Apparently theyre in the business of selling pirated copies of dvds, offering no explanation or a solution other than a refund. Just beware of buying dvds

No matter how many times I come in contact with the customer service associates at this place they never try to help. They think they are above you. Very unprofessional and rude customer service agents work there. This Walmart is the worst one I have ever been to. Very unorganized and unfriendly place to shop at. Minimum selection of products. I have started going to the one in Roanoke where they always smile and take care of you.

Staff and managers are wearing their name tags backwards. Horrible service from one of them today and both the staff and managers are not identifiable. Wonder why?

Good customer service. The store is always clean and well stocked. I just used the pharmacy for the first time there and they did a good job getting everything handled for me especially since I was a little cranky that day.

I do a lot of our weekly shopping here. Grocery carts, esp. the smaller ones, are in rough shape. Its convenient for us.

Plenty of product but I was not happy with the self-serve checkout, half of the scan and goes had red lights. Lets get them fixed.

I really like this Walmart and all of its variety on the shelves. Unfortunately when you go on Mondays many of the shelves are bare. Seems they need to hire more employees so they can actually doctor shells. This was the third Monday at 10 there and it was like a war zone on some shelves. The new need to do a better job keeping it clean and stocked.

I mean... Its Walmart. If you were born in America you have a good idea of what youre walking into. I needed box fans I got box fans. Staff is usually very friendly and nice though

Twice this past week I found molding dog treats and a knat or a fruit fly - Mawmaw . In my market fresh salad. Place is dirty, but always fully stocked and smiling faces!

My wife and I havent been on good terms lately, so I went here to try and buy a wall to divide our room in half. However, when I walked in I was shocked to see that there were very few walls at all, aside from the ones that make up the main portion of the store, and those ones are much too big for my needs. Why, then, is it called Wall Mart? I found food. I found clothes. I found video games. I found an action figure of BTS-member Jungkook. BUT I CANT FIND A SINGLE WALL THAT WILL FIT MY NEEDS! Seriously, I get that youre a small business, but you really need to rebrand. I suggest something along the lines of Food, Clothes, Games, and Kook: No Walls to be Found. Now, that being said, I will still give you 5 stars, since I like to support local American-run small businesses. Just know that youre skating on thin ice, bub.

Normally I would say this perticular location is the best of the two in the area, but today I went there to buy new work pants and shoes. Practically no all black work shoes, only boots and the only black work pants they had in stock were sizes way to big for me. Usually this location is well stocked and has a good sized selection to choose from but not this time.

Very Rude payed for phone card the Id number were supposed to be on the receipt a trainee rang me up and the receipt did not have the code on it I was at the Christenburg VA we were on our way back from a Dr op. We stoped at Parisburg to put the card on my phone we could not do it so we called back to the store to see what the problem was and got hung up on four things so we turned around and went back to the store so they could fix it and the manager told me that was a trainee rang me up and she was going to check it out I think she was not be ringing people up and she was very rude when we called back one of the four times we called and got hungup on dont put them on the floor if they arent trained proper 😠😡🤬

Wonderful night staff and the night shift manager is absolutely amazing!! I only go at night because of how awesome they are!!

It is a great place for household grocery shopping and othe goods. The best thing is most of the goods are comparably fresh and economical compare to other local store.

Come to get a birthday cake after calling many times and no one is answering the phone. So we get here a little after 4PM and there is no one in the bakery. Asked an associate for a manager, waited nearly 20 minutes, no one ever came.Walmarts customer service just sucks anymore. Very disappointed!!!!

What you would expect from a Walmart - Low prices, well stocked and a reasonable amount of checkouts open.However as this Walmart is near Virginia Tech, its always busy. Not just Walmart busy but extra busy.The parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare as its pretty narrow and always full. My advice is use the overflow lot which is nearest the main road. Yes, it will go against your American instincts to walk that extra distance, but it will be worth it!

Use to be great place to shop but now its different they dont wanna answer their phones some dont wanna help you find something I need I shop for myself and my grandchildren when I ask for help its not their section of store or I find you someone but they never come back thats it in nut shell

This walmart stays super busy all the time. The employees are the usual walmart employees, not bad but not above average either. That mixed with the overall inconvenience that walmart is these days is the reason for 3 stars.

Sometimes its well stocked sometimes its not. Its Wal-Mart so you get what you get.

The shelves are half empty. Hopefully they can get them stocked.

