Very affordable place. Friendly staff. Products are very neatly organized. Large collection of items and is very likely to boost your creativity further and walk out with more ideas than you walked in with.

Hobby Lobby is large enough franchise and store that they could really invest in some motorized carts for the handicapped. Their jewelry has a tendency to fall apart, always double ck everything before you purchase. I have had some fall apart in the sack :(

The workers have always been helpful, the 4 stars is due to corporate. They have really low inventory on so many things and have for months. Im not sure how long these giant businesses will use covid as an excuse while my sisters store in Oregon is getting everything in.

I broke my radius, ulna and pisiform. They had great customer service and had almost every color and type of marker. So I got the Paint Marker and it shows up perfectly.

I dont often get to Hobby Lobby. They have an excellent selection of craft items. Prices are just so-so. However, when I got to the checkout I was told that they no longer accept the coupons that they send out in email.

Excellent for the hobbyist and fun to kill an hour. They have lots of fun things that get your creative side to start revving up! Mine always does, little pricey but quality usually is!

The lady at the fabric counter was so nice and polite. I just loved having her cut my fabric. Most of the people in Hobby lobby are helpful. Some are just your regular customer assistant jerk.

As always I was able to go in and get craft items.I have 2 suggestions for the store: they should offer stones like jade, tourmaline, crystals, quarts, obsidian... Etc. Clipboards that have an enclosure should also be offered.

Its a craft store. Dont really know what else to say. Walked in found what we needed and we were out! I will say the girl that cut our fabric was beautiful! Also that seem to have bigger selection then most the other craft stores we went to that day!

A lot of choices! I come in here to get ideas for projects and I came home with so many things! I thought I would spend about 200.00 but I got 50.00 off because so many items were on sale. I didnt give it 5 stars because it was difficult to find customer service, it was a mess in some areas therefore hard to find the right prices. Couldnt find anyone to help me find items. I still love this store! People who work there should be walking around asking customers if they have any questions, or ask them what they are looking for, give them ideas, show them what they need to find and dont just point your finger to the area.

I love Hobby Lobby! I love their yarn called I Love This Yarn! Thats what I mostly buy. They sell other brand name yarn besides their own. Theyre yarn is a bit more but worth it! They have 30% off their yarn regularly & that helps! They also have a 40% off (regularly priced) online coupon you can use any time! They do have great sales! Yesterday I purchased some wooden rings for a project. The original price was $3.99. I didnt notice they were half off & only payed just over $2! I cant say enough good about this store. They have all kinds of craft supplies, beads, flowers, pictures, & more!

So much to choose from for creative minds. Lots of things and kits for kids and adults.

Lots of options to create hobbies and to start out doing projects or finding artSome things to note the polyclay may be a bit maliable and can be a bit difficult to work with in tiny scale but is alright it was cheaper anyways but some things are a bit pricier but the quality shows good to do some research before buying certain craft products but common craft things are usually great quality they have things you just cant find anywhere else except online and have staff that can help you find things quick and easy great place for arts and crafts

Poor customer service at this Hobby Lobby, BEWARE! I was visiting with a friend tonight and needed assistance finding a 4th Christmas ornament as I had picked out 3 of the same one and needed the 4th to compete the set. I saw an Associate and asked for assistance. His name was “Shane”. He reluctantly came over and I explained what I was looking for. He said everything that they have is out. He said that Hobby Lobby has “an antiquated inventory system and they do not have the ability to locate items in the store” so how do they do inventory? Puzzling... i asked if he could help me look in the store? He said I could look up on the top shelves of the store for my desired item. Again, isn’t that HIS job? Sad. His lack of interest was disturbing. I thought the customer was more important then putting up stickers and price tags? Because after he walked away that’s what he went back too. It’s appears the priorities are off here. Chubbuck, Idaho, in general has issues and struggles with customer service and hospitality and this is just another example. I will most likely never return to this store until they reach out to me and repair this broken situation. I guess Hobby Lobby doesn’t need my business...

Hobby Lobby is a great place to get thing to do crafts and to decorate your home. The prices are a little high but the quality is good. The only thing I wished they carried were Posco Acrilc Paint pens.

I hardly go to Hobby Lobby because they are expensive but there are things you can find here that you cant find at other craft/hobby stores. I looked all over town for Gel Pens (of all things to not find at Walmart of all places), and Hobby Lobby was the only place that had them. Now my kids can continue to kind of be happy during COVID-19 this summer

Hobby Lobby is the greatest place to shop for decorating you house or office for any holiday. It is also great for hobby supplies or sewing needs. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Prices are good and they have some awesome sales going on all the time.
