This place is so cool! A serious blast from the past and the owner and staff member are extremely knowledgeable in all systems, and games. Like seriously they know *everything*. Each game comes with a garuntee and they resurface games for free when you buy. Fantastic selection of games and memorabilia. Been going for 5 years and I always stop by when Im in the area!

I have an old PS2 system that wasnt working due to the laser lens. I took it to this place and they replaced the lens and deep cleaned it for me. Now it perfectly. It was a great experience. Jimmy was really nice and very helpful.

This pandemic has brought out the worst in people and this place is no exception. They are only selling to customers who have been going there for 5+ years. I have been to this place before and had a pleasant experience. It is a good store but to turn business away is ludicrous. A store should sell to any consumer, not exclusively to their long time friends.In response to your reply, I do support my LOCAL businesses. I frequent two shops in the South Bay where I currently live. I thought I could go back to what I considered my old shop in Chino and get treated like a normal customer but that might be too much to ask in times of a crisis.Edit: Removing your previous reply and adding the current one wont change my review. I tried to get on your list for future shipments and was flat out denied and specifically told it was because I was not a 5 year loyal customer. Your bad business practices are what hurt your business. If you hadnt been rude to me on the phone, I wouldnt have even written a review. This is my one and only review I have ever written for any websites so you should feel honored.

Great little shop with a HUGE selection of great stuff. Staff is really helpful and made the experience fun for my kids. Helped them choose a great controller.

A while back I went here with my grandpa and sister to get some old DS games (5) for 10 USD. And this place has some of the nicest people I have ever met and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I’d give no stars if possible, they quoted me a specific price over the phone. When I went to have them honor their offer they tried to give me a different price. Avoid this place!

This repair place is the largest scam I have ever seen! They destroyed the Nintendo switch the I brought in to have the LCD replaced, charged me for new parts when they installed used parts that are in more worse condition than what I brought in to be repaired!!!! Was told they could not find the repair parts and had to use old parts but still charged me for the price of new parts. Was told these parts are glued together from the factory and is not easy to replace!!!! If you would care to look on the internet and see these parts come separate from each other and are easy to order and obtain!! I recommend this store to be closed and for these individuals to be banned from touching anything electronic for as long as they live.!!!! Google needs to give you the options for negative star ratings!!!

GamerER is a wonderful shop. The owner and staff do a great job of fixing, recycling or sales with professional customer service at a reasonable price. They have a good stock of older games and used, in good-repair older systems for purchase as well. A place like this is invaluable if you want to keep your gaming systems in good working order.

I been here a few times at the chino location and the Rancho location previously closed now. The owner is a great guy who knows his stuff, a nice abundance of games. I’ve both purchased and traded here before and honestly don’t have much to say outside of positivity #supportyourlocalgameshopsMy only small piece of feedback is in regards to cleanliness.... 7/10 I buy stuff here and is nice and clean good to go however days like today 10/5/20.. I bought a ps1 controller for an okay price $18.99 however it was just really dirty. Part of paying retail plus tax is to get the item you want however I shouldn’t have to take it home in beyond dirty condition. I think as a game ship especially everything going on with Covid-19 awareness, have clean items to sell says a lot about how you value your customers and will go a long way.Otherwise again great place and I will recommend all day long!

I was just looking for a Nintendo Switch for my daughters birthday. I understand it is nearly impossible to find but to be disrespectful to me while Im trying to request to be on the wait list. Im not a Long time customer! I requested to purchase Animal crossing AND Mario Cart just to be added to the wait list. Completely spoke over me and refused to listen. This is the spot I got my PS4, PS2, Xbox, and Xbox 360 fixed here. I have been coming for years. And the customer service is by far the greatest experience of my life.

Avoid this place! I have never submitted a review for any company , but this company is a joke! I left my tablet and Nintendo switch to be repaired and they charged me a deposit. Regarding the tablet, Its been over a week and they have done nothing! I told them to forget about it since they have done nothing and asked if they would refund the deposit since they did nothing. They refused and said they are charging me for the time they took to look up a part (a week?)? I went to another location and they were able to tell me the repair is not possible in less than 30 min and recommend another location. Regarding the Nintendo switch, this place charges more for repair than what Nintendo Co is charging and they wont guarantee the work! After we complain to him about the deposit he makes a smart alec remark and said oh we didnt find anything. Dont do business at this place! I wish I could give them a zero star.

Hey bye chance do you guys know how too fix Xbox one controller joysticks because my left joystick will sometimes start moving my character when I’m doing nothing and sometimes when I try to go backwards it makes me go forward please respond as soon as you can thanks.

Professionals at their craft, I brought my 3DS in for a joystick repair and they flat out replaced the whole thing, it works amazingly well and they provide wonderful service, most highly recommend coming to a place like this~!

They repaired hdmi port on my PS4. Charged me a premium. A month later the hdmi port is bad again. I called them and they said it’s because I have kids and they must have damaged the port . What a joke. They want me to pay again for repairs that I already paid for . Avoid these guys at all cost

Took my sons xbox one in for an estimate the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable explain to us our options and gave us the truth regarding repairing or replacing. His recommendation was to replace the unit. Possible damage and the age of the unit made this an easy decision for me. Honesty along with great service is is awesome he could have very easily told me he try to repair it for a certain price and then not have at last long or just charge me without fixing anything but he gave me honest advice. I will remember this place if I ever have problem again with a game console.

Pretty nice guys. If your system goes down. Go to theses guys to repair it. Dont bother looking around you found your spot. They wont upsell you. These guys are the place to go. Game prices are good too.

Workers are always super helpful and friendly. Ive had my ps2 fixed here before and bought some stuff here and there, i really enjoy going here and im a person that doesnt like going to stores much but the atmosphere makes me comfortable being there and not rushed like everywhere else.

I came to fix my PS3 and was told that they would take care of it and look into it in 2 days. After 6 days with no response or call I finally get a call saying that they could do nothing for my system and i would be better off buying a new PS3. They kept my deposit and didnt even give me a reason to why they couldnt fix it. Just a huge scam with the owner (whos a technician and a cashier) who wanted me to drop more money to buy a shoddy system from their even shoddier store. Dont come here unless you like being hustled and scammed like people say mechanics do theres a much better spot down the road.

Spent 163 dollars on Xbox 360 system 250gb and a game and two controllers and cords no hdmi cord but not even a week later the game system turned off and went black on my screen and hard drive wont let me save and it deleted my stuff and when I called in he told me he can sell me another game system and not pay me back he couldnt which he ripped me off of 163 dollars for a faulty system and wants to try to give me another and I called the business beauro and they said they have had so many bad calls about his business just looking out for others dont go here 👌🏻
