I was there for the 1st time on June 12, 20. Seemed nice enough but when I got home, found the buds to be very hard & crunchy. Ive tried to go back & call but no one ANSWERS & theyre closed every time Ive driven out there! Are you still in business or what?

This place as went bad. Not sure why. But no bud nothing. Wish they would just close so the people of chino could grow there own med and not depend on a bad company.. Leave chino please..

The herb is mostly ok. Some good specials sometimes. Dry old herb at others. Hit and miss. Usually not busy. To the people who work there I would say if you have a tip jar out you night want to be a little more personable.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I’ve never had such a horrible experience in a dispensary. First time patient, sat for a half hour while watching 5 other patients go ahead of me. I assumed they were filling out paperwork for me, but they ‘forgot’ to call me back? Only reason they did is because another patient mentioned I had been sitting longer than him. The heavily tattooed girl was giving me hardcore dirty looks and had an all around sour attitude towards me. Also, nobody offered me any first time patient specials or discounts. I had to ask.. Tattooed girl said “you get a pre-roll” and slapped it on the counter and walked away? Definitely won’t be a returning patient.

Poor customer service....literally left without telling anyone. Horrible people to just leave customers hanging.....just a bummer that Prescott Valley is a drive for us who live out here but what you going to do

Website clearly states they close at 6pm, tried to go there at 4:36 pm and their doors were locked. Do not trust this dispensary, absolutely terrible how they cant even be trusted enough to stay open til the scheduled time. Will NOT be going back, horrible practices

Hands down my favorite herb shop. Their edibles are high quality and tasty, and the staff always makes me feel right at home. On holidays, they have amazing give aways/deals. I wish every shop was like this. Only downside: its a little small. I believe they are also one of the only places in Arizona that make their own edibles, but I could be wrong about that so be sure to ask!

This is an amazing little dispensary with the friendliest budtenders! I cant wait to go back.

No concentrates or edibles in over 2 weeks. Very little flower options, and high prices. It saddens me that OPG is always running out of meds. I think it has alot to do with the fact that they will only sell there products. Every other med shop has multiple brands to offer, and they help support other local companies. Not at opg. It seems they would rather have nothing then sell other great names in there shop. The staff here has always been very friendly to me I will say, but I cant give a good review when I cannot get meds. Id love to see other brands in this shop.

The waiting area was not busy as the Google chart indicates for this business. The waiting area was comfortable with couches, magazines, art and a TV with a menu. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. The product was good for the price.

I usually have great experiences here. Good, knowledgeable budtenders but yesterday I left and felt questionable on returning. The budtender was so jittery, smacking her lips on a piece of candy. Excessively quirky and jerking around, very hyper and couldnt stand in one place to talk to me. Just felt antsy and rushed.

Greedy as hell owners. Kaylee kicked me out for writing a bad review ha. Screamed at me like psycho, was fckin nuts. Theyll do you dirty here, watch out. Theyre not all bad people though. I do like a few of the regular budtenders, so those guys are cool.

Hardly no flower mostly concentrates. Had to buy in per gram bags so if i wanted a oz it was 28 gram bags! What a waste and grams are barely a joint.

Do not care for the staff,who act like you are an inconvenience and they seem to always be out of what I need. Nope.

Out of everything... Then why stay open?

AVOID this place at all cost!!!! Owners obviously have a hard time taking criticism. I have had 3 awful experiences at this dispensary, the last of which was in September when the owner called me apologizing for the situation and letting me know there was a $20 credit I could use at anytime. Regretfully I stopped in today to have my final terrible experience. I was told rudely by the lady at the counter that there was no $20 credit on my account and that they dont give credits, essentially calling me a liar. She called the owner who in September told me I had the credit, and she herself told her employee she has no idea what Im talking about!!! And after reading other negative reviews of the owner throwing people out of the store for leaving bad reviews, using profane language and being rude, I knew I had to share my experience. Ive been in Cannabis since 1998 in one form or another and this is unacceptable business practice along with the lack and inconsistency of products and medicine. Save yourself the trouble, hope this helps someone avoid what I went through.
