A big thank you to Chris at StockPKG. I have never used your product before today. After attempting to shrink wrap a few decorated sugar cookies, I noticed a small pin size hole in all the bags. Worried something was wrong, I called the company. The gal who answered the phone was very kind and took my information and said that a manager would be on the phone with me shortly. After a very brief hold, Chris came on the line and explained to me the pin size holes in the bag. He also went a step further and gave lots of suggestions and tips for shrinking my cookies. And made suggestions as to which way would be best to package these treats. He was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable. He is an asset to your company!!Thanks again, Chris!!! In one word - OUTSTANDING!! Their prices are anywhere from 50-75% lower than what we were paying at another major supplier. The quality of the products has been great. I ordered poly and shrink bags back in November for an event that I needed them for, and their service was impeccable. Even though the poly bags werent what I had hoped for (in my opinion, they are not as high clarity as stated) the return and exchange of the bags with this company was excellent! They worked with me on the issue, and followed up! In the end it all worked out for me. I buy their AL42555-4 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 Sheeted Laser Labels very often and I am very happy with the quality of their labels and their products overall. Sarah is an awesome customer service person! Not only did she correct the first order, which by the way was my mistake in giving the wrong dimension, but she made the transition smooth. She even followed up with the next order with a courtesy call to me to keep me stocked. I wish all my vendors were like Sarah.

The worst place to buy anything, They say something else about the product and they ship something else. Their pictures are all false. Their customer service is very bad and even their manager does not know how to talk. They even does not stick to their words and charge extra money which is not right.I would never suggest this company to any body it looks like they are fraud and just sitting to eat other people money.
