I went in today 2 get a dupli-color scratch repair for my car, sales associate said he can help me find the color code for my car, he was just guessing!! I found out when I looked @ the dupli-color scratch repair code on the product, thn matched it with my car door inside side panel, this idiot looked in my glove compartment, if I wldve listened to him, I wldve been confused & screwed! These guys dnt know wht their talking about!!

Rochelle helped me today (06/30/20) with my battery and she was so attentive and helped me not only change my battery, but also recognized a different AutoZone had given me the incorrect battery a year ago. They fixed the mistake and I was so grateful for her help. If corporate or her manager reads this, please recognize her above-and-beyond customer service because she was astounding.

No star rating, was in there early morning 7/23 . Walked in no hello, no acknowledgement. The guy at counter didnt even make eye contact and continued what he was doing, after a while a customer walk up from back he drop everything and attended him,, a few more employees walk by,,same thing. I walk about for a few min, came back and saw that me getting help was hopeless.. I walk out and went to Orielys purchased $450.00 of suspension parts.. Rude ,, Rude,, Rude service wont go there again. It looked like no one really wanted to be there..

AutoZone is a must if youre a commuter. The staff is great and helpful. They almost always have what I need. They have pretty good sale prices and good quality items.

I had a situation with my battery recently since it was leaking battery acid so I had to replace it at my earliest convenience. Me trying to get the job done as soon as possible completely forgot that there was a warranty on the battery. Thankfully I was able to get a hold of Jay and Mayra in time for them to put the battery to the side and still assist me with my warranty. I also needed windshield wipers so it was a plus they were able to get the right fit. will most definitely be coming back here.

Had a very very happy experience at AutoZone in Chino...a very nice tall handsome fella help me reach for products that are to high on the shelf but also very kindly 😊 looked for products that were from a long time ago..he had in store had to buy 2 cans.. also taught me how to change windshield wipers..🤣 seriously I need another lesson.. thank you very much manager James S. Alejandra was awesome help my sister find the right coolant was so down to earth. Turns out I bought too much. Came the next day and she helped me with such amazing service even though a crazy woman came in before and started arguing with everyone the staff remained call. They should have a WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE people sign cause that lady was awful and the staff handled her so perfectly and respectfully even though she was being a jerk.

I came in needing some tools and some help. The manager Klarissa was amazing and was very fast and reliable. She answered all my questions and made it so easy to get the job done. She is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Greets customers with a very warm smile and makes the customers feel comfortable in this location. Ill be back again.

I love AutoZone. They help you with any issue u may have with your vehicle.. u can also rent or borrow tools their to if ever you need a specific tool and only possibly for a few hours or even a few days.

I went into this location and was looking for a socket to turn a stripped bleeder screw. The set was opened on the shelf and missing the size I needed. I put the set back on the shelf and continued looking around because my wife was in another store in the shopping center and I didnt want to look at what she was shopping for. After about 10 min of browsing my wife called said she wad done and I excited the store without buying anything. I normally do but things in auto zone Ive spent 1000 in just the last few months but this time the thing I needed was missing. And just to be clear while I was looking at this set with the missing piece both of the workers were in the aisle with me and I pointed out that the set was open and missing a piece. Anyways I met my wif at the car and we sat there and talked for about 10 min killing time allowing the engine to cool so I could pull a spark plug cuz my engine is currently misfiring. While I wad sitting there talking to my wife the chino police came up and started asking the weird questions and then another one shows up and they ask us to exit the vehicle. After searching my pockets without asking or explaining y they start to search the car again without asking or explaining themselves. While the second cop is searching the car the first one starts asking me where the stolen merchandise is. The clerk in the auto zone had called the police and told them I wad shoplifting. I asked the copportunity if she thought I was stupid. Why would I steal something right in front of am employee and then sit in my car for 10 or 15 min waiting on the cops to show up. Anyway needles to say they didnt find anything and when I was being questioned a third cop had shown up who was obviously their lieutenant or something because I told the first cup that showed up it was kinda crappy that I was being stereo typed I didnt do anything and actually spend allot of money in the store. The lt went nuts started screaming at me that I will not disrespect his officers and hes going to charge me with resisting arrest. I tried to calmly explain to this a hole waste of existence as I was sitting calmly on a curb in handcuffs that I wasnt even taking about his officers I was talking about the clerk inside. But it didnt even register that I said anything he yoked me up and threw me into the back of the car. All of this happened with no probable cause. No Miranda warnings. No explanation why I was being detained let alone arrested. And when I tried to tell them that I wanted to tt a lawyer cuz I felt I wad being treated unfairly they told me if I didnt cooperate and answer the questions they would make sure my car was impounded with a 30 day hold on it so o couldnt get it out for at least 30 days. I think from now on Ill shop at oreillys and not anywhere near the city of chino California
