Took way to long to get products after payment. Sales Rep was professional but it took from October to after Christmas to get a dinning set and was delivered damaged goods twice. As for the delivery personnel one was extremely rude and unprofessional and expected you to accept damaged goods. If you spend over 3100 on a dinning set you expect it not to be damaged. The finish was even off of the products . This should have never been delivered to a customer this way . I would give 0 stars if I could have . Will make sure I go to Grand home furnishings the next time at least they deliver on time. The delivery personnel even tried to repair the item in the back of delivery truck like someone wouldn’t see it. I did thank the owner for finally getting it straight to a fairly acceptable state. It is what it is . But will never shop there again. Do not recommend. View the pic. Would you pay that much for a delivery like This?

Welcome Home Furniture is run by some very nice people who believe in doing the right thing by their customers!! Recently we had an order for bedroom furniture unexpectedly fall through, but it was totally outside both Welcome Home’s control and ours. Unfortunately it was just one of those things. They refunded our deposit without any question. We would not hesitate to deal with them again. It’s delightful to do business with a family and local firm like them.👍👍

Great folks, you can pick the level of quality they try to serve all. Some reviews here are not all valid complaints. If you have a warranty issue thats always between you and the company, warranties are company policies not store policies. I have bought sofas, mattresses and other furniture with no problem! Will go again!

I enjoyed my visit. I am extremely happy with the furniture I purchased. I was not harassed to make a purchase when I told them I was just looking. Was not happy with quality of furniture. Does not stand behind warranty. Had furniture less than 10 months. You can buy exact furniture at big lots and Magic mart for a lot less than his mark up I have found. Trying to deal with furniture manufacturer for resolution. I do not recommend this store.
