Amazing owners and absolutely love seeing the big teddy bears whenever we go in, dont forget to say hello to the bird or he will make his presence known

The woman that works in there is very unfriendly and they have a big bird in a small cage, can barely move in there. It has lost a lot of his feathers and that means the bird is depressed. The cage is very unsanitary. I will never go again and I hope they get the bird taken away from them and the bird can be nursed back to good health. He needs to be with someone who is going to spend time with him and take care of him. Sad.

Incredibly friendly!! Came in for a water pipe and left with 2 new friends. Super cool place...Goliath is the largest and chillest dog I’ve ever seen. And they carry a Large selection of smoke accessories in several different materials, ie wood, glass or metal. Pipes, vapes, hookah, water pipes and tobacco pipes. They’ve got the main/Popular cigarette brands, rollable tobacco, cigars, papers, incense, incense holders...They even have the “stuff” part going, with a small antigue/thrift room as well as jewelry, watches, knives and other types of merchandise as well. Personally I Love this place! It bring Good vibes.

UPDATE YOUR SUNDAY HOURS!!! I stopped by this last Sunday (01/12/2020) because I needed a piece and Google said you guys were open, but you were not! And I had a pretty penny to spend, but I found another smoke shop....

Really wish you could rate individually because in this scenario its not right to give a low score but this place didnt have much variety it has great selection of pipes weed pipes glass pipes meth and crack pipes has tobacco the service was as most said nice older lady but most likely not the friendliest maybe not the environment she likes who knows but as for this store advertises its a smoke shop plain and simple in the valley a smoke shop has all that I found here plus kratom kava ecigs mods and ejuice and many more products so this is why I said the scoring system harm a place like this its whats they said it was but for most people its not a true smoke shop. Id suggest more products ie teas kratom kava insence ect

These people are the BEST! The place is the BEST! It was right in my backyard and I had NO clue! Their 3 Mastiffs are HUGE!!!! And sweethearts!You wont be sorry! Small selection. Good in a pinch I suppose but Im rarely in that situation. Going to phx or at least into town gives you more options for your money. Also very very large dog is inside which for some people is terrifying... I think its very unprofessional to have that size dog right next to the door when you enter the shop. I will say the staff is nice. Just my two cents

Although the items for sale are nice, the prices are way too high. Very pleasant staff, but if the smell of stale cigarette smoke bothers you at all do NOT go inside. It is overwhelming and unpleasant. It was necessary to wash all of my clothes to get rid of the smell!

They dont sell pipe tobacco. They have a parrot that seemed neglected and was plucking all of its feathers out.

Bag tobacco and cigarette tubes are way over priced.I live in chino but drive right past this place to go to Smoke-M shop In prescott valley. 10 dollars a bag more than other shops is a rip- off.
