Thursday 7/8/21 11:00am: I have lived in CV for 12 years and this store is still my last choice for business. Stopped by today and as usual there is no soap in the window washing tubs, 1 pump was not responding to the keyboard. Last week several pumps were offline. There is always trash and debris laying around and the sidewalks are downright nasty. But hey, at least today I got a receipt. Normly the pumps are empty of paper so you have to go inside and deal with attitudes.

Its good or it wouldnt be always full. The new coffees are great. If you shop Starbucks, you just a different species.

Fun staff lived here 15 plus years have seen a lot employees come and go. But has a decent staff never had any problems. In a small town/city like Chino valley there may be some issues between people only 4 gas stations/ convenient stores in Chino Valley

Born and raised in chino valley 28 years and have always loved going into circle k , ive had a few bad occasions mostly during graveyard shift lady but seems she has bad days like the rest of us she is usually awesome . . . . . Today however I am pretty upset that to fill my tires with air on my truck it now costs me $1.75 !!!!!???? CIRCLE K MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS . NO AIR IS WORTH $1.75 THIS INFLATION needs to be dealt with in an american manner . give us air for 50 cents or give it to us for free better yet . IF THIS DOESNT CHANGE SOON I WILL NOT GO BACK TO SPEND MONEY AT THE STORE . help me help you .

There is just employee in this store that has had a chip on her shoulder for my entire family. Lets call her Victoria. This is not the first time I have complained about her...#5...This eveningfront, at 8 PM, my wife and I were not very well prepared for our transaction, however, it did not require her to embarrass us in front of five other customers and it will be the last one way or another. Corporate must do something about this employee because management hasnt. When we complain they scold her she is nice for a week. ..then it starts over. This has been going on for 3 years and were good customers we are in the store at least three times a day. This employee Is not a people person.My wife and I have overheard this employee telling other customers during a busy time with allot of other customers in the store and in line that she likes to get off work go home, strip down naked, grab a beer and dance around the house. Then preceded to invite him over that evening.I am asking please that someone do something about this employee? She should not be working with the public.

I always recieves a friendly smile from Linda. She is one of the best workers they have working . Makes it worth the quick stop.

People that work there are very rude and puts there personal friend s over the customer like as if the worker and the there friends oun the store.

Disgusting store, disgusting people. The manager, Victoria, is a very rude old woman who shouldnt be working in a customer service environment. Tried to make small talk and got berated and embarrassed in front of other customers. Will never get my money again.

I live in Chino and I go to that store constantly and my friends and family go to that store and there is a guy in there name is Nate and he is rude to customers all the time always has a line always falls asleep at work spreading rumors about people that he doesnt like corporate needs to do something about who they hire into theyre store because I know a bunch of other people that he has spread rumors about that got back to theyre friends and family and coworkers and employers and theyre family and friends dont want to be around them and employers fire them because of Nate spreading rumors something needs to happen corporate

Rude people turned my business away due to laziness and unkind staff.
