My iPhone screen had been flickering for quite some time and was starting to put strain on my eyes. As soon as I brought it here they were able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time. They changed the screen and even threw in a complementary tempered glass! I left a very happy camper and so did my eyes. I highly recommend this place. Thanks!

Dont waste your time or your money going to Dr Apple. Definitely has the attitude of a doctor however none of the results. If you need to take your item back to him for the same reason you brought it in the first place , he will claim that you dropped your computer and send you on your way. Better customer service if you take it to an actual Apple vendor instead of someone who is trying to make money off of apple products on the side. $500 wasted to receive my item In the same condition that I gave it to him. Lets not even get into his horrible customer service

Had a fantastic experience here.The guy was nice enough. Kept the social distance.I got a great price to get a cracked iPad screen repaired. It did take a few days to get the device back, but thats ok. That was made clear up front.Great experience. I think i found my place to get all my devices repaired.

After wasting time trying to get through to Apple and Best Buy, I gave up and called these guys. They answered the phone and could get me in within the hour to replace the shattered glass on my iphone. The price was fair. Service good. Easy Peasy.

Sam is a great business man. Before he takes any action he tells you what the problem is and then explains how to fix it and price. Straightforward, quick (30min in and out), and friendly. The most despotic employee who has attended us. I replace a screen to my sons iphone and it took off all in just 4 days, so it also broke. We returned for the guarantee and in a very bad way, angry and with treatment later agreed to relocate it, after making wait waiting for about 4 hrs to reposition the screen and that we had to buy it again. He said he was a Christian but his attitude shows very little love for others and lack of professionalism. The worst choice we made when going with him. You are a bleached sepulcher as Jesus said. So analyze your true nature.

Came in for a screen repair on an iPhone 8+. Got screen and back glass replaced for $240 looking new and cheaper then buying a used one. Shout out Dr Apple and the loyal follower that recommended me here!

Dr Apple helped me when I dropped my iPhone 5 in the beginning of the year. I was given pricing for different scenarios and my phone was repaired for less than $30. The screen had shut off and just had to be adjusted by being plugged back in. It was also completed in a reasonable time.Im now here for my second repair at the end of the year as this is a perk of being a dog walker. The screen had completely separated into two pieces, the menu button stopped working and my work was on the phone! It was repaired in 1 hour and a half temporarily until the matching screen and menu button come in the next day. I am happy with the service I received although Im awaiting parts to be installed ,my iPhone was repaired to work until then. Cant complain yet!

Great overall service. Came in two weeks ago for an iPhone 11 screen repair all went well so my wife now took in her MacBook Pro. I called dr apple to fix my iphone x he told me that the screen was original and with the same quality and, he charged me 140 dollars for putting on an lcd screen that costs 40 dollars i also know a little bit about iphone repairs and a lot of people to this scam they buy a screen for as little as 40 dlls and then charge you 140 dlls as if it was original,i just thanked him for his service and I left. 4 days later the screen started to peel off and as a result it broke, i went back to ask for guarantee but his attitude was no longer the same and he was mad and defensive so we made an aggramment and had to buy the screen my self and he put it for free, he made me wait around 4 hours and after he replaced it he was very rude and keep telling me to wait 40 for min after that he throwed the iphone into his desk and said nothing worst place ive ever been too he even says hes christian but he dosent act like one poor guy i feel bad for him god bless you like you always said.

I was scrambling to find a new iPhone repair place and Dr Apple was recommended by numerous people in a local facebook group Im in, so I tried it out. I had to get my iPhones charger port replaced. The office is nice, clean, and even has a kids play area. I felt very welcome and felt I could trust leaving my electronics here for repair, so important with this type of service. Took less than an hour and my phone was even charged when I picked it up! Professional, reliable, and average prices. I would highly recommend!

Brought my iphone 7 here and the first time the Ear piece stopped working, so i took it back and they fixed it but a day later the home button and speakers stopped working and now my phone keeps restarting and it goes on the apple logo and then stays on a black screen it is now unusable. PS: I just wanted the Screen replaced but they also replaced the LCD with a fake one and 3D touch barely works.

Just got a battery replaced on iPhone 6s+. $55 dollars later I was on my way with my phone saying 100% health compared to 53% health. My phone was telling me that battery needed to be serviced and now it’s gone away thanks to Dr Apple.

I brought my Apple Watch to Dr. Apple to fix the cracked screen. He quoted me $199 I agreed and left my watch two day later I was called to pick it up. When I got there I was told my watch was fixed but……… I could never put it near water because I damaged the sensor when I cracked the screen. Now my phone was cracked in the upper right front small area. Okay but way tell me my watch was fixed charge me $199 for a Watch I have to make sure if I’m near water I had better take it off or I wouldn’t have that watch anymore. He should have called me and told me so I could know my options weather to go ahead with the repair or not. Oh! When I dropped my watch off I had to pay a deposit $80. Now I have to buy a new watch which is $ 349 and I had to pay him $199 for a Watch that I can not use. Dr. Apple told me about my phone after he repaired the screen not cool at all very upset about my experience with this business. Vengeance is mine saith the Lord I will repay

Terrible service ... in which it was to repair the screen that had to be changed, they lasted as agreed but it turned out that the fingerprint button did not work when before taking it it worked perfectly .. they charged for repair more than 1 month and a half to finish the work and Now I realize that the front camera I do not know if it was changed but it looks worse compared to photos after delivering it I do not recommend at all ......
