Krispy kreme never fails on delivering some good tasting donuts. I picked up these limited edition V day donuts for my gf since she LOVES them! Me personally, I have my favorite donut shop ;) But this spot is good. Pricey, but good.

Not worth the drive. Our neighborhood donuts are so much better. We wanted to try out their seasonal doughnuts and they only had 2 of 3 of the flavors and the flavors they did have were terrible. The saving grace of this trip was the filled birthday cake doughnut. It was the only doughnut worth eating to be perfectly honest.

Krispy Kreme donuts in Otay Ranch area is always busy with hungry customers but is always well worth the await...plus everyone is super happy and excited for donuts.The location of this shop is great. It is next to tons of shopping and a good variety of food options. I definitely recommend this Krispy Kreme donuts location.

Personally, Im not a donut person, but every once in awhile Ill want one and want to try something new! This time I went with the Sour Cream Donut and the New York Cheesecake Donut and they were pretty yummy! My donut-stess (hostess) Ramona was very sweet and patient while I thought about what I wanted. They just have SOOO many choices! Enjoyed them!! Yum, yum!

Staff were great, items were ready to be picked up at given time. Donuts are always soft and tasty. My only compliant is that there are no french cruller donuts and I love french cruller donuts. Please make these donuts.

I real like the donuts. My wife has her favorites that we were able to get. Would be perfect if this store gad the “hot” sign. Hit the spot with extremely hot coffee for a quick breakfast while on the go.

First time going to this Krispy Kreme. It is not the location where the donuts are made fresh. This location is a store where the donuts are delivered from the Clairemont store.The service was great. The staffs were able to help us even though they were not fully opened. The inside was very clean and there was no waiting in the morning. Great selection of glazed donuts. Hopefully, they can serve plain, no glazed donuts in the future. All in all, good place to get a dozen of donuts for about $11. Pricey and small, but convenient.

When they have donuts theyre fresh and delicious. But it seems like they only make a morning batch. Everytime we come in the afternoon/evening they are out. And we drive about 20 min to get there. So beware.

Online order for a pick up is available. In store purchase also available, no stay in at this time. Other than that, this location is a thumbs up. Friendly employees and decent service to the customers.

As always, a bimonthly family treat, and as always the store was clean, staff friendly, and their current distancing protocol was good...except when a gaggle of early 20 somethings showed up and refused to listen...wouldve liked to have seen them put their foot down and follow their own protocols...but with a gaggle sometimes its ot worth it.

I love it, by far the best doughnuts, I recommend always the original, that one never fails and a small advise from life, if you want to try something different please buy just 1 sample, that way you wont regret it later if you didnt liked it. Remember, always the original guy!

I havent been in this store in a while, but I believe the quality has gone down since the pandemic. I ordered an assorted dozen and had to pick and choose from pictures. They didnt even have the original kreme filled glaze donut available and it was only 8:30 a.m.! Although only two customers were allowed in the store at one time, it was loud because the person taking the orders had to verbally tell the workers behind the counter what the order was. And the workers behind the counter tried to take orders from customers as well, which resulted in multiple people raising their voices just to be heard. What was most disappointing was when I finally opened the box and see the sizes of the donuts were significantly smaller than what they used to be. My father, who hasnt had krispy kreme donuts in YEARS, just opened the box and commented on how small they are. Not to mention, my order was wrong (probably because the workers couldnt hear) and you can see from the picture that some of the donuts were just tossed in the box. Granted, the pandemic has affected many businesses. I appreciate the safety precautions theyve taken to assure everyones health and safety, but if im paying the same price for a box of donuts that I did prior to the pandemic, I expect the same quality as well.

Sorry but this Store is the worst, always run out of the Original glazed plus not have a good variety and is early 2 pm . I dont know why if are running out of stock they dont make more knwoing that under Covid circumstances people just will run in and out to get them.Even far I prefer the one in Clairemont because not only alwata is producing more but have a drive in.

Super friendly, clean Krispy Kreme establishment to visit when in the Eastlake area of Chula Vista, California. An employee welcomes you right at entry offering you a free taste of whats their current promotion and or product launch. I tried the Blueberry glaze, which was pretty good. Its a very-quick coffee & doughnut stop and Go for the morning! I highly recommend!

These donuts are good, but I do feel are overhyped..Overpriced certainly..Place was clean..all employees wearings masks gets them 3 stars..

Great donuts! Definitely recommend downloading their app and signing up. They offer some really great deals! Walked in the other day to order a box of specialty donuts and ended up walking out with a free box of glazed donuts on top of the specialty box. When we were waiting in line, they gave my kiddo a free small donut to munch on!

Personally, Im not a huge fan of Krispy Kreme but my kids love it. The gal who helped us gave them samples while they waited. The prices are reasonable and they do have some interesting seasonal options. Oh, there is a Coffee Bean inside which is nice, but Im not sure how adept the staff is at making the drinks. Its too bad this is one of the only donut places in the area, but it will do of youre in a pinch. 4 stars for service, but only 3 for taste.

Krispey kreme has always been the place to go for some all the time fresh moist dohnuts. Good service . always clean . especially during this time of qurantine which is a plus.

I went to get some free donuts cause I am a senior and they said that they aren’t doing that anymore and that it was only for one day. When on websites they stated that they will be giving seniors free donuts until May 24th, when I brought this up they stated that they just changed it or they just don’t do it anymore. And on top of that, I brought a soda from them that was dated “April 6, 2020.”

Best fresh donuts in San Diego. You can smell their fresh donuts from across the street. The coffee drinks are good also.

They should take into consideration people following guidelines and waiting in line. Not just letting people walk in while others where waiting outside of store to be next served.

Everyone here was very helpful. Went in for 40 dozen donuts that I needed on Friday. Ordered them on a Wednesday with no hiccups. They were great and fresh and everyone loved them. They gave my son a free mini donut along with another little girl who was there. Also appeared to be very clean.
