I just purchased a used TJ from this dealership. Scot (Scooter) was very easy to work with and made the whole process very easy. He and the entire staff were very helpful. They had me back on the road home in no time. The facility is impressive itself with a full service paint ave canvas shop! Zero stars would be too many. Customer service in the repair shop is TERRIBLE. Phone calls go unanswered and rarely returned. Never can get a straight answer in when the repairs were completed and what was repaired. Went in, asked, the service manager told us “it was all operator error”. No! An air conditioner tripping breakers is not operator error, furnaces with a leaking propane valve is not an operator error. So after 4 weeks, then another 6 weeks none of the issues under warranty were fixed! Now we get to take it to another dealer and hope they will work with it, under warranty.

Brock really knew about the products and understood our requirements. There was no upfront collection of information. Just the good customer service of Sure. Lets unlock them and let you look at them. It was nice that he came out to greet us and listen to our concerns and needs. Much better than the other guys in our opinion and we have been over the U.S. searching. Price was still the best nationally - that was amazing! The service department was great and really helpful. We would and have highly recommended them. Its worth a stop by!

We just purchased our 3rd camper from them. It was our first out of state purchase and they made the process so simple. 🥰. We showed up and they went through everything timely and professionally. They have great prices. After much research they were very reasonable. Great customer service!!

Horrible. absolutely ruined the siding of my boat. and a man named mike ralphs is super disrespectful. they never awnser there phones and constantly are not family friendly.

The parts department appears to randomly shut down during business hours. No call backs if you leave a message. And they completely messed up the electrical system in my 5th wheel. Luckily I found another repair place that fixed it. I wish I could give zero stars.

RVs and Boats for less were very accomodating for my schedule. They did the service promptly and communicated regularly with me. The price was good and the personnel are friendly.

I just bought a Salem 283RK. I was looking at other RV lots but the customer service was not as good as it was at RVs and Boats for less. Everyone that helped us went out of their way to make looking for an RV a good experience for us. I liked how they were not pushy like some of the other RV dealers we visited. The prices were also better here than at other lots. I did find a couple issues with my RV when I got home but I am sure they will take good care of my needs in fixing the problems found.

We stumbled upon this on our way home from picking up our new trailer, and had issues with the weight distribution. They were quick to help and had us set to go in less than 30 minutes. they are awesome.

Service manager should write childrens stories, he has been telling us nothing but lies and fantasy stories on how they have been working on or RV but waiting for just one more part to complete it. After waiting several months (repair ticket written in March it is now July) we go there to find out it has not been worked on at all. Guess what we were told when we got there, the part just showed and our RV is the next one in. You think so? Now that it has been sitting there so long the factory warranty has expired not sure we can take it somewhere else and be covered. We did buy the RV from them even after telling us the advertised price was displayed wrong and jacking the price up $5000 I should have ran away then.

Didnt have anything we needed for our boat. Repaired our boat there three times last year and it still isnt running right.

If I could rate lower than a one I would. We took our fifth wheel in for repairs. Prior to taking it in I called and asked about their wait time on repairs. They said about two weeks. We brought it in and waited the two weeks. We called multiple times and got no answer so we decided to drive up and check things out. Our camper hadn’t moved from where we had parked it and they told us they couldn’t find our work order. Okay, mistakes happen. We figured they’d get it done this time around. We waited another two weeks and called. No one answered. We called over 30 times across the span of a week. We left messages. No one answered and no one returned a call. After 13 consecutive calls on Friday morning of the fourth week of our trailer being there, the parts lady finally answered, she informed us they could not get the part. Cool. Ya know what’s not cool, not telling me this weeks ago, not returning calls, and ditching my calls. Their communication is a joke. As of today our trailer had been at their shop for five weeks. We just picked it up and the battery was completely dead because they left a light on. Really people, five weeks later we have an un-repaired trailer with now a dead battery. I wouldn’t recommend you if you were the last repair shop on the planet. Good luck with business.

