Worst pharmacy EVER!!! I came out of surgery and I was prescribed post surgery medication which I got 3 days late. Basically I was left without medication for 3 days because people in the pharmacy didnt care enough to do their job. I am a Healthcare professional myself and have never seen such heartless and arrogant people as in this pharmacy. Dont go there.

The pharmacist was amazing and super helpful to help get the correct RX for my daughter. He was kind and spent extra time at closing just to make sure we were taken care of. Plus thrifty ice cream is the best!! They also have an abundance of dog toys that were extremely cheap.

There is no waiting in line to serve you. They help you ride away at the cash register. There is enough parking place here. The service was good. The neighborhood is good. Not too hard to find. It is a little expensive here. In and out quickly. Neat and clean.👌

The first (2) times I went was great... the store is clean and easy to find things you need and very friendly staff...until the (3) time I went I had a very unpleasant experience with the lady cashier... I had a coupon from Edison Co. for free ice up to (10) ibs bag so I got (2) bags among the things I was purchasing just like last (2) times but the lady cashier said she would not give (2) bags just like prior visit and said that was never the case its has only been (1) bag... insulting me as if I was a liar and I was trying to be dishonest which as God as my witness... I even describe the two prior employee and when I went and she still said it was not the case... I was not only insulted but greatly offended all that for a bag of ice... will never go there again! So disrespectful!!!

Terrible pharmacy service I went at 9:30 AM and they had not started at by 2:30 pm, wouldn’t recommend ordering prescriptions from here.

Worst rudest customer service. I was in this Rite Aid a few weeks back and noticed they had the Thriftys icecream which brought back great memories of my grandma taking me to get a scoop after school. Today i kept my granddaughter home from daycare for a special day and we stopped at Rite Aid on Central to get ice cream. First the girl that came to help me was telling another associate that she didnt do ice cream. Then she let me know she didnt want to scoop ice cream by being so rude. She never said hi, or may i help you, she never once made eye contact with me, she never cracked a smile. She took our order, scooped it , she slapped our ice cream cups down , rang us up and at the end i decided to be the bigger person and say thank you and she replied rudely YOUR WELCOME. WOW

Is a great place to get ice cream, CDs or medicine

I just stoped by for chocolate chip ice cream, there was no more in the frige so one of the cashiers offered to check in the back and he found me the last 2 boxes. Great customer service. Thank you.

Went in the other day later in the night & received the worst customer service was waiting in line at the register for around 7 minutes while this white lady with black hair just stood there on her phone talking with someone even though she seen me standing there when I finally waved at her to see if she could help me she gave me this nasty attitude like if I was interrupting her phone call that was really rude like if she doesnt like her job maybe she shouldnt be working there usually everyone at this rite aid is nice but this lady was so disrespectful who leaves customers waiting in line that long
