Called Freddies at 1300, 2 technicians arrived at 1430 and were done by 1500. They replaced and sealed 2 windshields for the same price I paid for 1 windshield and seal in Portland, OR 2 years ago.. These guys were polite, fast, Courteous, and PROFESSIONAL! 5 Star eveything. And the reason I used them is that 2 windshields I replaced in Florida in Dec of 2020 leaked buckets, and these guys did a new seal that was perfect.

I can’t say enough about this place! Great prices and great service. Definitely call them if you need any work done. I got a windshield replacement on a wrangler and haven’t had any issues with it.

Overly priced, replaced windshield without quoting and expected 25% more than what the actual market for windshields were or else theyd remove and just leave without putting the old one back. Do not recommend using them.

Fast Freddie not so fast called about replacing front windshield he asked me to call dealership with vin to get parts # so I did called him back he said ill call you back we should have it over an hour later no call back so I called Payless Auto Glass told me bring it down now done in an hour great price. I called this company to replace a windshield on a 00 Ford F-650. They arrived less than an hour after I called and had the glass installed half an hour after that. They were polite, professional and seemed to really care about their quality of work. In a world where customer service is all but a memory, this company really stands out.

For 12 years ive used a big corporate glass company,one day I figured id give a mom and pop business a shot and If I liked the service I would open an account with them.The person on the phone was very polite and took down the order.the tech was sent out and arrived on time.however, the problem was that the tech was very rude and sloppy. there was globs of silicone on the inside part of the windshield.also he left all the rubber trim and old silicone on the ground around the car.the worst part was that the tech when installing the windshield didnt cover the defrost vents so a bunch of glass fell into the vents and a bunch of small glass pieces were left on the dash. a day or so later I turned on the defrost and a bunch of glass flew out andall over me.needless to say I will never use them again.I decided against using a

Paid $65 for them to come to my house and fix my window (motor). They came and told me they were going to order the part. I said ok. It was over a week and they never called. I called back and said they never said they were going to call back. I went in myself and talked to freddie. I explained what happened and he said I should do business else where. So i paid $65 for nothing. A few months later I went to get my window fixed and the new mechanic told me the motor was gone. I said the last person that took off my door was fast freddies. So he took my motor probably to see what part he needed but never returned it. I would go back but the man freddie is so hard headed I wont even bother going back. Worst service ever.
