I was worried at first ordering a custom boat in January and not seeing it till May. Troy from sales ordered the boat exactly how I wanted it. Nick helped me with going through the boat with me. Nick was very knowledgeable polite to deal with. Chris the finance manager made the whole paperwork process go very easy and smoothly. It was very nice how I bought a custom coating for the boat and the service department got it in right away to get it put on. I would highly recommend dealing with these people next time your thinking of getting a boat. I would like to say thanks again to everyone that helped me. It was well worth the 3 hour drive to the dealer from where I live.

I always have a good experience here. We upgraded our pontoon motor and had a two year old extra prop on garage. They looked at it and determined it would work as a prop for new motor...so, we now have a backup prop, and who doesnt need that. And I didnt have to go through the process of selling the spare prop.

Very happy with the sales and setup of the boat. Salesman Adam Schroyer was always willing to answer all my questions. He was willing to make changes to my boat after I had locked down the order. This was a very unique year with all the COVID shortages and Adam kept me updated on the boat build. The techs that installed my electronics did a very professional job. The rigging looks neat and tidy. I was most impressed that their placement of the high speed transducer was able to follow the bottom at wide open throttle without any adjustments by me. Overall I am completely satisfied with my new boat purchase.

We hit a tree under the water and really caused major damage. Zach and Greg in the service department worked quickly with our insurance company. With the challenges of supply chair shortages I thought we wouldn’t get our boat fixed until the season was over. But because Zacho does so much business with all major manufacturers they flexed their size and were able to get the parts and complete our repair with 2 months of boating left! Just picked up our new boat, was extremely pleased with Brandon on our boat purchase . He listened to what we were looking for and gave us different options to consider between used and new boats. The whole process of the purchase and pick-up was excellent. They explained different warranty add-ons but weren’t pushy about it. During pick up Brandon spent an hour going over the boat and explained how the various features worked. Highly recommend them.

Over the past few years, we have bought two boats from Zachos. Each time we were so happy with our experience there. Adam is very knowledgeable about the products and accessories and wasn’t pushy - more concerned about us finding the boat and options that work best for us, and always available for the many questions we asked!

We had our Crestliner in for service this past week, service was excellent, great staff and the only dealership in Wisconsin l would buy from and have work on my boat.

I dropped off my bike had new tires put it. When I get it back it shakes, and the speedometer is bouncing up and down. They take it back to look at it Im told every day for a week and a half ill be called back with an answer that day. I finally just tell them I want it back and all I get is an ok no apology no quote nothing... update: correct they did end up giving me a second quote after I had my bike back however the closest thing to a safety concern from the 1st quote was for leaky front fork seals. The rest of my above comment is entirely correct it did NOT have any shaking issues or speedometer issues when it went into Zachos...

Had water getting in to lower unit when I drained it this spring. Refilled so I could run motor. Took to zachos To diagnoseAnd to repair. Telling them specifically to check Lower unit for leaky seals. Checked my new oil and said no leak. I specifically told them I had put new grease in.called to talk to service department and woman would not let me talk to them. Will never use them again.still getting water in lower unit, will be taking somewhere else for repairs

Troy is top notch. Second bike Ive purchased from him and he was on the ball getting everything approved where we wanted it. Parts has always treated me fairly.

I called up there today to try and get a new remote for my Minn Kota trolling motor. I was told that it wasn’t available anymore. After a couple calls to other dealers, I was told it was still available, and would be able to have it the next day. And one went on to tell me it might be a better option to just order one from the company. Hats off to them, and I’ll never try and do business at Zachos ever again. Also I put this on my social media pages, and I had nothing but bad reviews about them.

