...I purchased the Arcade Legends machine and had (still have) some volume issues. Contacted customer service and we tried several things. Adjusted settings, opening the machine and checked the JAMMA card, checked the diagnostics menu, disconnected the UPB cable from the computer board, disconnected the trackball and buttons, disconnected the JAMMA board, cleaned and re-installed the trackball, disconnected the trackball one sensor at a time, replaced the I/O board, tested the wall outlet for a faulty ground, put a surge suppressor between the machine and wall outlet, replaced the USB cable between the computer and JAMMA board, did a continuity test of the three green wires that attach to the trackball, connected a PC keyboard and entered the BIOS screen for time and date verification, checked the time advancement for several days, reset the system day and time, and checked the system time advancement. After that they wanted me to remove the computer assembly and sent it to them for testing and repair.I asked for a shipping label and they closed the repair ticket.Since they are only 20 miles away, I asked if someone could service the machine.Over the next 3 months my next 10 e-mails were ignored.It’s a neat machine. However, way too many headaches. Do not recommend.

Dealt with them for service and was treated well. I enjoy the games on my ultimate arcade 3 and have owned it since 2013. The cabinet and controls have commercial arcade quality feel. Looks great in my basement!

Visited this location recently for work related reasons. Staff was friendly and courteous. The location is easy to find with GPS but not huge signage that I noticed. Had some very cool things there so wish I would have had more time because I would have asked a zillion questions, lol.

I bought the Arcade Legends and the games are so hard it is ridiculous!!! You cant adjust the level of difficulty so every game is set to expert level. If I had known this I wouldnt have bought it! You think youre going to have hours of fun but end up with hours of frustration! Who would want to buy a game that is so hard you cant win? Why would anyone program games like this? Do not buy unless they have fixed this!!!

I was looking for the legends arcade for years and finally decided to get it! Based on the reviews I have decided to look at other options! Its not the dificulty of the game but the bad customer service reviews not he service side of things! We live in Wi, Im not sure how we would get things fixed!

Customer service was atrocious, waited over a month and a half to receive my cabinet, Road Runner had lost the shipment, and when it was finally delivered it was damaged. This is a very hard company to deal with and I recommend to stay away!

Rob Kelly is their repair technician, held on to our part for 4 months and dogded our calls and proceeded to make promises he had no authority to make. We finally got our part back, had to pay more than promised, and it took us showing up in person multpile days in a row to bother them until he finished the repair. Would not recommend dealing with this company. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

If your an operator I would stay away from Chicago Gaming. 1. Difficult to deal with after you purchase one of their games. No urgency to find a solution, call me back periodically to see if we come up with something is what you are told. 2. They either dont have the replacement or havent bothered to develop or test one. This game is not very old and there should be a reasonable expectation of replacement parts available (still advertised as being sold by them) 3. I own several hundred late model games and purchase large quantities each year. I will no longer consider anything from Chicago Gaming. As an operator there are a few of these game manufacturers that are just not reputable and for sure anything from Chicago Gaming is on my do not buy list. Stick with Baytek, ICE, or even Benchmark as opposed to these people.
