Tomas, Sal, and Raul are great guys they are easy to work with getting parts and they are very knowledgeable. They get very busy in the afternoon so you take chances calling in. You might be on hold for a while. Best time to go is any time after 5:30PM they slow down substantially so getting parts is faster. If they dont have what youre looking for than they are most likely getting it from their convoy store or maybe LA. Still never had to wait more than a day for parts unless it was something coming.out of AZ. Never had any issues with this store all of my experiences have been good.

Didnt have the parts in stock at this particular store. They found them for me and had them delivered. Called me when the parts arrived. Great customer service.

They give life time warranty on almost all they sell n most importantly I get my AAA discount on all my buys, luv them.

You can order some great additive products to maintain the highest performance from your vehicle.

It never fails, the customer service in this place is terrible. Im not sure any of the counter help know how to provide customer service at all. I waited in line and watched three people working there walk into the back and disappear. The guy in front of me finally left so I thought it was my turn until the guy came back and interrupted me. I stood there for 5 more minutes listening to the counter guy talk about everything but the transaction. Just had to leave. I wont be back.

NAPA Auto Parts is better in my opinion then AutoZone. Reason being is because more is in stock and they keep record of your point system on their end. I dont have to show up with a car for them to redeem my points. As far as pricing theyre very competitive with other stores. Napa also carries our own line of vehicles supplies which makes it cheaper.

Needed a part. A little more expensive then id find online. Also the guy who was helping didnt seem too informed about what i was asking. But thats cool, if your fixing or maintaining your car you should really educate yourself (no reason not to especially with google, mobile devices, enthusiast forums and youtube) all at your fingertips. 3 stars for just being a store thats open that i can buy parts from.

Still on the phone waiting for someone to follow up with me, first time someone answer the phone said if I wait on hold & said yes actually he hung up on me, call again & someone else answer put me in hold again to long !! I hung up, customers should not have to wait for an answer on parts if company provides a phone number to call for answers have a better system in place & not have customers wait on the phone ....Makes sense Right !!

Says it closes at 5 pm on the internet and when get to store they have a sign for 4 pm sundays.
