Full brake job done in couple of hours, the dealer wanted me to leave my vehicle and told me it would take 2 or 3 days. Midas took a couple hours and I got a good deal. Thank you Midas.

Performed an oil change on 9/27/2021 and the mechanic DID NOT put back the undercarriage panel for my car after an oil change. Caused my metal flap under the chassis scape the ground. Very dangerous and a fire hazard. I was not able to make it back to Midas without taking it to a nearby mechanic for a temporary fix before driving to Midas. Midas eventually found the panel which they forgot and as a result wasted a days work an time, cost me money for the temporary fix at my mechanic. Did not mention a word about a reimbursement or compensation for my troubles, until I spoke up and demanded that I should not even pay for my mechanic fees I paid in the morning to get my car to Midas. They expected me to just walk out without saying a word. The fault was 100% the mechanic who performed my oil change and did not put the one simple and ONLY big piece that belonged to my car, and this is a lack of attention of detail that should have zero tolerance at a car maintenance shop. So, my suggestion to the manager is to deal with that mechanic appropriately, that mechanic should not be working there. I was given a business card for a complimentary oil change, but I wouldnt come back to this place after that.

Only for customers who know what they want. If you dont have a sense of what your car needs dont take it here, for me I will never again. Theres a couple around the area that Im sure is way better service wise. I went just for a brake fluid change and didnt really want a brake inspection after a few words, yet I insisted thinking it wouldnt take long. I come back 3hrs later and they found that my rotors were warped and I was like ok Ill just get new ones. They were gonna charge me over 300 for rotor rotation and brake fluid change. Rotors dont cost over 300 dollars and neither does a brake fluid change take over 5hrs. I done most of the work myself on my truck which I told me that and they still try play me. Granted they said they were busy but nobody i seen looked busy. After I denied the service for the rotors, they said the tech went on lunch break so hell knock it out when he gets back which I wasnt mad at. I was mad at the fact that they just wanted more business instead of doing a service. Only one tech had the courage to chop it up with me and made me feel like it wasnt a complete waste of time but if the customer says what he wants, do that and than deal with getting business. Front desk rep was polite but this whole experience just wasted a day off for me. After I told them I dont want to wait, they slapped my car together within 5min and left a couple lug nuts loose. Its companies like this you dont want to trust especially in a plandemic. You want more business, dont screw your customers.

Super nice and did a quick oil change. But I paid for a special and they didnt fill my fluids. Its cool though cause they are nice and close

My serpentine belt snapped and I went to evans tires next door, the manager said it’ll be one hour. Waited with my 2yo walking in the nearby stores. By the second hour i asked the eta, and realized my car was still where I left it… went around the corner to Midas, and attendant offered me a discount and have my car ready in 30min!Very profesional, fast, and even got me a discount! Thank you guys.

This is the best shop in San Diego they doA grate job to my cars 💯 recommend.

Javier and his staff are extremely professional and they maintain a very organized and tidy shop. I had to have an engine replaced on my truck and they worked around the clock to make sure it was done expeditiously as well as correctly. They gave me fair prices and updates of the maintenance as they progressed. I recommend this Midas to anyone who needs maintenance done on their vehicles!

Don’t go there. If you ask what kind of brand oil? They will tell you mobile 1. But it’s not. Also it’s said 69.99 for oil change. But it’s not. Cost me 120 for some bush*t free. They will over charge you for many reasons when you check out.

Currently writing this as I’m in the shopThey have tried to sell two people suspension problems with just one symptom. I went in for my brakes and they were trying to tell me my struts were bad. With no leaks, no sign of strain, no sign of wear. All I wanted was to get my brakes done after already having the vehicle pre checked prior to coming in confirming the vehicle is just fine prior to my purchase.Do not recommend. Not only that the mechanics were mocking my vehicle prior to coming in.They didn’t even close my hood all the way. I don’t even know why they were in there!!!