First I would like to start by thinking Mike in the paint shop for doing such a wonderful job the three stars that I’ve given to this business are for Mike in the paint shop he deserves five but I cannot give it that rating because of the rest of my experience. Great paint job Mike! Now as far as the service department I have nothing good to say The parts manager was rude would never call me back no communication with us whatsoever about what was going on with our boat the one thing that we wanted fixed the freshwater tank to be replaced or cleaned after seven weeks at the business never got done. Had a preseason check down on the boat Which cost $250 for that Only find out today the toilet does not work After I bring it home in Wyoming 2 1/2 hours away from the business shouldn’t that be part of the preseason. I spoke with Ryan on the phone who is the owner Was very nice and apologetic for the service or lack of that we received at the service department thanks RHan. This is the second bad experience we’ve had with the service department and the last I will never go back unless I need painting done by Mike but they have lost my business which I’m sure the service department manager does not care because that’s his attitude toward me I will make it known to all boat owners I know do not go there.

We had the best ever buying experience here! Saw a trailer on KSL.com and spoke to Scooter over the phone several times with questions because we are 390 miles away. He worked with us on a good price for a trailer and we arrived after a 5.5 hour drive. The trailer met all of our expectations and more. They had the battery charged, propane tanks filled and all ready to go. They had someone spend an hour going over the whole trailer with us and answered any questions we had about it. Scooter made sure we had the proper hitch and set up and wouldnt let us leave until we got their welcome box which included hoses, water regulator, toilet paper and chemical, etc. We suggest you check them out before you buy anywhere else.

We drove from boise to Pocatello just to get this camper ya we could have gotten one in boise but the only place we found to buy one locally was at camping world and they are heartless sales man that ripped off our grandparents. Hands down the best dealership buying experience we have ever had. After looking for a new camp trailer for a long period of time and walking off a few lots due to extremely pushy sales tactics. We stopped by rvs and boats for less, we got to look through all the trailers and not just a few as with previous lots. When we narrowed it down to a few we liked and a sales man took us through them and was very knowledgeable on them and not pushy at all. We found the trailer we wanted and went to the sales office. They offered us a great trade in price on our trailer and great price on the new trailer. No hidden fees , no pushy sales tactics and totally transparent out the door pricing. I truly enjoy talking with the Service and Sakes staff, but the sales public restroom looked like something a big pen would be afraid of. Also I am a disabled Vet and truly appreciate companies displaying our American Flag but when the flags out front of the building are warn, torn and faded so badly this is very disrespectful to those family and Vets that have given so much for our freedom. Please dont take this as to negative I just am trying to help your company understand some of the important things that are really big to customers and how your company is perceived.

Worst buying experience ever. Bought a brand new 5th wheel and the night we brought it home looking at the skylight it was cracked completely through and noticed some small issues with trim and other miner repairs that Scooter assured me would get fixed. After caulking the skylight to make sure no more moisture got in it over the weekend tell we could get it back to them to have it fixed. Called Scooter on Monday and it was the typical salesman pitch and couldnt get off the phone with me fast enough. Sarah has been very nice texting about getting the issues fixed but no updates unless I call or text. At first I was told everything would be fixed within a couple weeks and its now going on a month my camper has sat on there site not complete and now not knowing when it will be complete. I have been lied to a few times now about what has been done and what has actually been done. They have a sign on the door stating they are not liable for damage or theft yet my camper has been sitting outside there gates for 4 weeks now unlocked, I know that because I went over and opened the door to see if everything was done like I was told and it wasnt even locked and no, it was not in the state I was told. It also sat on there lot the first week in the rain and snow before the skylight was replaced after I was told it had already been replaced. Once I finally get my camper I dont think I will return. If I could get my money back and buy else where I would.

Brock was very helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us find the perfect trailer and kept the prices completely transparent. They beat everyone by a large margin and there customer service is outstanding. The entire experience was simple and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We bought our first camper here. Salesman was great until he had the check. He was supposed to order a seal for the slide out but didn’t and fobbed us off saying he would get it and never did. My wife picked out a toilet for it and when we went to pick it up he acted like it was never spoken about. I called on our first camping trip with a question about the refrigerator and he was a complete jerk. Rude and couldn’t get off the phone soon enough. There wasn’t even a problem. Just we were first time campers. Since then there have been issues with it and we haven’t taken it back due to their bad attitude. My mechanic had the same issues with a brand new toy hauler from them. He’s gone to crossroads for service work as have I. Way better to work with.Update:The day I posted this Brock contacted me and we went over the issues. He gave me Chad (service managers) number and they got the camper in the next week and fixed the issues within a few days for no charge. Brock then called me a couple of weeks after to follow up and make sure everything was taken care of. Very impressed with how they handled it. They were both great to deal with. Ask for Brock in sales if you go there.

