Bill is the best really knows his Sh## only place I take my HD.

Im not rating it one star nor am i rating it at all but they only work on harleys nothing else from what the guy on the phone has told me. This is a Harley repair shop not a general motorcycle mechanic.

Bill is one of the nicest most honest people Ive had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. He gives the best deals and is always fair. I havent been able to stop talking to everyone I know that has a bike about his shop. They have earned my business for life. Great shop.

The staff here are as good as it gets. I was referred here and wish Id found this place sooner. Bill is great! You can tell he really cares about his work and customers. In addition to doing quality work in a timely manner without gouging me on the price, he offered me some good advice and future help. To show how much of a great guy he is, Bill saw me standing outside after dropping my bike off and gave me a ride home. Ill definitely be taking my bike back in the future and referring my friends to him.

I was referred to Bill by a buddy. At first I was a little hesitant to try a new shop since I had several bad experiences with previous ones. I gave it a shot and I have no regrets. I purposly didnt mention a few things that needed attention and when Bill called me he gave me a list of things that needed to be done and everything I didnt mention was included on his list. He is thorough and gives you multiple options to work with and the most important quality is that he is straight forward and HONEST. First time there today with my bf to get a replacement clip for his helmet and the guy was really friendly gave us the clip for no charge at time said just to come in anytime when his wife us there was trying to hook us up with some shirts but didnt have our size said hes getting more in so next time hell give us one . Didnt even know us and was already building a trust bond.

The work on my bike was unsatisfactory, did not replace bearing primary gaskets use silicone to seal the old original gaskets . Parts were loose inside the primary case. Left the motor oil a quart and a half low. Had an oil leak, use silicone to try to seal the leak.

A friend recommended this shop. I took my Sportster in.

If you value your safety DO NOT LET BILL WORK ON YOUR BIKE !! Hes hands down the worst mechanic Ive ever came in contact with hes a dishonest con artist that will charge you TOP DOLLAR for a full service and then tell you after you discover he cleaned your plugs an put them back in never replaced your break pads because in his opinion you didnt need new ones but hell charge you for it. 2 TIMES the break leaver fell off fell off because he didnt tighten bolts.if you pay him 900 dollars to install a new wiring harness expect an electrical FIRE because you trusted an idiot to install it eXpect your new bars to crack because the certified Harley mechanic doesnt know how to sequentially tighten the bolts on the risers and he didnt even adjust the clutch cable to the new bars an the clutch was burnt an needed a new one an the bike was literally burnt from electrical fire BETWEEN THE GAS TANKS .his excuse for the bike falling apart the same day we picked it up ..You rushed me but the bike was there for 3 weeks an he sure took the cash payment.He talks a good game but when he tells you go ahead take it to laidlaw just do it were still finding his careless mistakes to this day trying to recover from being screwed by that Liar..steer clear from the LAME SHOP.

I love this shop its a great place. I recommend it to anyone that has a bike that needs work on.

Cant leave an honest review, but they were friendly enough to answer my questions. If you need service on your bike, and your bike is NOT a Harley, dont bother. They wont do it.
