This business that is owned by Felix is the WORSE to work with. I do not know who in the world they can even operate and they deserve NO STARS at all.When you call for service on a repair of your washing machine or dryer, they do not respond. When they do respond Felix is always saying he is super busy. ( If that is the case, then why should we use you.) When you do get a hold of Felix, he will tell you the date and time he will arrive and he NEVER shows up. He will NEVER call you to tell you that he is running late, he will NEVER call you to tell you he can not make it to your place. He NEVER contacts you to let you know he is at your place.I have reported this business to the better business bureau to revoke his business operation license as others that have used him and the same issues.Oh and when he does do the job, guaranteed, your machine will have an issue again within a month.THE WORSE BUSINESS, SERVICE, OWNER DOES NOT CARE AND WILL ARGUE WITH YOU. DOES NOT SHOW UP AT ALL, LACKS PROFESSIONALISM, AND YOUR ITEM BREAKS DOWN IMMEDIATELY AGAIN
