I am not even sure where to start with this, but Michael P. was wonderful and super helpful. As we arrived, he was walking out to greet us immediately. He really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and took both needs and budget into consideration. He was not pushy at all and when told we loved the car we test drove but had another one elsewhere we wanted to just look at and would most likely be back, he made the call to see if the car was on the lot for us. Michael is very experienced and helpful. We will definitely be going back for my fiancés in the near future.Side note, the individual that was working with the financial side was super helpful, fully explained finances so we knew exactly what we were paying for, and was also all around easy to work with.10/10 fully recommend!

I appreciated that Bryan listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and made suggestions that he thought would work for us. I especially appreciated that he was never pushy, always polite and professional but at the same time very friendly and enjoyable to work with.Jack helped me get to know my vehicle before I drove out and he did a wonderful job! What the sales guy and the finance guy told us was lies I believe. They set us up with an appointment to fix a scratch on the car we had just bought. Told us it would be no problem to get a loaner and that they would need the for about 4 hours. It took 45 minutes to drop the car off and get a loaner and on top of that the girl rolled her eyes at us n said to the other office girl oh its gona be one of those kinda days! On top of that when we came back to pick up the car 7 hours later it wasnt done!! We had to wait an additional 2 hours for it to get finished!! Bad experience wont be going back!

The sale went fine. We did feel getting ALL the paper work on a stick drive was not a good idea for us, and probably anyone else either. Important documents should be given on paper and other items that were less important would be fine on the stick drive. At least offer would you like paper or the stick drive. An important item for us and I would think everyone is to have a copy of the registration or application for new plates, or in our case, transfer of our plates. If stopped for any reason by a policeman, it is our understanding they ask for registration and insurance. He or she would not have wanted a stick drive.. To add to our problem, when we got home our printer was out of ink.Also, I did call back while we were on the road and asked if there was any restrictions of driving, such as varying the speed, like was done on brand new cars years ago. I was told no, but then told not to pull a trailer for 500 miles, which is not in the book. We did get the trailer package to pull a trailer.One last point, seniors who havent purchased a new car in 11 years, need extra help with the high tech components of the cars today. Jack was very good at explaining things on the car, but the book is not good. No pictures of the actual gauges or displays to compare with what they are talking about. Also, there should be a quick reference card with a few basics showing items we will encounter even on the way home. Like that the radio doesnt turn off, just mutes. What to do if you get a phone call on the way home after they just hooked your phone up to the car. Im sure there are other items if I was going to write the card. Weve had several new cars in our life time and obviously this one has a lot more new electronic innovations than anything weve had in the past. I feel the book needs help.We really miss the CD player. We feel you got rid of that too soon.The car handles great, and I even like the lane assist, some people do not. One question I have and I havent gotten a good answer for: There are 3 different displays for MPG. One on Trip A, one on Trip B, and one on just the general display. We had gone 100 miles without changing the miles and restarting any of the displays and Trip A & B read 22.5, and the general one read 30.1. Makes no sense to me, and I did not reset back to 0 any of the three displays. Well this is more than you were expecting to read, but all in all we love the car. Cant wait to drive 1700 miles to Tucson, AZ this fall for the winter.

I had Dianna for a sales person and she was great. I had a 1 1/2 hr drive there and she made sure the vehicle was there and pulled it aside so it wouldn’t sell before I got there. She was also great with my kids 4+5 yr old keeping them occupied with markers and other little things they wanted to play with on her desk during the sale. Jon from finance was also great. Pretty much the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle and everybody we ran into there was kind. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Very patient with us and got us through the experience of purchasing a vehicle! Carly Douglas introduced us to the technology of our new GMC Acadia Denali! This was our first experience with a vehicle with no key. The technology is over whelming and she was fantastic and knew that technology! We wanted to take both of them home with us!! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Chris K. in sales and Jon K. in finance were extremely professional and personable. They were able to answer my questions, offer options, and find me the best financing. Its a rare experience in used-car shopping to feel listened to, comfortable and confident in the interaction from start to finish. I even received a follow-up phone call a couple of weeks after my purchase (checking to see if I had questions or concerns of any kind.) I highly recommend Markquart whether you are looking to buy new or used.

I had been waiting for 3 weeks to get a hitch put on my car and when it did show up I scheduled an appointment. After I dropped it off and arranged other transportation I was later told that the hardware did not show up and would have to wait 2-3 more weeks to get that in and completed. I also had talked to a service guy that told me it would cost $39.95 to have a chipped key made for my car as I was only offered one when I bought the car from you. When I picked up the key I was informed it cost $119.63! When I told the lady that they quoted me $39.95 she said that was only for the key and the remainder was to have it programmed. I was very frustrated with the whole situation.

Maggie is the ONLY sales person who did not HOUND me about buy, buy, buy!!! Every other dealership calls until your ears go numb!! That is why I purchased the vehicle I did, since it was one of the few available on your lot. (not the fault of the dealer) I was wanting a GMC Terrain; however I am hoping to be over joyed with my Equinox. I drive hundreds of miles a week so we will see. The WHOLE PURCHASE deal was quick and easy. No one hassled me.

I was kept informed on the needed repairs from the start. Dealership did a great job.Very disappointed in GM though. I bought a brand new truck and it only had around 6500 miles on it and it breaks down, needing engine work. Faulty parts. Was considering trading it off but have decided to keep it.

I have a 2015 Silverado LT with a clean carfax I dont really know how it could possibly be clean when the damage was fixed at Marquuart motors and even after the repair somehow it was clean. I suppose since the repairs were done correctly it could be a mere paperwork mistake so I dont want to say for sure it was intentional but it certainly seems suspect. The damage was to the front passenger side and it looks good but if you look under the hood it is obvious that it was in an accident.

