We ordered a new hot tub and they were great about keeping us update on the status of it. Once it arrived they got it to us fast and helped us get it set up and running properly!!! Friendly and helpful staff!!!!

Hot tubs in general are expensive but when youre dealing with a top quality product such as Sundance and elite customer service such as Home Oasis it all becomes worthwhile. Cant get any better

I had a rotomold spa purchased online that was leaking. I struggled to find anyone willing to work on it! Not only did they find the leak and fix it in two days, but they helped me get it loaded on my trailer which saved me having to pay pick-up and delivery fees. Very helpful and friendly.

We were in the market for a high end hot tub so we called around to the 3 or 4 different dealers in the chippewa valley and Home Oasis was the quickest to respond and answered all of initial questions right away and gave us options and marketing material, meanwhile, we got no responses from Swim Right and Poolman. They were so pleasant to deal with and had a great deal of knowledge on all their products, which are reasonably priced. Awesome business with great service!

I recently picked up a Green Mountain Grill from Home Oasis. They had everything a person can want on hand, grills, covers and accessories. Then comes customer service, Home Oasis is second to none. I had an auger issue on a Saturday afternoon and the folks at Home Oasis were willing to stay after scheduled hours in order to resolve my issue. I will definitely be buying from them again. Customer service is not dead!

It was a great experience from the start!!!! All questions asked we got answered right away, very pleasant staff. I can not speak for the home delivery as I was not there with that said my husband was (he is hard to impress) and he was extremely happy and impressed with the service.I would recommend Home Oasis Pools & Spas !!!!!Now to get the chemicals down......its still a work in progress for me.

I had Home Oasis help me with a custom hot tub install and also take over the annual maintenance of our pool. They most recently helped troubleshoot and repair a pool heater issue that I was having which I didnt even buy though them. I dont normally write reviews but wanted to take a minute to do so. All the work they have preformed has been done well and on the schedule they promised. I even got a call just checking up to make sure everything was running correctly. I dont run across that type of customer service much anymore so I appreciated that.

Have visited the store several times. Owners are friendly and helpful. Did not purchase a spa, their prices are very competive and carry top of the line. My one negative would be this, the chemical prices are very high. I was able to buy twice the same product over the internet with shipping for a couple of dollars more than Home Oasis charged.
