Very clean and awesome selections

No matter what time you go there will be a wait at checkout. Maybe its like that everywhere so I cant really ding them too badly for that I just hate to see a bunch of empty registers and lines down isles. Staff is always courteous and the produce is usually pretty fresh.

Overpriced as always. Only reason I went was because walmart is normally crowed on Sundays. Spent 80 bucks and I didnt hardly get anything. The staff was nice and the store was clean. Thats a plus. Hardly anyone was wearing a mask! Including staff. Unbelievable!

This is my second favorite place to go for ready made salads and entrees. I love trying different types of salad. They have a good variety and very friendly and helpful service staff.

Good selection of items, friendly service, and clean facilities. Cant really ask more from a grocery store. The surrounding area is kinda sketchy though.Overall, it some of their prices can compete with other Superstores like Target and Walmart. Ive giving it 4 stars because it needs an upgrade or remodel. Otherwise its a safe ans resonable place to shop.Thank you for service!

This is my favorite Albertsons to shop at. The floral shop is beautiful, electric carts always charged,bathroom was remodeled and was immaculate Ive never experienced such superior management in any supermarket I travel out of town just for the sheer delight to shop here and I would rate 10 stars for friendlyness from ALL employees!!! I am a customer for 4yrs now

This store needs to hire more help at the deli there was one person and the longest line and she seemed confused and did not have any help I felt bad for the girl but I also had to wait about 20 minutes before I got my quarter pound of Jennie O Turkey

Maybe it was just today, but all over the store there were products filling spaces where another item is supposed to be. They didnt even remove the tags so you have three different prices for the same item. Has been a great go to store to pickup something quick. Ill try again.

The bakery department at this Albertsons in Chino, Ca. is absolutely amazing! Betty made my sons birthday cake and did it with short notice and came through for us! Extremely helpful and great customer service! I wish more people were as helpful as Betty! Thank You!

Sale prices are sometimes great. Regular prices are way to high. Ive had 2 unpleasant encounters with immature managers. Im very disappointed with Vons prepackaged meat, chicken was dry and like chewing rubber (Foster Farms chicken is great 98% of the time)

Really good shopping store. I come here about once a month. They have a great deli section, always have a lot of produce, and pretty much a one-stop place to get all your food and staple items.They have as well a large frozen foods and ice cream section. I load up on the TV dinners :)

Good service. But the produce dept needs fresh produce. Dont know what has happened. If you changed vendors but you really need to go back or at least get fresh produce. This dept has sucked for at least 6+ months. Especially for the price your are asking.

I went to buy myself a birthday cake and the lady working in the bakery area gave me a wonderful suggestion on a cake that Ive never had before. I decided to buy it and when I came home and shared it with my family it was delicious. I wish I wouldve gotten her name because I wouldve loved giving her a good review on yelp for her delightful service and wonderful suggestions.

Went in for floral arrangements. Most were in bad shape. I offered to pay good money for a bouquet but florist sad she was too busy. The rest of the store was very organized and stocked. Cards were also in bad shape. Maybe part of floral.

David the manager is FABULOUS. On two separate occasions he has ordered in special items for my mom who is in assisted living. he is even called me when the item arrived so that they could be picked up. You dont get better service in this.

The Rewards program is way too hard. You have to load every purchase on to your app?? Your competitor, Stater Bros, us much simpler. Once you enter your number, everything is automatically reduced at the register as it scans. However, the checker, LaTonya, was extremely helpful and patient! She gets a 5 Star!!

I love all the employees at albertsons on Philadelphia and central. They are all helpful and friendly. I would like to single out Russell. He is sweet, friendly, helpful and everything else that makes a person who he is. Thank you Russell for just being you and for going out of your way for us when we need help. Albertsons is lucky to have him as their employee.

The prices are getting to high and I always have to check my bill for wrong pricing.

