The liquor store I went into there in Oak Park, Illinois to get change... The (4) brothers that on the store were very nice to me they watched the bicycle outside the door through the security cameras... For me they were really nice that we had great laughs too.... thats America

After reading previous reviews I had to way in my review... My family and I have been coming to this liquor store for many years now and not once have we ever been disrespected. Every visit has been enjoyable and Rick is always very helpful and knowledgeable on his liquor. The prices are very reasonable compared to other stores too.

Decent service and wide variety of liqour

Place is a great neighborhood store! Always greeted when I walk in and never have an issue! Rik is a great owner and Id say this place is pretty great for the area as its very mixed. Always has great deals and great customer service! Always make a stop when Im passing by

Rick knows his stuff. Always a pleasure to speak with him. He always makes suggestions on different products to try once he sees what I am purchasing.

Great prices but poor services. When I came in the owner or worker, Ricky was arguing aggressively with a customer. Not sure what was going on but it was highly unprofessional and I will not be back.

Very poor management and lack of respect for customers. Regardless of you’re opinion on the customer there should be a level of professionalism and respect just as common decency. I also feel that the owners attitude is racially biased (ie “trash costumers”) and I’ve heard him use racial slurs on multiple occasions.

I am so highly disappointed with this liquor store. I used to enjoy going here, but recently the store owner has become so unpleasant and hostile all the time that I can no longer enjoy going into this establishment. Its too bad too because this used to be a half decent business...

I used to think this was a decent store because some of the people who work here were friendly. But then I met the owner, and I am never giving him one more dime after this latest experience. He disrespected me, was very passive aggressive, and was acting like a bully. I dont know what his problem is, but he should not be running a store when he acts so awful towards his PAYING customers. I regret ever spending money there.

I am done giving my business and my money to this establishment. They are incredibly unprofessional. The man who runs the store was starting problems with people the whole time while I was in there recently. He made me very uncomfortable with the way he was treating people. I will be finding a different liquor store to go to.

I had a horrible experience visiting this liquor store. The man who I interacted with, who I believe is the manager or owner, was very rude, confrontational, and disrespectful. All I was trying to do was purchase something to drink from his store, and he started bothering me for no reason. I felt highly disrespected. They are in need of new management immediately.

While Rick is very knowledgable about beer and the rest of the staff is great. Rick is a real jerk to his employees. Calls them names, doesnt give them breaks, yells all the time... hes got a huge ego and a very poor narcissistic attitude. For those reasons alone Id say take your business elsewhere. I wouldnt fund an operation run by a tyrant.

Ive been coming here for years. The service is friendly the prices are low. Everytime I come here they are welcoming to me. Everyones always cool. Even the bartender who ive been seeing covering the cashier station lately is cool. They do tastings sometimes and thats always fun too.

They stole my credit card # 3 times over the course of 3 months. Three different cards which had just one place in common...

A local liquor store and tap room, but the surprise is the significant beer selection. Ricks picks was the beginning a few years ago, and now they stock a whole isle of micro brews. The cooler case has a wide selection as well, along with they usual suspects (Old Style, Miller Lite, Bud Light, etc.)
