Brian is amazing! He helped me order napoleon phantom grill and delivered on time for Mothers Day celebration! I found hot sauce n more through Napoleon website dealer page, called on Sunday to see if they can deliver by next Sunday. Brian told me he doesnt want to miss the delivery window by Mothers Day so he would give me a call next day after he confirmed with napoleons. He called first thing in the morning on Monday confirmed they could deliver by Friday, he would give me tracking by EOD Monday, I placed the order right away via phone! However I didnt get the tracking by EOD Monday I was a bit nervous about it, Brian has been following up with napoleons and keep me posted I finally got tracking on Thursday and delivered by Friday! I live in Irvine so its an hour drive away from hot sauce n more, even though I never been to this store (tbh didnt know this store before!), the communication with Brian has been great on the phone, very honest and trustworthy shopping experience with Brian! Highly recommend this local business!!

Purchased a Big Green Egg grill from these guys this week. They delivered it to my house and installed for free. They seem like genuinely great people, and hard-working small business owners who Im happy to support :) This is a surprise gift for my husband who has been wanting one of these for awhile. He and I stumbled across their store by happenstance a couple years back, and the store owner was very friendly and informative then as well. Told him wed be back at some point to get one, and am happy I was able to keep my word! Overall great experience and customer service. Highly recommend!

A small family owned shop, their inventory and prowess reach far beyond simply hot sauce. If you like hot sauce, or more importantly outdoor cooking, this place is for you. They carry nearly everything you could require to go from zero to kiss the cook. Their array of sauces, spices and marinades is only outdone by their knowledge.I speak from experience: I went from never having stepped beyond dads gas grill to a formidable foe at the company barbecue, due in large part to Brian and company. And the crew is really the icing on the cake. They have an awesome staff that promotes a warm and welcoming atmosphere, they are well versed in the products they sell and are more than willing to entertain any question, concern or theory.Need recipe advice? Done. Meat not making the cut? Solved. Need inspiration for a different side diah or meal? Want to take your grilling skills to an entirely different plane of existence? I suggest visiting for a good dose of great customer service, replete with friendly people, awesome product knowledge and a nearly overwhelming selection of stuff to taste test and take home.

All around amazing service and a great selection of all kinds of BBQ goodies. When I am ready to upgrade my backyard to a new grill or smoker, this will be where I buy it.

I have tried to order 3 different times, each time my order is pending for over a week. When I check up on the order a week to ten days later my order was cancelled. I will never order from them again.

Solid selection of rubs and other bbq accessories. Talked to the owner first time I went in for a good while. They also put on the BGE event in the area, I’m not an Egghead, but it was a good time with live demonstrations.It’s also right by the Macy’s ladies section, so if the wife shopping, you can pop in and grab something for yourself.

I ordered hot sauce 3 weeks ago. The money came out of my account but I have not received the product and my calls have gone to a voice mail.