I ordered an 80# Minnkota Terrova from Zacho and I was told it was a new take off unit. After I made a payment to Zacho, I was told they would have a tracking number later that day for shipment. After three days and several phone calls later, I finally received a tracking number. Once I received the motor five days later, I opened it to find a used motor with scratches and a banged-up prop. I was charged a new motor price and was told it was a new take off unit. This was simply not true! Very disappointed in the poor service and that I was charged new prices for used equipment! I will not be recommending Zacho to anyone! I was lied to about the condition of the motor and received very poor service in getting shipping and payment information! When I was dropping off my trolling motor for return shipment with the delivery company, the gentlemen behind the counter noticed I was shipping the motor back to Zacho. He told me that he also had a very poor experience with buying an item from Zacho! It cost me 100 dollars out of my pocket to send this used trolling motor back! So far, it has been five days since Zacho received the trolling motor and I still have not been refunded. Lesson Learned!!! I do not recommend doing business with these people!

My father bought a new 2018 Honda Pioneer 700 UTV during the summer of 2018. He has had some issues with the add on items that he had put on the machine. Also the machine seemed to be sluggish on power at times when going up hill as the machine had to work harder. I know my parents were discouraged due to some of these issues so I reached out to Cale Newton who was absolutely awesome to work with. I dropped the side by side off so they could do an evaluation. Cale called me the next day explaining their findings and what parts needed to be ordered. He kept me in the loop regularly with how the progress was going. I mentioned to Cale how my father relies on his side by side daily. I was surprised when he reached out to me saying the machine was complete and ready for pick up. That was over a week ahead of when he originally said it would be completed. Cale does an awesome job and cares about the customer. I really appreciate him along with the service department and highly recommend them. My parents are very thankful.

Cant say enough about the customer service at Zacho Sports Center. Recently we were in a bind and needed a part for our boat asap. Jim helped us get the part in record time. He went over and above which we certainly appreciated. We have bought two fishing boats from Zachos and have been happy with our purchases, Zachos follow through, and customer service each time. Zachos is a well run business.

If you asked me a month ago, Id have given them 1 star; however, I think theyve earned a much higher score and heres why:I bought my bought through them and it was having issues from the start - needing to be taken to the shop 3 times total. I spoke with managers and the owner and, eventually, was able to get my issues resolved with some trial and error. Though I wish there would have been zero problems, thats the risk you run when buying a used boat.At the end of the day, they were extremely patient when I was losing my mind and, for that, Im extremely grateful. They covered all the repairs, so aside of not having the boat a few days, I really didnt lose anything. Looking at the end state, I think this is a pretty solid place with people who are patient, friendly, and willing to work with you - even if youre not an easy person to work with.

I could not have asked for a better experience throughout the entire purchase process of my new Indian Challenger. After communicating with multiple Indian dealerships within 100+ miles of the Twin Cities this one is by far above and beyond all the rest in regards to communication, truthfulness, and overall customer service. I know everyone says this (or many people say this)… But I honestly never really come on these sites to rate them. I usually just do my business and move on. So for as much as I like to read ratings (like on Amazon)… I am usually not the one to leave a rating or comment.What brings me here is I had such a good experience with Zacho that I felt I should leave a comment. Our salesmen (Troy) was very knowledgeable and the more I worked with him and spoke with him…the more I realized he is a good guy. What I mean is…If you are like me, you don’t trust a salesman as far as you can throw them. When I first met Troy I was like “I don’t know” or “Just another salesman” but the more I spoke with him… he does genuinely care about helping you make the right choice. At first I thought it was some fake act nice salesman act to get a sale. But it truly wasn’t. The guy is a good dude that wanted to make sure we were happy.It was almost like he was too nice to the point where I was like “where is the catch.” But there honest to goodness wasn’t one. I hope he doesnt tale offense to me not being sure about him right away. But the guy is a good dude and salesmen and he knows his stuff. I would go to him again in a second.The manager Cale was almost toooo easy to talk too. My girlfriend and I would go talk to him… and things that should take 15 to 20 minutes would take us a hour or longer because he was fun to talk too. Cale is one of the smarter men I have talked to in some time now.Everyone there was easy to talk too. I got this family feeling from their staff. Like they all look out for another and they are closer than co-workers. It seems like the employees are happy to be there and due to that the service is good. I would buy more from them in the future for sure!