I give parts depart a 4 1/2 they were easy to deal with and very willing to help out.

Was told my cost for boat winterization would be between $180 and $225, but when i go to pick it up I am told it will be $410. Excuse me? Last time i checked a good business doesnt try to charge twice what you were quoted. I finally paid $284 which was the lowest he could go. A better business wouldnt have made me pay over the $225 max. This is the only place i have ever been to where I have been asked to pay more than the quoted amount. If you are going to charge me 410 then tell me it will be around 410. I now understand why everyone in pocatello takes their boats to idaho falls. I will be doing the same.

If you need parts for your boat this is not the place. I have been there three times, twice last year and once this year. No one helps you out at all. The sales staff likes to watch you wander through the shelves looking for items while they chat with each other at the counter. I have been frustrated for the last time and will not return. Repeat, if you need parts or help fixing your boat you will NOT get either at this store.

After a bad blowout on the HWY, I needed my RVs undercarriage sealed up and attention paid to my slide to get it to work again. Lindy was extremely helpful, friendly, and honestly wanting me to get back on the road ASAP. Jay, a knowledgeable technician got right on it, and I was back on the road in an hour. Id return in a heartbeat.

So my recommendation is not to use this shop for anything. Here is my story. I go in on a Saturday to see about scheduling a time to bring my boat in to have some work done on it. I wander around the shop for about 30 minutes and cant find anyone. I leave and go back about 2 hours later. Still cant find anyone around the shop and after about 20 minutes and still nobody around I leave. About an hour later I call and nobody answers the phone but I leave a message for them to call me back. A few hours later they returned the phone call and tell me its going to be a week to a week and a 1/2 before they can look at it. I call them again the next Saturday and Im told its going to be about a week before they can look at my boat. I cleaned out my boat and take it in and drop it off for them to look at it for a service. I call them almost a week and a 1/2 later on a Monday and Im told they havent looked at it yet which I was fine with and was told they would probably get it in the shop that Thursday which was fine. I drive by almost daily to see if its in the shop and it hadnt even been moved or had the cover taken off of it. I tried calling several times to get an update and not once did anyone answer the phone I had to leave messages at times without any return phone call. Two Thursdays later I start looking at other shops to take my boat to. Last Saturday which marked 3 weeks of them having it I left two messages and finally got my call returned on Monday which is today. When they call they tell me my boat is in a Bay in the shop as we speak. An hour later I drive by there shop and my boat is sitting where I parked it still covered and untouched after over 3 weeks. I go to lunch and go back to the shop 2 to 3 hours later and my boat still hasnt moved or been uncovered. At this point Im tired of being lied to and waiting for them to follow through on what they told me would be the time frame for my boat to get work done or even a status update. I go to my their shop with my truck and get my boat and take it to another shop that says they will be able to look at it in 2 days without any problem. How can a business expect to be in business if they cant take care of their customers and follow through on their word? How can they expect to stay in business when they lie to their customers about something as simple as a boat being in the shop being looked as we speak? I rate their business with one star only because thats the lowest I can give. I would not do business with this company at all I will go out of town first. Do yourselves a favor and look at their reviews on customer service lately. Save yourself the time hassle and money and go somewhere else to begin with.

In October 2014 we purchased a used Can-Am 4 wheeler from Park-A-Way and they treated us very well. What really stood out was the way they helped us out when we had a problem with the 4 wheeler! It did not come with a warranty, and yet they replaced the speedometer/indicator for free due to it being intermittent. Could not ask for any more from them and I was very impressed they did this for us! I am sure there are dealerships that would have hung us out to dry!Thanks so much Guys!

My husband and I purchased a 2018 Hideout bumper pull camp trailer in May from RVS AND BOATS FOR LESS. One of the main reasons why we purchased from this company was the customer service we experienced during the purchasing process. After we signed the paper work, we did a walk through and there were a list of items that needed to be fixed. They told us they would keep it for the two weeks while my husband was away for work and when he got home everything would be fixed..when he went to pick it up...nothing had been fixed. We used the trailer a couple of times and discovered the trailer breaks did not work..we took it back in and a month later still nothing besides the trailer breaks were repaired. We have been told countless times items would be fixed and we are still waiting. We have owned the trailer for 7 months and it has been in their parking lot for at least 3 of those months sitting there. In the beginning, they informed us all of the items would be fixed. As time went by and each different person we spoke to, the list of what would be fixed decreased due to the “manufacturers guidelines.” Please keep in mind..we had been promised countless times everything would be fixed. Not only are they choosing what they are fixing, they are trying to cut corners. The tried to replace the thermostat with a thermostat that could be purchased at Walmart..instead of the same quality and brand as the trailer came with. Also, the GFCI was broken in the bathroom...they tried to replace the GFCI with the incorrect replacement which could have caused an electrical hazard. We have been waiting on a phone call from the owner for 3 weeks and they continue to give us excuses of why he hasn’t called. Their customer service was wonderful..but as soon as they got their check..they no longer cared.

