Customer service is wonderful and the balloon arrangements are even better. Would definitely recommend. Each time Ive ordered they amaze me. Love it!!!!

Such a pleasant experience! I live in Colorado Springs, CO. My son lives in Chino, CA. He was having a birthday and I called to place an order. The Balloon bouquet was delivered the next morning looking identical to the picture online! The lady that answered was helpful and made me feel absolutely comfortable with everything. My son mentioned the delivery people were just as wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend Balloon Haven to anyone!

Customer service is almost nonexistent I called one day to get some quotes and maybe some pictures of different types of stands with balloons I was told they would be emailed to me never received them actually drove to the location talked to one of the guys then he went away as I was I standing there not knowing if he was gonna come back and take care of the questions that I had. I left my email address with a coworker there and then checked my emails hours later still nothing I guess you’re too busy for business! Big mistake!

I asked for something simple and they blew my mind with the creative balloons they came up with! They went above and beyond and I highly recommend this place.