Pretty nice Walmart. Staff where friendly and it was very busy. Had most products in stock. Free wifi and east to spot from the road. Would reccomend it.

After West windsor closed they are the only Walmart near by

Variety of food not as much as Kroger which is more specialized in food. Other sections in Wal-Mart outperform Kroger.

I have to use cash and theres no self checkouts that you can use cash, just card. I stand in line for a cashier, which I do prefer, but theres very few of them and the line is ridiculously long causing me to be late getting back from lunch

The two grey haired ladies zoning near the fitting rooms were both very rude. Trying to make me feel stupid for waiting at the jewelry counter after being told by a manager someone would assist me. Even to the point where they were gossiping loudly so we can hear and even laughing to our face. Unprofessional behavior. Waited for 15 minutes still no assistance. Only good interaction was between one of the stockers who were very nice trying to help me out.

The person I dealt with was pretty good.

Sometimes for whatever reason, Curbside pickup is not answering the phone. you sit in your car, call and call again and again. Maybe after 5 or 10 minutes somebody picks up. Good luck!

No cashiers and not very well staffed to assist

Very clean, well stocked. Pharmacy fills prescriptions quickly. Only issue is there is not enough space to bag your own merchandise if you bring your own bags.

My brother received very bad and rude customer service. He is very hard of hearing and speaks loudly, he also reads lips.I am very disheartened this was his experience. I shop at this store and never had a problem. In the past, my elderly father would buy huge bags of dog food and a manager would always carry it to his car.I tend to take notice of how all people are treated. If I dont like customer service, I take my business elsewhere. Step it up with all your employees.

I always have mixed feelings about Walmart. Most of the staff are pleasant and helpful in every department. Usually, they have what youre looking for and prices are lowest. Usually its the people who shop there who are the uncomfortable part.

I love the Christiansburg WalMart... Their bathroom are disgusting, but the employees are great.

Im am still trying to figure out why people are buying toilet paper like its got printed $100 on the roll.Just imagine this situation. No food, no water, but i got 20 cases of toilet paper. I can last as long as i need to....😁Anyhow. Jokes aside.. we need to keep cool heads and think of our neighbors when the stuff happens. We will need each other if it gets really bad. Hope that makes since.

Its walmart. The bar isnt high. That said, this one is typically pretty clean, the staff are mostly helpful. I dont go there often, but when I do, it doesnt let me down. But stay away from the bathrooms if you can help it.

This Walmart seems to have fewer shortages than other stores.

I actually had a Walmart employee help me this time its kind of cool and refreshing and even came from a younger kid and it wasnt any fluff or anything he said lets seeif I can help you.

Anytime you need help their is never anyone around to help you. Customer Service is a Memory from yester years, I wish we could go back to when Helping your Customers was a Priority, and making the shopping experience Pleasant was Important. All Walmart cares about is Fast and keeping the bottom line down. Maybe get rid of those plain clothed Security People (yes we see you) and open up the Cashier Lines. You have everyone working for you for free and then paying you for it. I want the Mom and Pop Stores to make a come back to where you knew who you were supporting.

My most recent trip to Walmart was terrible. They had merchandise piled up in the isles so you couldnt get around and the shelves were in complete disarray. In order to figure out the price of an item I had to scan it. I will definitely avoid going there

Wide variety amongst COVID. Fast service overall

They were almost at capacity and was a little slow getting in. They had closed all entrances except for the grocery side. They were carefully counting everyone entering and exiting the store. The shelves were stocked better than I thought they would be. Employees were working hard stocking shelves which caused some congestion but not too bad. Now the biggest thing, which was like a miracle for Walmart stores was that they had plenty of cash registers open to check out. Praise God it was a Christmas miracle!!! A much better than average Walmart experience.

I went to return some items back. And it was a lot better than what I was expecting. Only 1 customer in front of me.I got in and out fast.

Went to purchase something for a friend. Brett(Tall gentleman, team leader) in Electronics was great, He was friendly and helped quickly. He did a good job. Cashier, a young guy named Halen, was disrespectful and rude. Brett placed the items on the counter for Halen to scan, Halen did not greet me or scan items, I had to greet Halen first. Halen returned my greeting with a dirty look, then acted strangely. Halen placed the items on a shelf behind him and walked away. Brett approached soon afterwards and checked me out, Brett said to me “I thought he would help you but he walked off”.Halen is probably a new hire, this may be his first job, I would suggest coaching him.
