Went here for birthday balloons, was not disappointed. They gave free balloons to my kids as well.

I spoke to an associate named Ashley in the store in Palomar st on 10/28/21. I first approached her to ask her about the items I was looking for, SUPER RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL with her words. She ignored me at least 3 times. I made the line and with bad luck she was the one helping me to check out after going around the store for a long time looking for the bretelles, I asked her if she could help me or just someone to bring them because I couldn’t find them. She declined and she told me I would have to go grab them myself and make the line again, I did tell her I was exhausting and I’ve been going around for a while, again, she declined and with a EXTREMELY RUDE attitude she asked me to leave the check out. She also mentioned that she was “too busy” to help me. LIKE WHAT! Isn’t that why she is working at the store to help customers on their needs?! I was really offended by the employee’s attitude. I had to make the long line again. I know how to recognize customer service and she is BAD. I would not come back to this store. I would not recommend it to anyone. Very unorganized and lazy person. Hopefully, the store manager can handle this situation for future customers.

What happened to all the disney stuff!? I mean its a party center at least have a bit of all!! Zombies from disney my daughter wants that for her b-day theme is she the only weirdo? Lol thank you Amazon! At least it had something!!

Dont know how this place stays in business. Not much there.

They are sort of short on costumes. I could not find Maleficent.

Prices were wayyyyyyy off. I had to grab a price tag so they didnt think I was lying. Valentines balloons deflated.. it made the store looked so trashy. Customer service was actually exceptional. The store didnt have great selection on what I was looking for.

Great variety of helium balloons. Lots of favors and party decorations. I was disappointed that being in Chula Vista, it had no quinceañera decorations and balloons. You can find decorations for birthdays, baby showers, and weddings.

Staff was friendly and had smiles. Service was fast.

Place is ok, but I guess store is dying probably because of pandemic era.

The staff there was very helpful and nice. Roxy was the most helpful employee there and helped me with my shopping experience! A nice clean store that’s alway playing good music.

For party supplies other than Halloween, only one anemic aisle for Halloween products, either they sold out or didnt bother getting supplies due to COVID.

I visited on the day before Halloween and it was packed but it was nice that the lines moved really fast

Great store with a lot of party materials I remember this store being here forever and they always have the latest things you may need for a party, not 5 Stars because the assorted candy was all sticked together maybe because of the weather but they should really take care of that.

Im always trying to get the Halloween stuff up as fast as I can and still be attentive to the customers that have questions. The only thing I highly recommend is that if you want a Halloween costume for your child from one of the popular movies please come early. If you wait until the end of October to find a costume you wont have any to choose from.

Well stocked, staff very helpful. I went in thinking I was superwoman thinking I could handle my son in my arms as I carried a shopping basket. I didnt catch the employee name but she rocked. She brought me a shopping cart and rescued me. #itsthelittlethingsthatcount

Nice place to buy decorative items for events and parties. Just be careful to review the interior shelve promotions, our you will end paying a lot for paper plates and plastic silverware.

Slow service

HORRIBLE costumer service! I bought something and went to return it the next day because it did not fit my sister. I was told that clearance items are final sale. When I asked why that was not on my receipt and why I wasnt told when I paid that it was final sale, the girl responded, I dont know, but its final sale. She was not helpful at all. I told her that next time the cashiers should let the costumers know when they are buying something that is final sale and I walked away (Have in mind that I was not being rude or passive aggressive at all) and as I was walking away she yelled it doesnt matter, itll still be final sale anyway! Extremely rude and unprofessional. She really shouldnt work in costumer service. Ill never be going back to this party city.