My Suburban was scheduled for service at 7:00 am on Friday morning. I received an update at 2:08 pm stating what was needed for repair, estimates, and pricing. I responded with approval at 2:14 pm approving all except an oil pan gasket leak that was repaired at the previous oil change. They informed me they would double check to see if it was an issue or maybe just not cleaned well after the previous repair. Upon completion of the service, the seat was not installed correctly, and the oil was still leaking.Once Markquart Chevrolet realized I was not completely satisfied with the service, they reached out through multiple channels to make it right. Once I was able to speak with the service representative, they asked when would be the most convenient time for me to return and allow them to correct any issues I may have. I scheduled a day and as promised, they were prepared for my arrival. I was provided a new loaner car for use while they examined my vehicle and made the appropriate corrections.When I returned to pick up my Suburban, the repairs were clearly explained, the oil leak was corrected and cleaned, and my seat was adjusted to ensure it was as good as new. Then to top it all off, they detailed my Suburban inside and out to a beautiful shine, just for the trouble of having to return.This was the first time I have had an issue with Markquart since purchasing my Suburban several years ago, and they went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied. I will continue to perform all maintenance with them, and applaud their staff for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We all have bad days, or make mistakes, but owning it is important. Markquart Chevrolet owns their service results, and customer satisfaction.

I made an appointment here and which the lady told me will take about 3 hrs. Sadly when I got there they made it seem like it was gonna take all day or even a couple days. I didnt have a ride to go home nor anyone to pick me up so I stayed there. Yes they have a shuttle but I am not from in town.I went here to get my AC fix and door checked out. I was charged around 200.00 plus only to find out they put a couple drops of lubes in my door handle and charged me 96.00 for that.When I got home I realize my check engine light came on. My front license plate was bent and one of my deer horn was missing.I called them back and it was a hassle to get a hold of anyone. When I finally did they told me they will get the representative that helped me call me back instead it never happen. It have been 2 or 3 weeks yet no calls.I took my car else where and the guy who helped me out to check my vehicle took a through look and didnt even charge me. Inspection was free. I will most definitely not bring my vehicle back.

First of all the guy told me the work being done on my car would take max 1.5hours, I’m leaving 2 and a half hours later. I asked for the complimentary wash and my car is dirtier than when I brought it here. They forgot to give me my keys and I went out to look for a car that wasn’t even parked where you pick up cars. After getting someone to find my car, the antenna was still off, my radio and seat were messed up. My one and only experience with this place was terrible.

Most of my experience was really good: the service advisor was great, the work was done fast, and the shuttle service saved me two huge headaches. However, the wait to actually have my car looked at and diagnosed took forever (okay, 4 days). The timeline was not conveyed to me when I set up my appointment over the phone. We made an appointment for Monday at 7:45 am for repair of a work van. When we dropped it off we were asked if we could leave it for 2 or 3 days. Of course we could not leave it for 2-3 days, it is a work van, that is why we made an appointment to have it serviced. As it turned out it was 2:30 before they even pulled it in to the shop to start looking at it. Why did we have an appointment? We lost an entire day of servicing our customers because you failed to service yours! To top it off, the noise we brought it in for is still there. We will be taking it somewhere else to get it repaired because we can not afford to loose another day waiting in line to have it looked at.

They got my service done the same day, but the old way of having an actual time slot is preferable to the new system of take way too many cars in and give the customers a loaner vehicle or a ride and hope it gets into the shop in a few days.

I got in right away, waited in a clean and comfortable waiting area with free coffee, water, and soft drinks. This will definitely be the place I take all of my vehicles to for oil changes.

My appointment was scheduled for 8am. Drove 2-1/2 hours to perform warranty work and get an oil change and tire rotation. When I dropped off my vehicle they told me it would take all day because there was a backlog from the previous day. Vehicle was not looked at until noon. I believe they knew of the backlog at the end of the previous day. Would’ve been nice to know this before I got up at 5am to make my scheduled appointment.

Updated:Sales people were helpful and made the buying experience easy. I went in to have my current vehicle serviced (check engine light) and found out it would cost more than the value of the vehicle. Ended up with a major upgrade in vehicles, got stuck with the service bill from my old vehicle.Bought a $30k+ vehicle and the service department wanted their $100. I get it, I used the service and so I am on the hook for the bill, but youd think given that this was my second vehicle from them in as many years (they sold me the one that died) they could waive the $100.Update: The man with two first names reached out to me and they are going to take help me out with the next scheduled maintenance (its a big one so I am happy for the help).

The service department worked really hard to find out what caused our connector to come loose from the battery so that our warranty would cover the tow and repair. It did have a check engine light on when we picked up the vehicle but the service department apologized for this and fixed it right away! Very pleased with the experience. Good group of people!

I was confused when I arrived for my 1:30 appointment that it was just a time reserved to meet with a service advisor and my car wouldnt be seen at that time... Hopefully they could look at it sometime that day. Had I known that I would have scheduled for much earlier in the day. I could have possibly avoided the need to get a loaner car if I knew the appointment time was not with an actual mechanic.One last thing, I got three emails asking for me to do this survey. I know this feedback is super valuable but 3 emails honestly looks like you guys are begging for it. Not a great look plus its annoying. Im kind of curious how many more would have kept coming if I didnt take it...

Recently purchased a 2021 suburban. It was already making a noise and they got me in right away. When at the service department they gave me a loaner and I was on my way. Service was very quick got the call to get me truck within a couple hours.
