This gem of a Rite Aid stands tall amongst the rest!First off, I am afraid of needles but the Pharmacy Manager Nikki was very kind and helped me feel at ease. The overall cleanliness was good and I felt as though my concerns were heard and put to rest. I got both my vaccine shots here and will return for my booster shot when it becomes available to me. 👍Thanks for taking care of me Rite Aid, special thanks to Nikki for helping me conquer my fear of needles! 🙏

The male pharmacist is extremely rude. Been here 3 different times in 2 days because they kept saying my prescription would be ready at certain times. This is my 4th time coming and it’s still not ready. This has been happening for a couple of months now. I’m definitely switching pharmacies

I usually have great costumer service from the cashiers but on this occasion a young female employee was not greeting in any way , no words were spoken at all and she failed to communicate my total price in any way shape or form.

Rite Aid has always given me good service the staff is very concern about yourreason for being thair and they will go out ofthair way to see that you are getting whatyou need they really care and that a lone is5 stars too me Dale W. Van Tassel thank you

Dont understand why the icecream is closed. Nobody touches it but them, are they insinuating that they will infect someone.? I swear common sense it lost these days.

I can tell you they refuse to answer questions over the phone regarding refunds, pricing, or services they offer. Asked if they would replace a phone charging cord I purchased that doesnt work employee said no then before I can ask about faxing services just said thank you and goodbye. Nice job.

Same here. I was there with Larry and the service is terrible. I have to stand in a long line with sick people for over 10 mins. I always come to the this rite because the local pharmacy has closed and rite aid doesnt seem like it has the ability to handle the number of customers. The stuff is rude and one girl went on her break and just left...I stood there for atleast 5 mins til someone helped. Anyways I hope things improve so I dont have to travel to Madera.

Very disappointed with the pharmacy technician she accused me of forging a signature for prescription and when I told her how I talk to the doctor and took it back to get it signed before the doctors office closed she didnt believe me and said that she would call the cops on me cuz its a federal crime for forging a doctors signature on a prescription and she kept accusing me of it when it wasnt even true so I had to have the doctors office call the next day and it happened to be the day that that the pharmacy technician wasnt working so she accused me for nothing I will not be going back to Rite Aid for anything to do with the pharmacy. Cuz Im getting tired of getting accused of stuff thats not even true and she kept throwing it down my throat like it was okay to harass me about it. After I explained to her that I had talked to the doctor.

Its like a miniature WalMart, but without the hordes of people and goods strewn all over the place. Store was clean and I found everything I needed, from smartphone chargers to food to sinus medication. They have ice cream by the scoop, too.

Those bonus points, I have to have them .

Every time I call there no one answers my call. Once they answered then put me on hold and after 15 minute they dropped my call.

Good assortment of patent medicines, as well as various articles andhousehold goods, cosmetics and something more!
