There’s a lot of options to select from. This was my first time trying it out. I went for the Ube Snow Bubble Waffle in a cup. There’s a lot of sweets here and the waffle gives a nice contrast to the cold. Eat it right away so you can taste the warmness of the waffle. There’s no other way to eat it!

Great variety of drinks, Snows and waffles filled with ice and loads of toppings. I really enjoyed the Jasmine Thai Tea Snow with Almond Jelly and fresh strawberries. Friendly staff to help with your order. Nice open air seating to enjoy your sweet treat while visiting with family and friends.

It was super tasty and fresh! They have boba drinks too as well as soft serve! They offer a variety of toppings and the employees are super helpful and friendly. Also the vibe inside is really fun and bright.

Most unique ice cream place Ive ever been to! They have shaved ice as well as normal soft serve ice cream and some awesome creations with bubble waffles (if youve never tried it you definitely should)

Love coming here with my sons! Staff is always friendly and fast with our orders. Would recommend to everyone looking for a nice lil treat without having to drive all the way to Convoy.

This place is horrible with service. This might be understaffed but the system is just stupid. The lead staff cashier is not very welcoming if anything timid and not at all friendly. She seemed not happy working here.

Enjoyed our first order

Absolutely love this place! The shaved ice here is Taiwanese style which is not like normal snow cones that people are used to. It has a smoother texture and the actual ice is flavored, not poured over with syrups. The flavor selection isnt huge, but you can find one youll like. Think of this place more like a frozen yogurt place, but with shaved ice where you can put toppings on it.They have other types of treats here too, but I havent tried them all. I do, however, highly recommend the bubble waffles with ice cream. Its a soft and sweet waffle that goes perfect with their soft serve.

This place used to be good. I would go a could of times a week. This is the second time that I have ordered an Afogato and the cup is half empty and there is maybe an inch of ice. Seriously, its shaved ice. If I am paying $7 for flavored ice, at least give me something to insinuate that its worth the price.

Its the second time that I am buying their shaved ice and they are out of the lemon flavor. Take it off the menu then.

Smells good thats all I have to say positive. They made they put the soft serve in cups before anything else. By the time I even got my order I could see it melting because the inside of the building was so warm.By the time I got home, 1.4 miles away, I had 4 cups of soft serve soup and 2 thai teas that were extremely sweet for 47.00, dont waste your money or time at such a mediocre establishment .The one girl that served us was friendly but they are very slow at doing orders for customers. Two stars for smell and the friendliness of the one that took our order. Otherwise google doesnt offer 0 stars.

4 stars for customer service and product. Above average for both categories. Minus 1 star because the line is long, even with 3 staff workers behind the counter. Theres only one person taking the orders and making the snow. This is an opportunity for the 3rd (or less busy employee) to man the 2nd snow machine and help with ringing in orders. 3rd employee was filling up bottles that werent even half empty yet and could have waited until things slowed down in order to help with the excessive customer line that went out the door. Otherwise, this place is very popular and will be here for a long while.

Cool concept!This wasn’t my first trip to an Iceskimo, we had previously been to the one on Convoy St.You may think that this place is like your standard run-of-the-mill frozen yogurt shop... it is mostly... but there’s a twist!With the FROYO places you dispense the flavored yogurt from the machines, add toppings, then you pay based on the weight.At Iceskimo you select the flavor from the menu list. Then the employee pulls a big block of flavored ice from the little freezer. They put that block of ice into a machine that whirls it around and shaves ultra thin layers of flavored ice into a cup below. The result is that you have a cup of ultra thin shaved ice that actually has a lot of flavor. Then you add the toppings you want, they have an ok selection of them. Then you pay based on the weight.The price here is $.59 per ounce, which I believe is on par with the frozen yogurt places.We are excited to have a new dessert option move into Eastlake Chula Vista!