The Good-- Price was right, no added fees. Drove from Utah to pick up our new trailer, they had all the paperwork ready for us (we did have to finance the trailer to get the sale price) to sign as we got there about 5 and they close at 6.The Bad--Follow thru after the purchase. We picked up the trailer winterized, when we went to use it for the first time this year, we notice that one of the tires has a staple in the sidewall. I texted Scooter--our salesman--pictures of the staple in the sidewall andScooter said he would talk to Chad, we have never heard back. We know the staple was there from the factory, but because we were short on time, we did not do a very good pre-delivery inspection. Note to others, make sure you look over your trailer before you take it home. It is not worth a 2 hour trip each way to discuss with them in person. I now had to buy a new tire for a brand new trailer. Not very happy with the dealerships follow thru.

Love these guys. Scooter has won our business. We drove from Idaho falls looking for a new camper. Brought my inlaws up and they bought a new Durango and we will be too.

Went looking for a Venom toyhauler, but they had none in stock. Salesman said they only order 3 a year, but we could just order one. I dont know about other people, but I am not going to order a $75k camper without being able to walk in one to see if is what we want and check out the quality. Everything on their lot was bumper pull campers and we told the salesman we wanted a 5th wheel toy hauler, but he kept on insisting that we look at the bumper pulls. Maybe this is why their name has changed so many times in the last 20 years. If you want a cheap bumper pull camper, maybe check them out, other wise, dont waste your time.

Boat had a minor issue with a check engine light needing to be cleared. Only place in town that I thought could do it so I had them clear the code. They charged $60 to do so which I felt was a little steep. Overall they were fairly rude and not very pleasurable to deal with through the entire process.My code came back on after fixing the part. Thought to see if Barries could check it out since I didnt want to deal with them again. Sure enough they could and at no charge as it took them 5 minutes. Much more pleasurable experience!

My husband and I were shopping for a RV we chose Park a way because Brock was so willing to stay late and show us trailers as my husband works late. We picked one out, Brock gave us a out the door quote, we pre-approved through our bank based on the out the door quote and told Brock to go ahead with the financing. Then Wayne comes in.... The numbers he gave us did not match Brocks quote at all. When questioned he indicated it was our fault for giving the wrong payoff on our trade in. It was a $200.00 difference not $400.00 which is what he had figured, plus he raised the price of the trailer! Then I looked at the paper he sent to the bank, he gave them the wrong total! He transposed the numbers so the bank said no go without $1000.00 down. Needless to say the finance guy should not be working with numbers.

I cannot give a single positive review on this place! STAY AWAY!!!!!! You will regret your decision to do business with these clowns for as long as you own your boat, RV...whatever you buy from them! Chad Clawson is the service manager for the RVs and could not be a less honest guy! Hes had my trailer in for service 5 times for the same thing in the first year of ownership. The first two he told me it was fixed with a minor adjustment, the third and fourth he told it had been replaced...it had not. Were on the fifth trip now and Im told daily it will be done tomorrow...been a couple weeks and still dont have it fixed! BUYER BEWARE...YOU WILL NEVER HAVE A WORSE BUYING AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had my RV in to 3 different RV repair shops and they charged me over $600 each time for what they told me was the problem. I have bought multiple high dollar parts and paid for them to be installed. Park a Way finally found the problem (a cheap fuse) and didnt charge me high dollar to fix it.

I cant say I am as positive as the other two reviews. The staff was great and the outside of the boat was great other than that I am not happy. We bought a 27 ft bayliner 2655 and was assured that it would be gone through to make sure everything worked. We were told that they would provide a hinge for the door that was broken and have yet to see it. We get it home and the batteries are dead and numerous other problems. If I am told that it will be gone through that is what I expect. My biggest pet peeve is people lying to me. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.SincerelyTerry Gransbury.