My wife and I purchased a 20 Bennington pontoon from Zachos this last May 2020. Ryan Ritchie was oiur salesman. To say the experience was simple and easy would not do it justice. Ryan was upfront and honest. Answered every question we had. And, made sure when we left we were ready to be out on the water. Ther rest of the staff was just as amazing. Zachos has secured our loyalty to their store.

Great sales team very pleasant to work. Down fall is there service manager and parts department. Just bought a boat from them had some issues still not resolved and they refuse to help. Will not be returning my business to them at all or recommend till they fix there staff. Will go to another lund dealer and save my money instead of driving 3 hours to keep going back for their mistakes.

Despite a very small misunderstanding in the beginning stages of me looking for a motorcycle. My expections were met with fantastic service. Cale Newton the General Manager was a thrill to work worth. He helped me pick out a bike that fit in my budget and met my current needs. The paper work and financing was a breeze. I mostly worked with Cale, but Troy the Sales person who helped out was very knowledgeable about the product. Troy said also delivered my new motorcycle to my house directly after paperwork was complete. He respected my time and went over features of my new motorcycle. Overall I feel very good about my purchase with zachoes. When I plan to trade I will ride straight to Zachoes and ask for Cale and Troy.

We were unable to retrieve the kayak immediately upon purchase and the folks at Zacho were excellent about holding the boat for us for about 3 weeks while a few spring snow storms passed through.Cant say I was happy with a Service fee on a boat that is not being titled or registered but at the end of the day their price and accessory discount incentive and Kaitlins attitude sealed the deal for us.Wed shop here again and would recommend Kaitlin for your human powered watercraft needs.

Amazing Service! Brought in old 96 YZ125 from my former days that my son and I are going to clean up for him to enjoy. Thought it needed new top end but after they looked at it they determined it was simply old fuel mixed incorrectly. Told Andrew I would be down later in the afternoon to settle up and pick up bike and he told me it would be no charge. Unbelievable customer service and will definitely utilize their service department in the future if needed! Highly recommend Andrew and his staff to anyone in need of service on their bike!

Hands down the best customer service Ive ever had! My side by side ended up needing a new engine. Any other dealership would be money hungry and unforgiving. But Andrew the service manager took great care of me! Saving me money wherever he could, and constantly checking in with me on the progress. Ive also dealt with Nate in sales. I have purchased a golf cart and an ATV ZACHOES within the past few years .I’ve never had any kind of service problems with either product.There was a recall on the ATV which was taken care of immediately and I just had the golf cart in for service and they did a great job on it and returned it to me looking like new 👍

Went in to look at atv options. Bought 2020 cfmoto. Love this machine.my salesman Bruce was amazing told him what I wanted and he found it and answered all my questions. Loaded it on trailer before I was done with financing. Cale was great with all the paperwork very organized and was nice to work with. Then Cole took me out and showed me a few things on wheeler and answered my questions. Had a great experience and recommend making them your 1st stop when looking for your atv or utv. Oh cant forget the hat and tank of gas

Highly recommended. I took two older Yamaha snowmobiles that were not run for half a dozen years. These folks got them running for me. And a month later the one decided to act up again. These guys stood behind their work and put new spark plugs in and had it running like new free of charge. Ill be back for sure if i need anything else.

They also host a Thursday evening ride when the weather is good (everyone is welcome if they have 2 wheels). -Update: I ended up buying a used harley from here. You go to counter to get help no employee, will greet you, or say they will be right with you. And will answer the phone and help others before a customer who has been wairing for a few mins at cointer. Never ever going bsck again, this is the 3rd time time we have been their and it was our last. We will tske all our business somewhere else.
