I was worried about the scheduling and how to get our truck there and get back to pick it up on time. Everyone I spoke with was kind, courteous and helpful. Everything was handled professionally and in the time that was proposed. Very refreshing to work with a company as such.

She gave me some great ideas for something else to fix a glass top on patio furniture that woulda been over 300 dollars as it was Amber safety glass. We used her idea, and fixed table for 30 dollars. Great place.

I have been going to Chino glass for years and they have always been confident and reasonable.

They ordered the wrong picture window. The put the old one back which leaked. When I wanted to talk the owner, the secretary told me he didnt work thereI was told I would be called when the new window arrived. I wasnt. Then when I asked when the job would be completed I was told they were busy and had to wait.Stuff happens but customer service was sorely lacking

Fast , friendly , professional . Excellent job on our shower surround . Exactly as described and done sooner than we expected . You can only hope to get what you pay for and it seems it is getting harder and harder to get that . However , If you have Chino Valley Glass do your glass work I think you will feel you got more than you expected .
