You can find many tools, with good quality or not. For domestic repairs and handy people is great place. They have many coupons on their site and many gifts no matter if you buy something for one dollar, with any purchase they will give you your gift!

The employee named Arturo was mean. He ignored me when I asked for help and when I kept asking he told me to shut up and walked out of the store.

Bad customer service. Long lines. Nobody cares. Only one register open.

No one to help you find anything

We usually have coupons for the 20%, but this time I couldnt fine one,I usually go to harbor freight on chicago and If I dont have a coupon the usually will. Help me find one, this one rude mangers and unprofessional when I asked for a mangers he laughed and pointed at his shirt and said I am the manager. O and by the way we walked out with over 100$ from that store.

I was able to find everything that I needed and got help from one of the managers on the floor. He explained everything to me and how to use the angle grinder that I purchased and what accessories I needed for the job that I was doing. I appreciate the help guys thank you!!

I Bought A Water Pump 5 Days Ago And The Pump Doesnt Work And I Bring It back To The Store And They Dont Respet The Warranty If I buy at the store Why I have to return somewhere else if I bought it in the store

If you ever seen my other reviews, you know that I love Harbor Freight and this location is no different. The only con I could find was the small parking lot that needed some TLC.

I bought the half Inch impact driver the earthquake 100% garbage went out on me Three separate times they just want you to pay the $50Warrantee every time you bring it back you’re better off going to Home Depot spin in the same thing on a better one I bought a D Walt better than the earthquake 100%

I always enjoy the music they play. The isles are always fully stocked and clean. Plenty of workers that are willing to navigate you to screws, stockets, and surveillance systems. Just dont ask the cashiers.Coupons add exceptional deals to already low pricing. Just dont try to double them. One daily free item for any purchase maker is an extra incentive for shopping with Harbor Freight Tools as well.

OK if your looking for smaller specialized tools with great service, organization, affordability w/ no long lines .... YOU my friend have found the place. Granted you will not find everything but I guarantee that the other big box stores will NOT have some equipment that Harbor Freight has .... seriously. Did I mention affordability?

When i started buying at the store 10 years ago, they had tool for home and small projects. Now they sale tools for home to big projects and contractors.

Came in looking for certain items and I just want to say the young man who helped me, Ariel Reed was so wonderful. Amazing customer service skills and very knowledgeable, knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. Will definitely be back because of this worker. They usually have everything that I need from automotive, to fabrication, and specialty tools. Only once they didnt have what I needed was a pop up canopy for shade. The managers are the people to ask where something is if I cant find it. Get the warranty and provide a phone number on bigger equipment it really helps.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. I went shopping for Christmas presents for my husband and felt like a fish ot of water. I explained what I needed and they put everything together for me and helped load my car. The prices were great compared to other stores I searched. I definitely will be back for Fathers Day.

I have always saw an add/flyer for the store but never knew how close it was. I found the store big and amazing. I saw tools for everything and behond. Its like a one stop tool shopping store. Ill have to go back and shop.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. We were greeted right away when we walked in. Guy walked us to exactly what we were looking for. Credit card machine was down, so we had to pay ca$h. Not a fault of Harbor Freight. The store was impeccably clean & organized.