I have gone to 5 different grocery stores and every single one was out of what I want. I came here and right there in there meat department was exactly what I wanted. But the meat department closed 2 minutes before I rang the bell. The store closes at 9 but the meat department wanted to close at 8 I was there at 8:02. The customer service is horrible. If the store is open the meat department should be open. Nobody wanted to help me. Disappointed. Never going here again. Thats exactly why Albertsons is closing everywhere.

This Albertson Location is the best ever. I bring my clients in for banking and shopping needs. The customer service is one of the best I have seen in a very long time. They will open a check out line for them. The employees are so kind to my clients. They salute him for serving his country. I really appreciate the employees know their story which brings joy to my heart. When banking the staff know their name and their needs. Makes my clients feel so special. I feel like i should get a pay check on payday of how often i shop in Albertsons! The reason i keep going back to this specific location in central ave is cuz of the employees. They make me feel special and theyre so friendly and helpful!! Im going to get all their names and be specific of these employees cuz they need to be recognized!

Its May 15th and the state of California is trying to open, yet THIS location still decides to maintain 1-way aisles.Im refusing to support any businesses that feed into the hysteria.

Its an average Albertsons. No usually packed with customers, so parking is a breeze. Prices are good if you look for sales and have their card. The fried chicken they make is pretty good. Baked goods are good since they have a bakery.

I like going here to get my Crab. I would give it 5 stars, but I hate when I go to the seafood department and theres nobody there. So Im standing and waiting when I just want to grab some stuff and go. I think they need a bell on the counter to ring so the associate knows someones there. Other than that theyre good in my book :)

Their specials are like solving a puzzle. Buy 5, get digital coupon, only on Friday etc. Kind of a hassle trying to save money. Also noticed their 2 for ones prices are basically doubled so it really is not a savings.

This rating and review is for the Service Deli ONLY they are the only department in the entire store that just doesnt seem to care! Have ordered Fried Chicken on several occasions and every time they have forgot to make the order! The Managers, Checkers, Meat Dept. are all FANTASTIC!

The Lady in the Bakery sections to go Tru a course for People skills

So much better than the Stater Brothers on Holt and San Antonio in Ontario! I live in downtown Ontario and drive all the way over to this Albertsons because the customer service is A+. In my experience, grocery store employees do not seem happy to be employed. It may be the same for these Albertsons employees, but the key is, they dont show it to the customers. Thats why I keep coming back. Customer service goes a long way and keeping the customer happy. On top of that, the store is always clean, bright, wide aisles, and fresh meat/produce. Note: an employee overheard me asking my child to find a better date on the milk and he offered to go in the back to find me a better one! That NEVER would have happened at Stater Brothers.

I bought some fried chicken from the deli for the first time for $5.99 and it will be the last time. It was the nastiest, tasteless crumb tiny awfull pieces of chicken i ever had in my life i couldnt eat it so bad i trashed it what a waste of my money 👎

This is the only Albertsons market bear my home. The employees ate fast, efficient and friendly. They always have the advertised specials. I Dont like that the outside does not have enough lighting at night and there is no security. There are always beggars outside at night. It doesnt feel safe at night and thats the only time I have to shop they.

Great neighborhood grocery store

This is my main grocery store that I shop at. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. They are getting better with the line size. As soon as that gets fully taken care of, more stars will be awarded.

I actually love this store. But every time I come here I get approached in the parking lot for money. I dont carry money on me and several times Ive been yelled at if i say no. As woman by herself, this just makes me feel uncomfortable, and makes me hesitant to shop here. I feel bad because I know this is not the stores fault, but it is something to consider

Never have ad items in stock. The items they do have in stock are never rotated properly and most of the time are out of code. Make sure to check dates if you decide to shop there.

They handled my order like a boss! I ordered food from the deli for 120 people and they did an amazing Job, especially Alice!

They do provide a wide variety but they are the most expensive Grocery Store around. If you have xtra money to spend, they have a great variety, from lobster to the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. Above average rating but pricy. They make these yogurt fruit cups to go with strawberries and blueberries including granola and plastic cutlery. Delicious.
