Madeline is a great and a very sophisticated profecional she handles wallgren drug store with great inteligence she is unique she is MADELINE an A+ inteligence and my favorite 🧎 ❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🧖.🌹especial heart.

This store in particular has a big problem in the area of the pharmacy, they do not have sufficient employees to take care of the customers.

Visiting here From Chicago and I have been here 4x’s Already and Im embarrassed that this Walgreens compared to what I am use to has the Worst Customer Service ever!, 1st off Cashiers when checking customers out check them out and keep the line moving its not time to socialize and ask what customers did on the weekend and Hold a whole 5-6 minuet conversation yes I timed it. Second The Pharmacy Dept. Is Very extremely UnProfessional my father forgot his medication and we had the physician call in the medication and on my Walgreens App it showed that his Prescription was ready we get to the Pharmacy and it was partially ready he was missing his syringes, Which I thought If you worked the Pharmacy Dept. you would know that part of the prescription was incomplete but he didnt till I told him, when he I mean the person who took care of us who i wasnt even sure was a Pharmacy Tech asked the Pharmacist about the syringes he tells him “I don’t know” So I asked him so you don’t have any the Tech Replies the Pharmacist said not till next week no specific day didnt even bother to check when the syringes would come in no effort was made to help us This was medication my father needed daily, I then Asked the Tech if they could call us when the syringes came in he clearly said No we dont do that At this point Im puzzled because Walgreens has a system where they can call you to let you know you prescription is ready the App had failed me so there clearly is a walgreens training error hear or is it Just PR walgreens that clearly employees show ko customer service effort. I Thank God this was not a life of Death situation, I then had to call my Sister back home to have her over night us the syringes. Everyone in this Walgreens need to take a class on Customer Service and Walgreens Corporate need to run all there walgreens the same way here as they do in the states Get it together Walgreens!A Copy of this complaint will be forwarded to Corporate.

They never answer the phone and the only time you see employees all over the store helping is when they have superiors visiting.

Tremendous service garbage. After they tell us that a prescription is ready, they tell us that they gave the prescription to another person, that we could go to another pharmacy. They do not work.

It always has good service and a variety of household items and prescriptions and medications

Today February 13, 2021 I went early to the perfumes area and really the 2 employees who were there have nothing to touch, nothing good treatment, they did not help me, they did not look for alternatives even that area was with a vdd customer service condolences

The employees are lazy they did not help me at all. I wanted to buy a charger and I needed someone to assist me to buy and nobody came to help me but the most funny thing is that it said press the button for service and I did not have it. It bothered me so much when I went to look for help, the employees were bluffing but I told her about the bad service and she told me why she didnt look for me and I said to her, You guys are fucking crazy, Im going to have assistance. They are inept.

The best staff and service

The store is not open as it says on the internet. It says it opens at 8am and apparently it opens at 9am. They should change information on the physical sign of the store and the internet for the customer.

The pharmacy service is exaggeratedly slow, if they dont have staff they hire more, the store very well supplied

One of the places you get around. The bad thing is that they open at 8am, it is better if they open at 6am or 7am.
