The staff here are super helpful, yet know when youre ready to make choices. The inventory here turns over it at a dizzying rate! I cant keep up! So if you like new stuff and variety-this is your gift store as well as a source for a few treasures for yourself.

Of course, B&BW is always wonderful, but this was my 1st time at this bath & body. The staff were very knowledgeable and attentive to my wants. Lee was magnificent! She introduced me to a new body wash and she helped me find things I couldnt find on the shelf. This is great b&bw. I recommend coming here. Im a real customer.

Typical items found in Bath&Body--candles, lotion, lip gloss, plug-ins, etc. Masked required, which is good, though you likely are touching items many have. You do have to wait in line if theres a crowd and use hand sanatizer (should help some with touched items). Still...the store stayed pretty busy on weekend...with a large crowd inside and a line to enter.

First time at this Bath & Body store and it was great. I always love the holiday scents! The employees were super friendly and helpful! Ill be back for sure!

This was the first place I ever took my wife shopping to buy her some very nice, very good smelling things, so it is a very meaningful location to us both, and the customer service here is very good! The staff here are super friendly, competent, and helpful, and are there to help you with whatever you need in the store.. the products here are very good quality, and the store front is beautiful, and in my estimation, the high point of the entire New River Valley mall. Keep up the good work guys, 5 stars!!

Store was magically beautiful and the lady who helped me when I arrived was very warm, polite and extremely helpful. She didnt give me that hurry up already vibe! Wish I had gotten her name because she was the best!

Love bbw! I am sensitive to a lot of perfumes, lotions & scents, but this is one place I can find stuff that doesnt bother me. Bring back Warm Apple Pie!!

I shop at Bath & Body Works often. The best location by far is the Christiansburg Va store. The store manager Laura Lee goes above and beyond for her customers as well as the rest of the staff! Their customers service is wonderful even when faced with extremely rude and disrespectful customers they still work hard to make everyones experience a lovely one! Kudos to this store! BBW is lucky to have you all!

We came in to buy some $9 candles and the place was packed! Debbie approached me and asked me if I needed any help and informed me that we could use our 20% off coupon on top of the already steeply discounted candles. The lines were backed up pretty badly so I expected to wait a bit to check out, and we actually ended up in line for less than 5 minutes because there were so many efficient cashiers on. This was not my first time in this particular store, so I can definitely say this store has had consistently great customer service!

Okay store. The associates bug you to pieces trying to help you, or else they watch you like hawks (shoplifting problems?) Most of their stuff is very stinky. Very, very few fragrances that dont smell like something you wore in middle school. The candles have become their best product, I think.
