VEHICLE I HAVE NOT SEEN IN PERSON!!!!!!!!!!! I spoke with John Clark today about a 2014 Acura RDX.I informed him that I think i am interested in the vehicle..HOWEVER, I wasn’t sure if I was able to afford it.I ask John if he could give me a GUESSTIMATE of what my monthly payments would be!!!! I provided him with all of my financial information and also let him know what my downpayment would be. I ask him to PLEASE DO NOT RUN MY CREDIT(because I wasn’t sure if I could afford the note)HOWEVER, 20 minutes later I noticed a HARD CREDIT INQUIRY was pulled WITHOUT MY PERMISSION..LIVID IS A UNDERSTATEMENT!! Recently I purchased a 2020 RDX Acura from Jeff Spires at Columbia Acura. Jeff is a true professional with a tremendous knowledge of not only Acura products but competitive brands as well. I also appreciated that there were no salesperson shenanigans that I have experienced before with other salespersons. He is a straight shooter who represented all features well and sold the car at a fair price. Semi good service. Waited awhile to get my questions answered. Eventually someone took her time to help me. Employees are nice but one stood out, I don’t know her name and would never ever post it but she might need someone to remind her that her hygiene is important at work or not. Parking lot is kinda small and hard to maneuver if you drive around looking at the cars but other than that I’d go back when ready to buy a car.

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and set the first appointment of the morning. After not taking any of the up-sell services and telling them I only wanted an oil change, I’ve waited an hour and a half and still no communication. It was a 7:30 appointment and it’s now 9:00. I can get this same service done at Jiffy Lube in 15 minutes at the same price without the up-sell BS. Don’t waste your time.

I have been to both Superior Acura and Columbia Acura. Without a doubt Columbia Acura is miles ahead of Superior Acura. The service process is incredibly efficient. They really have it down. They even send texts with a list of items that your car needs and you can select which items you need right from your phone. Then the pickup is super fast and no upsetting from customer service. Very happy with my experience and plan on going here from now on instead of Superior Acura. Columbia Acura also seems more professional from a service department perspective. Highly recommended.

Avoid this dealership at all cost. Did not care about me as a customer. Requested to fix my mirror. I never got an update but when I called and was put on hold for 20 just for them to come back on to say yes, it is ready to come pick up. To my surprise when I get there my car has a huge dent in the front fender. They made me pay before I was able to see that they caused more damage and never offered to correct their mistake. Again all I asked was to replace my mirror. I made a huge mistake taking my business to Columbia Acura Inc.

It’s hard to find a dealership that cares, this one does. I worked with Alex in service and he was caring, honest actually helped me. After several days of searching many brands, we learned that we wanted a 2017 Acura RDX with the Advance package. Next, we visited several Acura dealerships. Within ten minutes of meeting Gary Berner at Columbia Acura, we knew that we were in the right Acura dealership. With Gary, we went over the list of accessories that we wanted, and he asked many insightful questions to help us make final determinations. We quickly came to agreement on the price; the deal was that easy. We got a great price according to TrueCar.Two days later, after the service department installed all of our accessories, we came in to pick up our RDX. Gary met us at the door and had everything ready. He spent a lot of time with us, going over all the electronics (and there are many with the Advance package). By far the easiest car buying experience Ive ever had. My sales professional Gary Berner welcomed me without any pressure, waited for me to indicate my intentions and then personalized my experience by allowing me to do most of the paperwork from home while locating the exact RDX I wanted. When the car was ready, I showed up, signed a couple documents, he guided me through all the cars technology and I was on my way. Gary was very conversational and never pushed. I was in search of a new car as a gift to myself for my 40th birthday. The overall process has been phenomenal! I’ve been doing my search online with various dealerships and came across Columbia Acura. I submitted an inquiry on a 2018 Acura ILX and received an email within minutes from Gary Berner regarding my interest. After a day or so, I went to test drive and while he wasn’t around, I was then assisted by Jeff Speiser (since Gary was on vacation), who was awesome. I had the worse experience ever Columbia Acura. They will drain your pockets, will get you pushed to get most parts replaced. I don’t even trust them. I only went there since it is the closest from my workplace from convenience standpoint but ended up spending most, over $1500 bill in just 3 appointments. From my experience they don’t seem to their job well. I felt like something has been wrong with my car since I started going to Columbia Acura. Now I started to go back to my original dealer Superior Acura for anything, though a little far from my place but I still trust them.

I have always found the buying experience to be enjoyable and appreciate the professional and helpful attitudes of both the salesman and sales manager to get the right deal done. Emailed early on a Saturday evening. Gary Berner got back with me that night and after a few emails back and forth my offer was accepted.Drove the 100 miles on Sunday to test drive the car. The transaction went quickly and Gary filled up the tank of my certified preowned Acura TLX which was a nice touch.There is an issue with the replacement key but they have said they will program it for me and give me a loaner while it is being taken care of.

I had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Columbia Acura and I highly recommend Gary. He was an absolute pleasure to deal, very professional, took the time to answer all my questions, and worked with me to get the best deal. Purchased our new 2019 RDX for my wife and we love it and had excellent support from staff in making the purchase (5 stars).Now trying to get into the service area called 6 time yesterday, Monday and the operator finally asked me to call back later. I asked if they were open and she said of course till 6:00 they are just busy. I asked if I needed to make an appointment for our first oil change and she said she didnt know and Id have to call back later. Not happy with service department for not answering the phone and the operator for not having the information. (1 star)

This dealership has a very bad customer service. I visited the place to buy used 2014 Acura RDX, had test drive and had my offer. I was negotiating with their price and raised my opinion that they are expensive than the national average. The sales manager asked me to substantiate my claim with an evidence. I promised him to provide evidence and tried to get him with data I have. They dont have email contacts to send my evidence. I chatted online and asked the agent if she could provide me email so that I can send my message. She refused to give me. I chatted with her stating that it is uncommon for a dealership destined to sell cars and serve customers. Finally, I have contacted them on their website and listed the sample evidences I was asked to bring by the sales manager. I have also requested if i could continue my purchasing process further providing different options including a trade-in with my current car without any response. The car I was interested in is still in market and I didnt get any response from them.
