My experience, as well as my husbands, at Pearl Vision Plaza Cidra was excellent both when we went to make an appointment and particularly the day we went in for the exam with Dr. Aramburu. She is a very exhaustive professional, which instills trust. Dr. Aramburu is also very nice and respectful of her patients. The personnel is also amicable, while respectful, and their client satisfaction skills SHOW. Looking forward to picking up my glasses and will return for future exams. Their service made my experience exceptional!

The attention of the employees was excellent. I disagree on something very important. I handed in a mount that I had previously purchased from you to exchange crystals with the new recipe and they broke it in the lab. Now they wont pay for my saddle and I have to buy a new one. That is not right and I do not agree. I am very upset and I dont think I will do business with you again.

By protocol and respect for health standards, I went to be attended on the indicated day and time. They made me wait outside for more than twenty minutes standing with everything and since they already had my license and card, I couldnt leave without my documents.
