I had never been here even though I live near by. I have to say I was really surprised. They have a great selection of alcohol and beer. They have them labeled and organized on the shelf too which is really helpful. They also have a variety of things that you might need for home like soaps, paper towels, paper plates etc. so you don’t have to go to the grocery store. I loved the variety of beer and that they have local and micro beers as well. Cheers to this place!

I used sunset market and liquor to deliver some champagne to a friend for her birthday and they were awesome! Roy made sure the delivery went smoothly and they had great prices! Highly recommend!

Wow! That is pretty much all I can say. If you want the very best service out there period, Sunset Market is the way to go. Whether you are just a straight drinker or collector like I am, it is the best liquor store in San Diego and the only place Ill be shopping from. And that says a lot. You wouldnt know from the outside, but the interior is beautiful and features some very hard to find liquors. If you want the best, do yourself a favor and order, either online or in person, from Sunset Market! Oh, and they honor veterans too!

What wonderful customer service does this place have. I have been looking for the cherry flavor of grey goose for months as a gift for my brother and couldnt find it anywhere. I came across this store during a Google search and boy was I lucky. They dont make this flavor anymore but sunset happen to have a few bottles left. Shipping was super fast and my brother loves his gift. Thank you guys a million. Happy customers.

This is an amazing store with customer service above and beyond! I was looking for a bottle of Elmer T. Lee Bourbon, called the store which had it available for delivery, and Roy was so very kind and instead put aside a bottle for me to pick up. While there, I asked about a no-longer-made rum, hard to find, and Roy had that too! This store and this gentleman are clearly dedicated to taking care of their customers. I will definitely be back, Roy, thank you!

After seeing this places reputation online I finally got a chance to give it a try. Was on the hunt for a thank you gift and got to talking with the owner when I wasnt able to find my target bottle, which evidently hasnt been produced in months. I walked away with something FAR better and couldnt be happier! If you live anywhere even remotely near this Shangri La of Spirits, you owe yourself a visit! Wonderful variety of local San Diego beers, micro brews and all the major favorites. Wine & liquor selection is also impressive. Employees were friendly and Im looking forward to checking them out again in the future. Great place!

Called Before going to see if they had a specific type of liquor they told me they did have it in stock and when I went there they did not carry peppar absolute vodka. Just baited me to go there . Terrible cheaper liquor at Albertsons!

I love this store I have to make a special trip down here once or twice a month to stock up on my favorite drink which is the faygo this is one of the only few theres only actually two that I know of in San Diego that has faygo the staff are always very friendly theres tons of other stuff that they have here that they sell this is a very well stocked store .

Fantastic dealing with this store- they made a pricing mistake on their online store- I thought it might be a mistake so I called and even though it was a mistake they let me have the bottle at the lower price. Also let me substitute another bottle at a cheaper price for one that they had just run out of. Shipped fast. Absolute pleasure doing business with this store.

Terrible store. They engage in illegal advertising. They marketed a bourbon for $100 and then when I went to purchase, they doubled the price. Classic bait and switch. Totally dishonest.
